Jiyoung tried to release herself from Gyuri’s arms but she failed. They were not talking and only silence can be heard from this room. Jiyoung sighed in defeat as she slowly sat facing Gyuri who were not even moving and released her arms. They both looked at each other, on the dim light they were gazing at each other face. Jiyoung felt a bit frustrated since she couldn’t read Gyuri’s expression.

“I…”

“You what, Jing?”

“…You”

“Huh?”

            Jiyoung confession was more like she muttered some words that Gyuri not even understand so Gyuri leaned closer to hear it. She moved her face a little, asking Jiyoung to at least whisper it to her.

“No, I won’t say it again”

“But…Jing~”

            Jiyoung sulked while Gyuri was whining, they both behaved like a kid. Gyuri chuckled a bit as she saw how the girl in front of her just pouted cutely. She moved her hand a little, slowly made her way to Jiyoung’s face, she caressed it slowly. Jiyoung startled and backed away a little but she didn’t push Gyuri away like earlier.

            Gyuri kept on staring at Jiyoung whom her face was redden by now, both of them didn’t even break this sweet silence by uttered any words. Each other presence was enough, though Jiyoung felt uneasy as she looked at Gyuri, she trapped deep in her eyes. She tried to move her eyes and looked at the other direction but Gyuri’s warm hand once again moved up and down on her face. She knew her heart just betrayed her by now though her mind kept thinking not to affect by this.

            It only passed ten minutes, but Jiyoung felt like an hour or so. It melted her frozen heart slowly, those touch though it’s small but really reached her feeling deep down inside. ‘I will go crazy if thing keep going like this’, Jiyoung thought to herself. Just like she could read Jiyoung’s mind, Gyuri took Jiyoung’s hand and kissed the back of her hand.

“I’m sorry…can we start everything again?”

“….”

            Jiyoung’s mind was all blank now, she didn’t even know what to say or do. She felt Gyuri her hair gently, Jiyoung knew her last wall that she built inside her just broke down. Gyuri leaned closer and kissed Jiyoung’s other cheek while her other hand still caressing Jiyoung’s cheek.

            Jiyoung couldn’t take it anymore, she wrapped her arms around Gyuri’s shoulder. She buried her face on Gyuri’s neck.

“Stop it…please, I can’t take it anymore…”

“Huh?”

“Your touch…will make me faint sooner…”

“Does it mean you forgive me?”

            Jiyoung couldn’t say anything for a moment so she only nodded her head slowly, Gyuri grinned and patted Jiyoung’s head slowly.

            Gyuri changed her clothes by the help of Jiyoung since Gyuri didn’t want the maids to change her clothes. Gyuri sat on Jiyoung’s bed while resting her head on the bedpost. She kept looking at Jiyoung who was busy buttoning her shirt, while her face reddened.

“Stop looking at me…”

“Did you know? You’re so beautiful”

“Oh, yeah, you’re the one that saying I’m ugly”

“Do you still hold a grudge on that? Okay, I’m sorry”

“No more sorry for you”

“Jing…”

“Yes?”

            Gyuri leaned closer and captured her lips, they shared a light yet sweet kiss. Jiyoung’s eyes widened at first but she closed it slowly. Gyuri laid Jiyoung on the bed, stared at her lover as if she was an angel who just came to her life.

“L…let just sleep…It’s midnight…”

“Can we…”

            Gyuri whispered something that made Jiyoung’s face red like tomato and it made Jiyoung looked away. Her heart beat faster, she knew she’s losing her own ego the moment Gyuri gazed at her and kissed her all over her face.

            In the morning, someone knocked on Jing’s door as she awoke and rubbed her eyes slowly. Gyuri didn’t even moving, she fell asleep next to Jiyoung. Jiyoung looked at her amazed, Gyuri really is pretty when she’s sleeping.

“I’m going to die soon if I keep looking at you”

            Jiyoung moved Gyuri’s arm which was on her waist, she stood up and made sure her clothes were tidy enough. She opened up the door a little, her sisters were there standing.

“Mom and dad will be here in an hour. Told your fiancé to wake up”

“A...arasso”

“Wait, Jing”

            The eldest sister pointed out Jiyoung’s neck while the other sister giggled. They teased Jing, until Jing couldn’t hide her redden face.

“Sis, please stop teasing me~”

“Our little baby is grown up now…”

            The two of them laughing softly as they teased Jiyoung more, Gyuri woke up because she heard some noise, she glanced at the door and smiled as she heard the conversation behind the door.  She tried to stand by using her crutch and walked to the door. Jiyoung’s sister giggled and gone while kept whispering one to another, when Gyuri tried to peek in from the door. Jiyoung looked at Gyuri with her red face.

“Y...you wake up already”

“Yes, baby”

“Uh, okay…”

“Why?”

“My parents will be here soon, you need to change your clothes and…change your bandages too...because it’s a bit…loose from…last night”

            Gyuri laughed, she went closer to Jiyoung and kissed her cheek. Jiyoung looked surprised but she became soften when Gyuri held her hand and brought her to her room again.

“Please help me change my clothes, baby”

“Gosh, you’re not my kid”

“I’m your fiancé, just stick with it”

“Okay, okay. I get it”
