When Baekhyun dropped me off in front of my house; I exited his car saying nothing else but a simple thank you. Thus, I headed inside the house to find Sehun playing with Chanyeol, spinning the poor guy around, on the wheelchair. Chanyeol hollered excitedly.
Minseok, who stood by the living room area face-palmed in embarrassment while the rest of the boys just laughed. They must've been too contented to realized that I was standing by the entrance, judging them. However, it wasn't shown clear on my face; therefore, I executed my next action as I cleared my throat whilst glancing at individual party present. They stopped what they were doing, smiling, sheepishly at me.
"Mimi's back!" Sehun ran toward me and pulled me into a tight hug.
I patted his back, "Um...Okay..."
Not long after that, my uncle decided to call me, "EunMi! Want to come over the club? I will teach you everything about business tonight because my dear, I am free today." My uncle, Kang Jun Su (but he preferred to be called as Jack, don't ask why. Cause I, myself have no idea as well). My father's youngest brother. He's a good-looking man in his late 30's; I can say that he's still single (I think). And, he's one of my favorite uncles.
Reasons why he had asked me to come over to his club was because I had been nagging him for the past few weeks to teach me how to handle any kind of businesses since he's so good at it. I mean, I know that I could've just asked my own father, but I've seen the way he managed his multi-billionaire corps; it's impressive all right, however, I felt that it lacked something and I'm not sure what it was. "Okay, I'll be there in 5 minutes," I said and hung up the phone to get ready.
As I headed back downstairs, the boys were still there. I seriously thought they had left after dinner. "Mimi! Where are you going?" Sehun chirped from the living room.
"I'm going to uncle Jack's nightclub," I replied slowly.
Kris stood up almost immediately from the couch and rushed over to me "What for?" He crossed his arms over his chest.
"To talk business. What? You think I would just go there and party?" I rolled my eyes "You know me better."
"Can we go with you?" Kai begged "Please!" He tried hitting me with his puppy eyes, but it was a massive fail.
"No! I'm there to learn, not take care of drunk people. Bye!" Without any more words, I left the house and drove off to the nightclub.
When I arrived, people were already queuing outside, wanting to get in. I, on the other hand, didn't have to wait in the queue. Just as the bouncer and the bodyguard saw me, they let me pass the red velvet rope.
One of the standers groaned in annoyance "That's not fair man! We've been standing here longer than her." Giving me a disgusted look.
The bodyguard, my uncle hired had known me since I was 10 or so. He stood in front of me as a protection "What if I tell you that she's the owner's niece?" The stander suddenly froze.
Uncle Jack came out to see what the ruckus was all about, and of course everyone around the area knows him, especially the clubbers and the business men. "What's going on here?" He's always got this scary look on his face when he's about to face some intense argument. But just as he saw me standing there, everything about him suddenly lightened up "EunMi! My little Mimi." I pout upon hearing that name.
"Nothing's wrong here, boss." The bodyguard assured him. And both my uncle and I headed inside the club. He took me into his office because all of the VIP rooms were unavailable at the moment.
"You want anything to drink?" I glared at him and he laughed "Oh dear, my Mimi doesn't ta
