{BGM: J-Rabbit - If You Love Me}

A couple of weeks after the reunion, I feel like my life has been blessed. I wouldn't say it was perfect, but it was nice. Especially having Chanyeol back in my life, I was finally happy.

When the reunion had come to an end; originally the boys were supposed to give me a ride home, but Chanyeol had offered to take me instead. And as soon as I stepped in my parents house, Hana and Mark was there in the living room. The girl pulled me over to the couch and forced me to tell her everything and I couldn't contain my happiness, I even told her that Chanyeol was the 'secret admirer'.

Hana was ecstatic for me and encouraged me to really go out on a date with him. And ever since that day, Chanyeol and I hadn't stopped texting.

And unfortunately, after a week and a half in Seoul; Hana, Mark and I had to return to California. Having said that, Chanyeol didn't look sad at all, which led me to wonder why?

[Present]

Hana, Mark and I were hanging out in the cafeteria of the campus, while I was busy joking around with the couple, I didn’t realize that someone was heading in our direction.

“Don't you have a date to go to Miss?”

I frowned in confusion as I meet the owner of the familiar voice. Chanyeol. I gasped, “What are you doing here?” Looking around the cafeteria and noticed there were a lot of girls turning their heads in our direction, because of him.

He smirked and sat himself down beside me “I'm a student here.” He said, too cheerful for my liking and took one of my fries. Hana and Mark who sat across me looked as dumbfounded as I was.

“Huh? Student? Here? Since when?” Confused was evident in my tone.

Chanyeol pecked a kiss on my cheek “Since the day I flew from Australia to California.”

I frowned “And when is that exactly?” If this was a scene in a cartoon, there’s probably smoke running out of my ears.

Chanyeol face both of my friends “Is she always like this?” 

Mark shook his head “Who are you exactly?”

“Ah! I’m sorry, I’m Park Chanyeol. Eunmi’s high school friend and we’re dating right now.” Chanyeol said boldly.

“You didn’t answer my question. When did you arrive in Cali?” Chanyeol gulped down his cheeseburger “Um…About 3 months ago, I think.” He talked with his mouth full, which ticked me off a whole lot more.

“3. Months. Ago...” I pronounced one word after the other, trying to suppress my anger as best as I could. I noticed how the girls in the cafeteria kept glancing over here every now and then for Chanyeol. I grabbed my bag and books and left the cafeteria.

“You better stay here and finish your food, let her cool off for a moment,” Hana advised, Mark agreed.

“No, I’ll go talk to her; I really owe her some explanation.” Chanyeol took one last bite of the burger, grabbed his bag and left.

‘He’s been here for 3 MONTHS and he didn’t say a word!’ I pushed my hair back "Urghh!"

“Urgh -- is not a word but more of an expression.” A voice said. I spun on my heel to face the person and Chanyeol stood by the tree, leaning against it, handsomely.

“Look, I’m sorry, in order for me to surprise you, was going to that reunion and you should’ve seen your face, it was priceless.” He laughed.

I scowled “How could you do that to me?” 

Chanyeol pulled me into a hug “I know for a fact that you were hoping that I’d walk through those doors, so I planned it to be that day.” I welcome the embrace.
