Im Yoona has no choice but to tie the knot with Xi Luhan ; a stranger to her who has been chosen as her future husband by her parents. Her parents' decision is always deemed as the right one, which is why she is sure that Luhan is the perfect companion for her, regardless of the fact that she already has Kim Jongin in her life ; the person she has to forget, by hook or by crook.
And she is not the only one who is compelled to make sacrifices, as Luhan also has to part ways with his cherished girlfriend of two years, Seo Joohyun, in order to make way for their impending marriage.
Just as she is adjusting to her new life - and just as she has begun to develop strong affections for her husband - Yoona finds herself thrown for a loop when she uncovers a massive secret that threatens the delicate balance of her life, her marriage as well as herself.

Prologue
Seohyun huffed an audible, massive sigh as she casually threw herself on the couch in the living room when she went home on the Tuesday evening. She had been pretty exhausted throughout the day as she had done a lot of works today. Running a fashion boutique in the heart of the shopping mall was quite burdensome. Still, she enjoyed it very much. It was her dream to open a fashion boutique since she was in high school and yes, she adored fashion to the core.
“Seohyun-ah,” Her voice echoed through the living room as she stumbled upon her younger sister with a glass of fresh orange in her hand. “Here’s your drink since I know you must’ve been thirsty.” She put the drink on the coffee table in front of the couch.
“Thanks for the drink, Taeyeon unnie.” Seohyun beamed at her sister as she took the glass of fresh orange on the coffee table and lifed it to for a small sip.
“You’re welcome, Seohyun-ah,” Taeyeon replied with a grin tugged itself onto her lips. Then, she took a seat beside Seohyun. “How’s work? Everything’s okay?”
She sighed again wearily. “Uhm, everything’s okay but I’m exhausted these days, unnie.”
“Being exhausted is just an ordinary thing when you’re working, Seohyun-ah.”
“Yes, I know unnie. I guess I have to sleep earlier tonight,” she said and earned a light nod from her sister.
“That’s right, Seohyun-ah,” Taeyeon agreed. “Oh before I forget, there was an unknown guy who came here this afternoon and asked me to give this card to you.” She took the card from the magazine as she slipped it inside the magazine.
She looked thoroughly at the pink, intriguing card as Taeyeon passed it to her. She furrowed her eyebrow in mild curiosity and questioned, “What kind of card is this, unnie?”
The older shrugged her shoulder and remarked, “I don’t know Seohyun-ah. I don’t bother reading it since it’s not mine. You should read it to know what kind of card is it.”
“All right then.” Gingerly, she unsealed the intriguing card from it’s envelope and read every words which were neatly written on the card.

As soon as she read through the card which turned out to be the wedding invitation card, tears started to stream down her cheeks unconsciously. She was dead astonished upon reading the content of the unexpected card.
Watching her sister’s cry all of a sudden, she furrowed her eyebrow in massive surprise. “Why are you crying, Seohyun-ah? Tell me what has happened, Seohyun-ah...” She shook the younger’s body lightly.
With unstoppable tears flowing out from her pair of eyes, she feebly passed the card to her sister. “L-Luhan... he’s going ... to get ... married...”

Author's Note : Well, what can I say? ANOTHER LUYOON FANFIC! Frankly speaking, I didn't plan to create a new story at the moment as I'm going to be in hiatus mode this year due to major examination this year but the idea to make this story keeps lingering in my head almost everyday. So, I created this story but, please bear with me if I only update this occasionally. Besides LuYoon, I've also come up with SeoKai. But they might not going to end up with each other, I suppose~ By the way, I want to express my gratitude to Nileyna for kindly editing my synopsis. I'm very appreciated your help (: Uhm, that's all. Spread the love of LuYoon and also this newly-published fanfic~
