Humming along to the music, you carefully pulled out a beautiful hand crafted star out of its box. Slowly and steady you climbed up your ladder and placed it on top of the tree, adjusting so that it’s sitting perfectly in place. Feeling proud of yourself for putting up the tree you climbed back down and went to go plug in the lights. The tree lit up and you stood back to watch what you’ve accomplished in the past 3 hours, struggling with tangled lights and ornaments rolling every where. But now with everything placed nicely on the tree and the sparkling lights lit up without a single burnt out bulb, it finally feels like Christmas. Cleaning up the mess that you’ve made, you made yourself some hot tea and situated yourself on the couch. Exo’s new song Miracles in December filled your house with a calming melody and you allowed yourself to be droned out by Chen’s voice. A knock on your door interrupted the peaceful atmosphere and you took one last sip of your tea before setting your mug on the table to go open the door. Opening it up a big box greeted you until a head popped out from the side revealing Mai. “ Happy Christmas Eve!!!!.” your friend shouted happily. You smiled and beckoned her in. “ Well it’s great seeing you again.” You lead her into your living room where her eyes lit up staring at your tree. “ Wow…your place looks great. So christmas-y” She told you that her family doesn’t decorate the house for Christmas but she has always wanted to have a Christmas tree for Christmas. “ It’s my favourite thing to do every year. Would you like some tea?” you asked her. “ Yes please!!” You went to fetch her some tea and when you came back you saw her placing the box underneath the tree. “ And I wonder who’s gift that could be?,” you said jokingly handing the mug to her. “ Not yours ahjumma, your present is me coming here to spend Christmas with you,” she stuck out her tongue at you and made herself comfortable on your couch. “ Yah..this one. Guess I’ll just go give your gift to someone else then,” you said joining her. She took a drink and shook her head. “ I was just joking with ya. Of course it’s yours. Who else could it be?” “ Oh I don’t know…Maybe someone by the name Cho Kyuhyun perhaps?” She choked on her tea and started coughing. “ That…is…not…funny,” she said in between coughs. You laughed and handed her a napkin. “ Well you guys seemed to get along in Japan. I would’ve thought you got him something when you came to visit.” “ We haven’t talked since I left…It’s understandable though. I was probably just another fan to him. It’s not like we became best friends or anything in a night,” she rambled on. What your friend didn’t know was that Kyuhyun had asked about her a couple times in the past few weeks. But he would be very vague about it as if it seemed like he didn’t care. You made a mental note to message him later on to notify that Mai is here for Christmas. “ You never know Mai. Christmas are full of miracles.” 

The both of you caught up on what has happened in the past couple of weeks when there was another knock on the door. You opened the door to Kris who was standing there awkwardly. “ Ah..Hi” “ Hi…?” He raised a gift bag, “ I just wanted to drop by and give you a gift before I head off to my parents for Christmas.” You looked at him with your mouth gapped open not knowing how to react. You haven’t seen or talked to him since you parted ways at the Airport. But all of a sudden he shows up at your house with a gift. “ Kris you didn’t have to get me anything…I didn’t get you anything.” He chuckled. “ I know I didn’t have to. But I wanted to. Don’t worry about it.” You stood there still dumbfounded when he shoved the bag at you. “ Here just take it.” “ Uhh.in that case. Thank you Kris.” He shoved his hands in his jacket pockets. “ No problem. Ah before I forget, if you don’t mind…Could I have Ace back?” You stifled a laugh. “ Right…Of course you would want to spend Christmas with your son. Come in for a bit while I go get him.” You told him to go wait in your living room while you made your way to your bedroom to look for Ace. 

Mai’s POV
You were sitting there drinking your tea waiting for ____ when you heard Kris’ familiar voice coming from the hallway. Hmm why was he here? You thought to yourself. You heard the door close and footsteps walking towards the living room. You were expecting ____ but instead saw Kris looking back at you. “ Oh. Hello,” you said standing up slightly bowing. “ Hi…I didn’t know you were here,” he said taking a seat on the other end of the couch. “ Yeah I came to visit for Christmas break…Why are you here?” He looked a little taken back by your question. “ I wanted to give ____ ah her gift and to pick up Ace.” You stared at him, observing the older male. “ Do you like her?” He widened his eyes at your bluntness and looked down to his hands. “ Why do you ask?” he managed to get out. You turned so that your body was facing him. “ You seem to care for her a lot, like giving your stuff animal to her and now you’re giving her a gift,” you said matter of factly. “ And that means I like her?” he countered. “ Well…those are signs that you like her.” “ Can’t friends do that for each other too? Don’t you try and help when she’s sad and give her gifts?” Somehow this conversation did a 180 on you, now he was the one asking all the questions. “ Well of course but it just seems out of character for you,” you told him. He leaned back into the couch and let out a sigh. “ If you really want to know, she reminds me of my younger cousin Soyou who died in a car accident years ago.” You sat there silent, taking in what he just told you. “ I am the only child in my family but growing up Soyou was like a little sister to me. She is ____’s age and they both have similar personalities. Caring, nice, but also sharp tongued and joked around with me a lot. When I’m around ____, it feels like I’m with Soyou.” He stopped to take a deep breath and you suddenly felt sorry for him. “ 4 years ago she was hit by a drunk driver….they didn’t get her to the hospital in time,” he barely whispered. You could feel yourself tearing up but tried your hardest to not cry. “ I’m so sorry… I didn’t know.” “ It’s fine. Not a lot of people know. Don’t really talk about it.” You leaned over and patted his back. “ It’s okay. She is probably up there watching over you right now.” He gave you a small smile. “ I know. Sorry for making you listen to all of that heavy stuff. I didn’t mean for it to be so depressing.” “ No no, it’s fine. Blame me for prying.” He laughed lightly and looked up at the ceiling. “ I just miss having that feeling of having a little sister to watch over and protect.” You nodded your head. 

_____’S POV
You leaned against the wall in the hallway clutching Ace to your chest. So that’s why he was so nice to you. That explains a lot and you were somewhat relieved that his feelings towards you were maternal and not as a lover. No wonder he seemed so distant sometimes, he had such a tragic loss. You fixed your expression and nosily walked in as if you didn’t over hear their conversation at all. “ Here’s your precious son. I’m going to miss that fellow.” Kris took Ace from you and smiled at the plushie. “ Thank you. But I’m sure you two will meet again soon. I should really get going now though before traffic gets worse,” he said standing up. He bid goodbye to Mai and you walked him to the door. “ I hope you have a wonderful Christmas ____. Try not to get into too much trouble” he said ruffling your hair. “ Speak for yourself,” you scoffed. He laughed and walked out the door. “ Okay I am leaving now,” he said. “ Tell everyone I wish them a Merry Christmas!” you told him. “ I will, bye” he said turning around to leave. “ KRIS!,” you shouted. He stopped and turned. “ Ne?” “ Thank you…Oppa.” He froze for a split second before a grin broke out across his face. He saluted you with two fingers and finally made his way down. 

After Kris left you and Mai baked a bunch of Christmas goods together and got dinner ready for later on tonight. You sneaked away from the kitchen and went to your room to make a phone call. The phone rung a few times before the other line picked up. “ Yagiya~” Eunhyuk said. “ Annyeong Oppa. When will you be coming home?” “ We are just finishing up here in the studio, so probably in about an hour?” You heard voices in the background and one of them belonged to Cho Kyuhyun which reminded you. “ Okay, we already prepared everything. but Oppa, could you do me a favour?” “ And what would that favour be?” You smiled. “ Invite your loving maknae over for dinner. But don’t tell him Mai is here,” you told him. “ Ahh….another one of those plans of yours. Arrasso. I’ll drag him home with me. See you in a bit! Love you” “ Love you too!” After hanging up you strolled back into the kitchen as if you were there the whole time. 

Checking the clock you saw that Eunhyuk should be on his way home now. You and Mai placed everything neatly on the table, making sure everything was in place. You looked at your friend who somehow managed to get flour in her hair and icing every where. “ You need to to take a shower…now,” you said pushing her down the hall. After her shower you laid out a pretty plum peplum dress that would fit her really nicely. “ Why do I have to wear that?” she asked looking at what you picked. “ Just wear it, it’ll look pretty on you.” “ But aren’t we just having a casual Christmas dinner?” she questioned. “ Mai, just wear it.” She finally gave up and went to go change. When she came out you looked at her impressed with your pick. “ Now, hair and makeup.” In a mere 10 minutes, Mai stood in front of you with her wavy hair flowing nicely over her shoulders and light makeup to bring out her best features. “ Beautiful,” you complimented her. You handed her a pair of kitten heels to complete the outfit. “ There now you’re ready.” She picked at the hem of her dress. “ I don’t know why I am so dressed up for dinner…” You held in your laugh, knowing exactly the reason. 

You left Mai in your room and walked out just in time to see the door click and swing open. Eunhyuk walked in with Kyuhyun in tow, both shivering and faces both pink from the winter weather. “ Welcome home~,” you said giving Eunhyuk a quick kiss. “ Wow it smells great in here, I’m so hungry.” Eunhyuk hit the back of Kyuhyun’s head. “ Yah, way to not even greet ____. You’re already thinking of food.” Kyuhyun rubbed the back of his head and pouted. “ Annyeong” he said sarcastically. You laughed and greeted him back. “ It’s fine. If you’re hungry you can eat first, I have to run out and get something. Will you come?” you asked Eunhyuk. He looked at you and you pointed your head towards the bedroom. It finally clicked and he grinned. “ Of course. You better not actually start eating when we leave,” he told Kyuhyun. You grabbed your coat and quickly pulled Eunhyuk out with you. Once in the elevator you couldn’t help but let out a laugh. “ You sure know how to surprise people don’t you?” Eunhyuk said putting your hand into his coat pocket. “ I sure do”

Kyuhyun’s POV
You were starving from recording all day and the smell was just reeling you in, calling you like a siren song. Who cares what Eunhyuk Hyung says, it’s not like you ever listen to him normally anyways. You made your way to the kitchen and saw the feast laid out on the table. Your mouth watered and you your lips, anticipating to taste all the delicious food. You stood there trying to decide on what you should eat first when you heard someone walking down the hall. You froze trying to think who else could be in the house besides you. Eunhyuk and ___ didn’t tell you that anyone was over. You slowly creeped yourself over preparing to go full ninja in case it was someone breaking in. You mentally counted to 3 and turned around the corner when you were knocked off your feet and crashed on the ground. Holding your head you cursed as you sat up about to shout at whoever ran into you when you came face to face with Mai. Your mouth slackened and you shook your head making sure this wasn’t an illusion. “ I didn’t hit my head too hard or anything right?” you asked yourself. “ Nope, I’m pretty sure you’re fine,” that voice that you for some odd reason missed replied. You watched her stand up and smoothed out her dress than offer a hand to you. You took it and pulled yourself back on your feet. Now having a better look at her, she looked beautiful all dressed up. “ We are seriously going to end up in the hospital one day if we keeping bumping into each other like this,” she said with a laugh. You couldn’t help but join along. “ If that means I’ll keep bumping into you, I’m fine with that.” Aish what are you saying you thought. Mai’s face flushed and you couldn’t help but smile at how you’re making her feel. “ So…how come you are here,” you quickly changed the subject. “ ____ wanted me to come visit for Christmas so I here I am.” You were annoyed that ____ didn’t tell you that Mai was going to be here but than again why would she?. You nodded not sure what else to say. “ Are you hungry?” she asked. You shook your head not wanting to eat before the other two came back in case Mai thought ill of you, but your stomach thought otherwise as it growled loudly. Mai laughed and grinned at you. “ Seems like you are. Come, have some food.” she said beckoning you to the table. “ Should we wait for the other two?” you asked. “ I have a feeling they won’t be back for awhile. Plus you need to eat. You probably didn’t have much all day.” You liked this caring side of her. It was nice to have someone who was worried about you. “ Okay” you said happily sitting down at the table. She lit up the candle centrepieces and sat down opposite of you on the other side. “ I hope you like it,” you said. You watched as the flames emitting from the candles bring out the golden specks in her brown eyes and stared a little to long than needed. “ Kyuhyun?” Hearing your name being called snapped you back. “ Ah..right sorry. I’ll enjoy it. Thank you.” Damn it Cho Kyuhyun, keep a hold on yourself. 

_____’s POV
Walking down the street with Eunhyuk, you looked at all the Christmas decorations that were hung up everywhere in the streets of Seoul. A variety of Christmas music was playing from different stores and everywhere were people walking around enjoying the holiday spirit. You pulled your scarf higher to shield your face from the vicious winter wind that bites at your skin if exposed. “ This is the first year we are spending Christmas Eve together right?” Eunhyuk asked. “ Oh it is isn’t it?” Every year Eunhyuk would be working at this time and drop in on Christmas day to spend the day with you and his family before he has to head back to work. But this year he finally had the night of  Christmas Eve off which was nice, that meant more time to spend with him before Christmas. “ All I want for Christmas is you…” Eunhyuk sang softly along to the music that was playing. You loved hearing his singing voice, he has his own unique style which could soothe you in seconds. The two of you continued walking until you reached a huge lit up Christmas tree in front of the Museum. “ Wahh so pretty” you said. “ Want to take a picture?” Eunhyuk asked. You nodded. He looked around and spotted a young couple. “ Annyeonghaseyo. Would you mind taking a picture for us?” he asked them. They agreed and the boyfriend took the phone from Eunhyuk. He came running back to your side and pulled you close. “ Okay, Ha Dul..” “ ____” Eunhyuk called your name. You turned to him and felt him pull down your scarf before his lips pressed against yours. “ Set” The flash went off and the picture was taken. Eunhyuk pulled back and gave you a wink. Your face heated up and you pulled your scarf back up your face. “ Gamsahbnida” Eunhyuk thanked them. “ You’re Eunhyuk from Super Junior right?” the girl asked. You looked at Eunhyuk not knowing how to get out of this situation. “ Ne..~” “ Then that must be your girlfriend. Awh you two look good together,” she said with her thumbs up. “ Ah, Gamsahnida,” Eunhyuk said shyly. The couple bid their goodbyes and wandered off. “ I was not expecting that,” Eunhyuk said walking back to you. “ Me either. But your fans seem really nice.” “ Of course they are. But look how cute we are,” he said showing you the picture. You looked at your shocked expression and swatted his arm. “ I was not ready,” you said pouting. “ That was the point,” he said putting his phone back in his pocket. “ Come on let’s head home now before those two die of awkwardness,” he said, slightly dragging you along. 

Mai’s POV
After finishing your meal you cleaned up all of the dishes and sat in silence without knowing what to say.  You would occasionally glance over to look at him but saw that he was looking at you also. You blushed and looked away feeling your heart pumping in your chest. Trying to escape his gaze you stood up and walked over to the window, pushing the curtain aside to look out. The snow was starting to fall and the snowflakes were sparkling off the street lights below. The scene itself was breath taking and instantly put you in a calming mood. You heard Kyuhyun get up and stood behind you. You turned your head and noticed how close he was but thankfully he was looking out the window, not at a you. “ The snow is so beautiful,” he said softly. You nodded in agreement. He reached over to open the curtains a little more to get a better view when something fell down, hanging on a string. You both looked up to see what it was. Mistletoe. You could feel your body freeze completely not knowing what to do at this point and just begged to god that it was your imagination. Kyuhyun cleared his throat and gave you a nervous smile rubbing the back of his neck. “ I wonder how that got there…” you said. You felt his hands cupping your face before seeing them and slowly he bent down towards you. Your heart dropped down to your stomach and you could feel your breath quicken. You closed your eyes when his lips were just about to touch yours when his hands dropped from your face and he stepped away. “ Mianhe…I didn’t mean to,” he said avoiding your eyes. You couldn’t deny that fact that you were kind of disappointed but you tried masking it with a smile. “ No it’s fine. Ah would you just excuse me,” you said slipping by him. You felt your wrist being grabbed and you were pulled back. Without any warning Kyuhyun’s lips were on yours and your eyes widened before you fell into the kiss. His hands were around your waist and your own were clutched onto the front of his shirt. You’ve always imagined what his lips felt like and they were as soft as you thought they would be. He broke the kiss first and pressed his forehead against yours catching his breath. Your face was probably the shade of the red ribbons on the christmas tree. “ Mistletoe…” he whispered. 

_____’s POV
When you and Eunhyuk returned home, you could tell something must’ve happened because Mai and Kyuhyun were sitting on the couch, both red faced and not speaking. “ Did we miss something?,” you asked them curiously. They looked at each other than away shaking their head. You looked at Eunhyuk with an eyebrow raised but decided to not push the issue further. “ Did you guys eat yet,” Eunhyuk asked. “ Yeah..we packed and saved the rest for you guys in the fridge,” Mai said. You and Eunhyuk went to kitchen and heated up the food. “ So what do you think happened?,” you whispered to your boyfriend. “ No idea..but I think I have an idea,” he said motioning to your window. You turned and saw mistletoe hanging from your curtains. “ You didn’t!” you said looking at Eunhyuk who was smirking. “ I wanted a cute excuse to kiss you but I guess they got to it first” You smiled at his sweet attempt. 

The 4 of you hung out in the living room waiting for midnight to come around and Christmas to arrive. You sat in-between Eunhyuk’s legs on the floor watching the movie that you popped in to past the time. The other two who was sitting on opposite sides of the couch still haven’t said anything yet. The countdown officially began with the last minute on the clock. You quickly grabbed a bottle of champagne and hurried back to join the others. “ 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!” Eunhyuk did the honours of popping the bottle open as the fine liquid flowed down everywhere. He filled everyone’s glasses and you all toasted to a Merry Christmas. “ TIME TO OPEN PRESENTS!!!” Mai said for the first time since you got home. You all gathered around the tree and handed the presents to the rightful owners. Mai opened up your gift which was the new 3DS and she threw her arms around you, “ OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH AHHHH I WAS MEANING TO GET THIS FOR AWHILE. Now I can finally play the new games.” You laughed and opened up her gift anticipating what she got you. Pulling out the mass amounts of wrapping paper that she stuffed in there you finally reached in to pull out a huge green dinosaur plush. “ It’s so cute!” “ Thought you would want something to cuddle with while Eunhyuk is gone,” she said. “ But of course it can’t be as cuddly as I am right?” Eunhyuk said pulling you into a hug. “ We’ll see ,” you said with a wink. You handed your gift to Eunhyuk and when he opened it up, that gummy smile of his broke out. “ You shouldn’t have gotten me such an expensive gift,” he said holding up the brand new watch you got him. “ Of course I would get it for you. Try it on,” you said helping him put it on. He held up his wrist and inspected it. “ Thank youuuu!!!” placing a huge kiss on your cheek. You laughed and pushed him away slightly. “ You’re welcome, now getttt offff!” Eunhyuk retrieved a small box from his jacket pocket and handed it to you. For a split second you thought it was a ring but saw that it was slightly bigger than a ring box. You opened it up and looked at the beautiful heart shaped necklace resting on the cushion. It was made up of diamonds of all sorts of colours which gave off a rainbow effect. “ You already took my heart but I wanted to give you something physical to show it,” he said. You were touched by his words and it was rare for him to be so romantic and sentimental. “ Thank you..” you pulled him in for a kiss and you forgot that you weren’t alone until Kyuhyun loudly coughed. You blushed while Eunhyuk took the necklace out of the box and put it on for you. “ It looks nice,” Mai told you smiling. You touched the heart that was resting on your skin and grinned. You got to spend your Christmas with your boyfriend and your closest friend. What more can you ask for?

The next morning Mai decided to stay home and skype with her family who was back in Canada, so you left with the two guys and headed over to their dorm. As soon as you walked in chaos was everywhere. Wrapping paper, ribbons, boxes, and bodies were covering every inch of the dorm. You couldn’t even collect your thoughts as a bunch of voices are talking on top of each other and to make it worse the tv was blasting in the back ground. “ MERRY CHRISTMAS!!” Eunhyuk shouted trying to get everyone’s attention. The members all greeted each other and exchanged gifts. Everyone seemed to like your gifts that Eunhyuk thankfully helped you out on and in return you got some pretty interesting things in return. “ So have you seen any mistletoe lately Kyuhyun-ah?” Shindong asked their maknae. Kyuhyun looked up from his phone and laughed slightly. “ Haha..W-what are you talking about?” Shindong started bursting out laughing and everyone joined along. “ Awh look he’s embarrassed,” Sungmin said patting his back. You felt a tap on your shoulder and saw Donghae beckoning you to follow him. Once you were away from the others he pulled out his phone and showed you the screen.

Mr Kim has been evicted from the company this morning.
He has been banned from setting a foot near it from now on.
Super Junior is now safe and secured. Everything is ok now.
Have a Merry Christmas Donghae-sshi and tell the others to enjoy the holidays

You looked up at Donghae who was smiling brightly at you. “ OPPA! THIS IS GREAT!” you said throwing your arms around him. You both jumped up and down in joy. “ It’s a Christmas miracle that’s for sure. Now we have nothing to worry about anymore,” he said holding onto you. “ This is just great, everything is finally back to how it was.” Your little moment was interrupted when a bunch of female voices were heard from the hallway and you both went to go check it out. F(x) was standing there mingling with the members and when they saw you entering they all greeted you. Including Krystal. “ We just wanted to stop by and wish you all a happy holiday,” Victoria said. She elbowed Krystal and gave her a look, which made you wonder what that was about. Krystal hesitated and walked up to you. “ Merry Christmas,” she said with a weak smile. You looked at her not knowing if she was being geniune or not but accepted it anyways. “ Also I wanted to apolagize for everything I have done in the past and for trying to break you and Eunhyuk oppa apart,” she added looking at her hands. You weren’t fond of the girl, but you had to acknowledge her for trying to apolagize to you. “ Apology accepted. But I was wondering…Do you really hate me that much?” you asked. “ It wasn’t that I hated you, I just…I’ve liked oppa for a long time now and I was mad that he only saw me as a little sister. So when he started seeing you I got jealous and put all my anger on you” Maybe it was because of the Christmas spirit or you were just in a extremely good mood but you decided to push this whole issue aside and forget about it. “ It’s fine. I understand.” She gave you an awkward bow and returned back to her members. Victoria gave her a proud smile and her members all patted her back. “ Okay we should probably get going now, Merry Christmas!” Amber shouted and high fived everyone. After F(x) left the members all departed off to their own Christmas plans and Eunhyuk drove you home. “ You look happy,” he said holding your hand. “ Everything just seems to be finally working out,” you said smiling. “ I love seeing your smile, it makes me happy.” You leaned over and kissed his cheek. “ You’re the reason I smile. Thank you.” He grinned. You the radio and leaned back humming along to the carols, touching your new necklace. Christmas has been an amazing day.

First off: MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!! :) Second: I'm so sorry that was delayed T_T I was in California for a week without any access to internet so I couldn't post the Christmas Chapter up in time. So so so sorry. But I hope you all had a wonderful holiday ^-^ This was a nice chapter just to wrap everything up and fluff everywhere. This gives me the opportunity to finally start fresh with newer ideas and more character development. CANNOT WAIT!!! <3
