Gyuri finally arrived at Jiyoung’s residence. Her first impression when she met Kang Jiyoung who stood in front of her now is that the girl really wasn’t her type at all and what’s with the big glasses. Gyuri smirked before she talked to Jiyoung close enough that she almost looked like she would kiss her.

“Better be ready, miss Kang”

“It should be you who better prepare yourself, miss Park”

“Oh, well now you talk formally to me. Are you afraid to meet me just now?”

“Who said so? I can call you whatever like Gyul?”

“Y...Yah, how dare you call me by my nickname?”

“Dare enough to beat you”

“Psh, we will see later”

“Welcome then, i’ll wait for it”

Jiyoung guided her to her temporary room, just for tonight she needs to be guard to prevent her escape again. Gyuri looked down at her new room, she sighed when she found out that the windows are sealed with lot of locks.

“You treat your soon-to-be fiancé like a bird in a cage?”

“I’m not that heartless to do such thing to my soon-to-be fiancé if she didn’t intend to runaway on the first place”

“It’s not my fault if I object this engagement”

“What?”

“I don’t want to marry ugly duckling like you”

“Well, you need to watch me carefully then, you may amazed when I become a swan”

“Psh, in your dream”

Gyuri dragged Jiyoung out and closed the door, she rested on the bed and soon fell asleep wishing one of her ex will save her from this nightmare. Somehow she missed them.

“Hey”

“Umm”

“Wake up”

“I don’t want to eat breakfast”

“It’s time for you to wake up, Gyul”

Gyuri opened her eyes slowly, she almost jumped surprised by how her distance with her face. She blinked and soon took her blanket and covered herself.

“Are you trying to me?”

“What?”

“What?”

Jiyoung giggled a little bit, she sat near her and showed her the table clock for her to see what time it is. Gyuri resisted to prepare for the engagement party by continue her sleeping. Jiyoung snapped her fingers then not that long the bodyguards dragged sleepy Gyuri to the make-up artist.

“Y...Yah, let me go. I want to sleep”

“But miss, we need to be hurry. In an hour your family will come and the party will start”

“Tsk, like I care”

“You can continue dress her up even if she keep on complaining”

Jiyoung said to her maids while resting her back on the door. She chuckled when she looked at how Gyuri keep complaining but she let them do their work.

“Why are you still on your ugly clothes?”

“I’ll change after you”

“Why? Are you afraid I’ll make fun of you that you’ll still look the same even if you put some make up?”

“Whatever you said, I don’t really that care though”

“You’re so annoying and...ugly”

“I know, I heard that a lot”

“Really? You did? I wonder who that person is”

“Why?”

“No one can say that to you, except me. Park Gyuri”

“Woah, I don’t know if I should impress or not”

“Tsk, whatever”
