After class, Chanyeol picked me up to go for a walk at Santa Monica Pier. He said he always wanted to go there but never got to.

I didn’t decline his offer as to I still have to talk to him about the matter that I discussed with Kris yesterday.

Both of us walked hand in hand along the beach where waves crashed against the shore in a calm gentle way. The wind was perfect, it wasn’t too strong and it wasn’t too slow.

“Yeol, I have something to talk to you about.”

Chanyeol’s eyes shone with adoration “What is it?” His voice was gentle.

“It’s about us. It was bugging me all night long yesterday, especially after I talked to Kris, I finally made up my mind and we’re going to discuss it right now.”

Chanyeol furrowed “Us? What about us? Why didn’t you talk to me first? I thought we promise each other that no matter what the problem is, we’ll talk about it and sort it out by ourselves. You don’t trust me?” I know Chanyeol felt betrayed that I went behind his back and talked about our relationship to Kris.

“I didn’t know what to do, and I don’t know how to tell you that our relationship was somehow -- not working.”

Chanyeol was confused “Who told you that it’s not working? We just started dating.”

I couldn’t take this anymore and start being straight forward “Would you believe me if I said that there's a girl that’s trying to sabotage everything that I’ve worked so hard for all these years and that she’s trying to get under my skin before she gets to you?”
