There were a couple of soft knock heard coming from my bedroom door, "Miss EunMi, there's a phone call for you." The head maid smiled whilst holding the phone in her other hand.

I was too oblivious of my surrounding to have heard the phone rang. "Oh, thank you." I took the cordless phone from her "Hello." I closed the door to my room for some privacy.

"Um...Is this Kang EunMi?" A male voice spoke.

"Yes, who's this?" I answered, and for some odd reason, I could feel the latter smiling by the end line.

He sighed in relief, "It's me, Park Chanyeol." He'd wave excitedly at me if I was in front of him. 

I smiled, "Oh, hi!" I paused for a brief moment "Wait! How did you get my number?" My eyebrows raised, quizzically. 

"Mrs. Kim gave it to me, in case I needed to ask something." He explained. I like his personality; when I asked something, he'll answer it straight to the point. Not like some guys, you ask them that and they tell you this. 

"Okay, so what did you want to ask me?" I asked, serious as ever. 

There was a silent pause on the line, until "I was wondering if you're free tomorrow?" 

"Um...I'm free I guess. Why?" Who isn't curious when someone asked you if whether you're free the next day or not. 

Chanyeol took a deep breath, "Can I ask you to be my date for this one event tomorrow night? I usually don't go to these things, but this one is a must go for my family." Before I even gave him my ultimate answer, he had said "I understand if you don't want to go."
