Haneul

As all of Infinite rushed into the room, they waited for their leader's word on what they should do. Slowly, Sungkyu made his way over to the bedside as the girl looked up at him, blinking innocently. I'm the leader of Infinite. Why should I be afraid of her? She seems harmless enough… he thought, finally mustering up the will to come near her.
She winced as she shifted her weight slightly to face him. "My wing…"
"Is it broken?" he asked uncertainly. The fact that she could speak at least made her seem less like a creature, and more like a person.
She glanced over her shoulder, "I don't know… But it hurts a lot." She thought back to as recent as she could remember, before she woke up in that alleyway, but it was all blank to her memory. How did I get here?
"Who are you?" he asked, somewhat mesmerized by her smooth, unflawed voice.
She glanced out the window, and the first thing she saw was the impeccably blue sky, with its white fluffy clouds now obscuring the heavens above. "Haneul," she answered.
"…What are you?"
She turned back to face them, but then winced in pain when her wing shifted its position, her fists balling up as she gripped the bed sheets tightly.
"Alright, go get me some materials to make a splint out of. I have to try something to help," Sungkyu said, kneeling on the floor beside Haneul. Woohyun and Sungjong left the room in search of medical supplies. After they returned, Sungkyu attempted to construct a makeshift splint around the injured wing so that it would no longer move out of place.
"It should be okay," he announced once he finished.
Uncertainly, Haneul slowly sat up from the bed, supporting herself with both arms. "Thank you, human."
Sungkyu rubbed the back of his neck, feeling strange to be addressed that way. "The name's Sungkyu," he said, holding out his hand for her to shake. Haneul smiled, but then grabbed his wrist, turning it to press the palms of their hands flat against each other. Sungkyu stiffened as he felt a strange sensation, unlike any he had felt before. It was as if he could truly feel the amount of gratitude that she had for him as a rush of energy pulsed through him.
When she didn't let go, he slowly pulled his hand away, trying to shake the odd feeling he had just experienced. "And…and these are my friends, so you don't have to worry about them. You're safe with us." He didn't know why he was being so nice to her, so accepting. He just hoped the others wouldn't object.
"You're lucky we found you out there, you know. Imagine what might have happened to you by now if we didn't," Dongwoo spoke up.
Haneul cocked her head to the side slightly, looking outside. "Why? Is it…dangerous out there?"
"Damn right it is," Woohyun said, "Especially for a pretty girl like you to be out there alone."
"But you don
