BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

I was awoken by a very loud and annoying beeping sound. I groan as I sat up and tried to find to the source of the horror noise, I soon found the source, which was on the bedside table. I grab it and examined it...it was a clock...but then it had these two large mental thing on the top which was making the terrible noise.

'How do I stop this thing?!' I asked to no one particularly

And trust me...I tried all necessary ways to stop it…

I waited for it to stop...

I shook it...

I poked it...

I scolded it...

I drowned it....

BUT IT WOULDN'T STOP! My tolerance of the damn noisy thing finally snapped as I threw it to the ground and jumped on it several times and guess what...THE SOUNDS OF HORROR STOPPED! Proud of my success I did a victory dance.

' People are getting very creative these days....to invent something which you can put violence on…' I thought to myself

I went to get ready and made myself breakfast.

'hope I don't see that jerk on the way out..' I thought to myself as I remembered the events of yesterday night

After finishing breakfast I cleaned up and headed out to the academy. I looked at my timetable, my first class is a royal lesson...Royal lesson? They actually teach you how to be a princess? Wow. I had no problem finding my way through the academy and found the classroom.

'AH! A new princess I see! Nice to meet you!' the teacher said once I entered.

I nod and bowed ' Noon Ki Byul, nice to meet you' I said

The teacher smiled ' please take a seat anywhere you like' she said

I nod and chose a random seat. About 10 minutes later 7 other people came in...including the jerk from last night.

'IT’S YOU AGAIN!' the jerk exclaimed in shock as he saw me

'Morning to you too' I said bored

'So you’re the new princess! I'm Kim Jung Ah!' the girl introduced

She seemed friendly

' Noon Ki Byul' I introduced smiling

The other girl smiled and held out her hand

'I'm Im Jin Ah but everyone calls me Nana' she introduced with a smile

I shook her hand.

'Hey hottie, I'm Kim Jonghyun but you can call me Bling Bling' a guy with a flirty face on said

Jonghyun leaning on my table with his face uncomfortably close to mine

'I can't really say nice to meet you...when you’re in my personal space..' I said

He had a surprised look on but backed off, the others laughed at him a little

'Phahaha we might get along well, I’m Ki Kibum! but just Key is fine' introduced a guy

'Lee Jinki but please call me Onew' introduced another guy

' I'm Choi Minho and sorry about yesterday...Taemin wasn't notified that there was going to be a new Royal. So sorry about his behavior...' he apologized

I rose a brow at him ' shouldn't he be the one to apologies then?' I said

He chuckled ' yea I guess your right...' he paused to look at the jerk ' Taemin come and apologize to her'

The jerk Pouted ' But Taeminnie didn't know!' he whined

By the way how he had responded...he must be the childish and bratty type of person...

'Taemin it was your fault in the first place' Minho said

Taemin looked at me ' sorry...' he mumbled

'Its fine...' I said

'Well now that everyone is here, please take a seat and let’s begin our lesson' The Teacher said

- Half Way through the lesson-

 For the past 30 minutes, the teacher was explaining ways to improve the living condition of people and also giving some examples....Which they all sound very alienated to me....What the hell is an iPhone? Laptop?  iPod? ... The answer to my education is at....Crisis...

I stare blankly to the front of the classroom but my mind was self-destructing internally.

' Any questions?' the teacher asked

I raised my hand ' what's Google?' I asked

chirp chirp chirp...

I was confused by the long silence...

' Um...teacher?' I questioned, breaking the silence

'erm...it's a search engine on the internet' the teacher answered

'oh...' I said and nod understanding... ' so what's internet?' I asked another question

Chirp Chirp Chirp...SQWACK...

'You’re joking right?...' Key questioned with an amused look

Everyone gave me a weird look and by the looks of things...I’m guess that 'Internet' is something very obvious. Looks like I have extra homework tonight.

'err....never mind...please continue.' I said

- End of Lesson-

Seems like I’ll be learning a whole heaps of crap here...I packed up my things

'Phahaha nice joke, The teacher's face was priceless' Jonghyun said laughing

I gave him a confused look ' What joke?' I asked

there was another slight pause of silence before everyone chuckled

'you’re Funny' Nana said smiling

Once again my head went blank from confusion...

'...don't tell me you seriously don't know Internet...' Key said with a surprised look

I had a feeling, which told me that they would think I’m a if I didn't know...

'It's something you can eat...right?' I said

their jaws dropped ' WHAT SAD LIFE ARE YOU LIVING IN!' half of them exclaimed in shock

'whoa...chill. where I’m from...I don't think we have that...so I wouldn't know..' I said defending myself

'Where the heck do you live?! In the jungle?!' Key exclaimed panicking

Now that I see it...Key seems to be the very over reacting and dramatic type of person...

'It is surrounded by forests and woods if that what you’re saying' I said

Their mouth dropped even lower...if it was even possible

'Anyway...Bye' I said and left

They’re very unusual and weird. So anyway my next class was Information Technology, I came into the classroom, the class had rows of tables, which seems to be fitted for 2 people per table and on top of teach tables were these 2 weird square shaped things. I then also realize that there was a girl in the room, She looked up from a book that she was reading and looked at me

'um...hi?' I said unsure

She smiled ' Are you a new student? I've never seen you before' she asked ' oh! I’m sorry I didn't introduce myself...I'm Kim Yoo Jin but please call me Uee'

I smile ' Yep I’m new, name's Noon Ki Byul' I introduced myself

Her eyes widen as she dropped the book that she was reading

'Y-you’re a royal!' she said surprised, standing up and bowed 90 degrees

'Um...yea...'I said

'I'm so sorry for being rude!' she said suddenly

Rude? I wonder what’s polite then...

I shook my head and chuckled ' Your Weird. And how are you being rude exactly?' I questioned smiling

'W-Well I talked to you informally and I wasn't permitted to talk Miss Noon!' she said

 Now I’ve seen from a baby jerk to dead polite...

'Whoa Whoa, hold it there' I said having both of my hands up ' and stop bowing by the way'

Seriously through I never knew there was such politeness...it amused me really. She stood up straight

I laughed a little ' Phahaha that’s just too polite...and it kind of scares me...Phahaha so don't freak out and just talk normally to me' I said grinning

She nod hesitated 'Neh, Miss Noon' she said

I gave her a pretended glare ' Yah! Miss Noon makes me sound like an old women!' I said crossing my arms, but then I smiled ' Just Byul is fine'

She looked at me surprised...I guess she expected me to be talking formally like those super obedient princesses... well I wasn't raised like that.

'R-Really?' she asked

I nod and grinned ' Yep, if you want me to be all princess on you then....' I paused before pointing at her ' I demand that you call me Byul! If you don't then it's off with you head!' I joked

Uee laughed and nod 'Phahaha Neh, your highness~' she said playing along with me

I laughed ' Your Funny. I like you. Let’s be friends!' I said grinning

She had a surprised look on ' really? You want to be friends with me?' she asked

I gave her a weird look ' if I didn't want to, I wouldn't of asked in the first place' I said and then chuckled ' and why did you make it sound like you don't have friends?' I asked

She gave me a sad look ' because...I don't...' she said

I gave her a surprised look ' seriously? How come? You’re a cool person' I said

' It's because I’m a Commoner...I’m here because of a scholarship...' she explained

'Really?! Omo that’s amazing! From what I’ve heard, it's rare for someone to be able to get a scholarship here...so in my perspective...' I paused before giving her thumbs up ' Your Daebak'

A smile overtook her sad expression

'NEH~ LETS BE FRIENDS~' she shouted happily

We both laughed and sat next to each other to wait for the lesson to start.

'Omo! It's seems like we're in the same class again' said a voice I recognized

Key and Taemin entered the classroom, Uee looked away from them which confused me. Key looked at the person next to me before he grasped

'IS THAT BEGGER GIRL ASKING YOU FOR MONEY?!' Key exclaimed as rushed over to us and glared at Uee ' YAH! A lowly person like you shouldn't be sitting there!'

Uee looked down at her lap, I could tell that she was hurt and sad

'Yah.' I said getting his attention ' don't assume things like that and I also won't allow you to talk like that to her. ' I said showing that I wasn't happy ' so apologize'

Key's froze while Taemin gasped, they were both surprised

'W-What did you just say?!' Key asked recovering

'B-Byul...forget it. Its fine' Uee said

It's fine? Does this mean she deals with this type of crap every day? I start to grew angry at that thought. Someone like Uee who is hardworking and is polite... to be treated like this...wasn't right. I am against it.

I looked hard at Key ' She wasn't asking for money, she has the right to sit here because she's my friend. You were wrong.  So apologize to her' I stated

Key frowned ' You want ME to apologize to HER? No! ' he said crossing his arms

Is this how a royal act? Does this mean the other students who have money are like this? Acting high and mighty and being a snob?

I balled my hands up into a fist. I opened my mouth to say something but then a hand griped one of my arms...

'Uee' I said

She shook her head and smiled at me 'Forget it, don't waste your breath talking to someone like him' she said

Key had a face of horror on 'WHAT?! WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?! YAH! I DARE YOU TO SAY IT TO MY FACE!' Key exploded angrily

the teacher then came in

'Oh, you guys are really early...please take a seat and wait for other students' the teacher said

Key shot Uee one last glare before taking a seat far away from us, Taemin went to sit next to Key of Corse.

'You know... you have to stand up to people like him one day' I said

'I know, but that one day is not today' Uee said smiling ' and thank you for standing up for me'

I smiled ' I wouldn't be a good friend if I didn't' I said

A while later all of the students turn up and the lesson started

'To start off today's lesson, I’ll be setting your seats, and so everyone to the front of the room and when I call your name, I’ll point out your seat' the teacher explained

'Aww that means we might not be able to sit next to each other' Uee said pouting

I chuckled, she had a cute personality. One by one people were seated

' Miss Kim Yoo Jin, second row seat next to the window' the teacher said

Uee went to her assigned seat

'Mr. Ki Kibum, your seat next to Miss Kim Yoo Jin' the teacher said

Key's mouth dropped 'WHAT?! YOU WANT SOMEONE LIKE ME TO SIT NEXT TO SOMEONE LIKE HER?! NO!!!' he exclaimed

Gosh, he is such a drama Queen...

The Teacher gave him a stern look ' Mr. Ki Kibum that is enough, now go and take your assigned seat' the teacher instructed

' I'm a royal! There's no way I'm sitting next to a lowly Commoner!' Key argued stubbornly

SLAM!

Everyone turned their attention to the maker of the loud sound...Uee. Uee had stood up and slammed her palm onto the table... I guess she finally cracked.

' Someone like you and someone like me?' Uee said bitterly ' we're humans and we're here to learn, what does status and ranks got to do with education?'

Key glared at her ' Sitting next to someone like you is a shame to me' he said also bitterly

Uee Smirked ' Someone like me? You don't know me. You don't know how hard I’ve worked and done to get here. Someone like you? You’re a snobby diva who’s a royal pain. You’re the shame that I have to sit next to' Uee said strongly ' so hurry and take your damn seat, you’re wasting everyone's learning time'

Everyone in the room gasped and was shocked especially Key, it looked like he just had been shot by a gun. I on the other hand was proud of Uee, I grinned and gave her thumbs up.

'M-Moving on then...' the teacher said after she had recovered

Key snapped back to reality as he gave Uee a glare but went to take his seat next to her.

' Miss Noon Ki Byul, 3rd row, window seat' the teacher said

I happily went to my seat which was behind Uee's and sat down

'So today's the day huh?' I joked smiling

Uee chuckled ' I guess so' she responded

'Mr. Lee Taemin, next to Miss Noon Ki Byul' the teacher said

Fate must hate me huh?.  Taemin took his seat next to mine, we both looked at each other for a bit before both looked away. After the seat arrangements were done the lesson started.

- Taemin Pov -

Noon Ki Byul, the girl who’s sitting next to me was definitely very different and seems to be full of surprises.

'Everyone turn on your computer' the teacher instructed

I followed and did as she told, I looked at Byul from the corner of my eyes...just to feel that I was going to burst out laughing any moment... Byul's computer screen was still off, She seemed very clueless at how to turn it on...heck I think she didn't know what it was.

She looked on the sides of the computer, she poked the black screen, and she even mumbled some curses at the computer. I chuckled which caught her attention.

'Do you need help?' I asked

She blanked out for a minute I guess she was thinking weather she should accept or not

'Neh.' She said

I smiled and showed her how to turn on the computer which was to press the button on the front bottom center of the screen. Seeing this she made a funny face which said ' OMFG IT"S THAT EASY?!', I laughed a little at her expression... it was cute in a way.

The lesson continued and I would continue to help Byul, she was actually a really fast learner.

- End of Class-

Everyone was already leaving the room

'Its Over~!' Byul said happily as she stood up

'could you please move...' Uee said

'Tsk, your fatter then I expected' Key said

Both me and Byul watch as both Uee and Key were starting a new argument

'Me? you in that chair takes up the whole 2meter space' Uee shot back

Key stood up from his chair and glared at Uee

'You poor 4 eyed nerd!' Key said calling her names

'You ugly, Gay, bad fashion sense, Monkey face!' Uee spat

'Aww...KO right there' Byul said

I had to agree...after all Key was the type to be very...no I mean super conscious about his fashion. Key gasped as he took in the insults that Uee had said

'WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!' Key exclaimed shocked

'YOUR UGLY GAY BAD FASHIONED MONKEY FACE!' Uee said loudly

Key stood there frozen which gave Uee the chance to get pass him

'That's fast...' Byul commented ' anyway lets go and get lunch, I’m hungry' Byul said heading out the door with Uee

Key recovered from this state of shock and sulked in front of me

'AM I WHAT SHE SAYS I AM?!' Key cried dramatically at me.

- Your Pov-

'What are you gonna get Uee?' I asked while we walked through the hallway

'ah...I’m not hungry...' Uee said

I looked at her, she may have said that, but I could see the restrains in her eyes as well as heard her stomach growled. I stopped walking making her stop as well

'Yah! You’re clearly hungry, so why would you lie about it?' I asked looking a little angry that she lied

Uee looked down from shame of lying and embarrassment of being caught due to her growling stomach.

'If I told you... then you would have brought me food...and to me it'll like I’m using you' she said

I dropped the angry look and smiled

'Pabo! We're friends now, so be honest and just tell me straight forward....And if me buying you food makes you feel like you’re using me then...' I said crossing my arms and grin ' then how about I make you food instead?'

Uee eyes widen but she then smiled and nods.

'Let’s go to my place then~' I sang happily ' by the way...you’re the first to be over! so be proud!' I said grinning

She laughed. I led her to my tree house which she was very surprised and was very fascinated about, I made us lunch and we both sat in the living room eating.

'Whoa, this is really cool that the headmaster would have this made for you' Uee commented

'I guess where I geographically came from it is a problem' I said

Uee finished her food and went to throw away her rubbish but seemed to have stopped in front of the trashcan.

'erm...Byul...' she said

'hmm?' I replied

'Why is there a crushed alarm clock in the bin?' she asked

I gave her a questioning look ' alarm clock?' I questioned

She reached into the bin and pulled out the horror noise device that woke me up this morning

'Oh...so it's called an alarm clock...well this morning it made a horrible sound and the way to shut it up was to smash it to pieces and that I did' I said proudly

Uee mouth dropped ' Y-You didn't know this was an alarm clock? You smashed it?' she said getting more surprised

I nod ' how come? is something wrong?' I asked

'Byul...there's a button on top here...' she said as she pointed to a button on top of the alarm clock ' if you press it...it'll stop the noise' she explained

I blinked dumbly as I soon to realize the situation...WHY THE HECK WAS I SO DUMB?! I face palmed and sulked

'I'm never going to survive this generation...' I said deadly.

Uee threw away the rubbish and came back into the living room

'I can help you understand things if you need help' Uee said

I looked at her, she was seriously like an angel sent from the above to save me!

'thank you!' I said happily ' this would make my life easier'

She laughed ' so it there something you need me to explain?, we have a free period next so you can ask as many as you like' she said

I grinned and nod

'What's a laptop?'

'What about the internet?'

'Oh yea, how does the internet help making living better?'

I asked as I remembered my early morning lesson. Uee mouth dropped looking at me in shock, before giving me the ' You are not kidding me right?' look which I returned it with an ' I'm dead serious' look.

Uee let out a sigh ' I never knew such person could exist....' She said more to herself. She then looks at me and smile ' well be prepared Byul because I’m going to make sure you are updated!'

I laughed and nod. And so my private tutoring  with Uee begins.

- End Of Free Period-

'What art class are you in?' Uee asked me

I looked at my timetable ' 2' I said

She pouted ' Aww I’m in 3' she said sadly

We went back to the academy together but split up to go to our classes.

- Art class-

I came into the classroom which everyone was already in their seats

'Oh! Byul!' someone called me

I smiled and went to sit next to Nana

'Hey' I said as I sat down

'Yay~ we're in the same art class!' Nana said happily.

' Hi~ hottie' Jonghyun greeted me with his flintiest smiled

My eyes twitched as I was greatly disturbed and terrified by his face.

'phahahaha! Her face say's ' his face is disgusting'' Minho said laughing

Nana and Taemin also laughed while Jonghyun sulked on his chair

'Is he...naturally like that?' I asked

'His born like that' Nana said

' Feel bad for his family then' I commented

they burst out laughing again

- During Art-

I'll admit....Art is not my thing...if it was finger painting I may have gotten a better chance of passing. I crunched up the paper and threw it in the bin that would have being my 6th one.

'why is drawing an apple so hard!' I muttered under my breath

I heard a soft laugh behind me, turning around it was a girl, who I might add was very pretty.

I chuckled and rubbed my neck embarrassed ' you've seen and heard me huh?' I said

She smiled and nods. I stood up from my seat and went to her, to see her drawing...and let’s just say my face says it all.

'SHE BLOODLY PHOTOGRAPHED IT DIDN'T SHE?!' I mentally shouted

On her paper was a professional drawn in color of dozen of apples. She laughed again this time due to my facial expression

' I'll help you' she offered again

I dragged my chair and drawing things next to her.

'Hmm? Byul where you going?' Nana asked me

'Da Vinci is helping me' I said smiling

This caused the girl to chuckle again

'Aww you could have asked me!' Nana said

 I looked at Nana's drawing...hers was no better then mine...well it was about 2 or 3 level better than mine

'Why are you drawing red circles?' Minho asked looking at her paper

'THEIR APPLES!' Nana shouted

'Art was something you’re not born with babe' Minho said shaking his head

Me and the girl laughed while Nana pouted and whined to Minho.

- End Of Art-

I grinned satisfied with my drawn apple...well the girl drawn it and I just colored it in.

'Thanks again Da Vinci!' I thanked the girl

She smiled and said 'no problem'. I handed in the drawing and went to the cafeteria to meet up with Uee. I came into the Cafeteria and saw Uee was already waiting.

'Hey Uee!' I called

'Byul are you gonna get something?' Uee asked

' Yep, just need to get more bananas' I replied

We both stood in line waiting.

- 3rd Person Pov -

Taemin and Boa carried their tray of food with the rest of Shinee, Jungah, and Nana behind them.

Bam Crash Crush

Everything and everyone went deadly silent

'BOA-AH!' Taemin cried worried ' are you all right?'

Both Boa and a girl crashed into each other by accident, Boa's tray of food spilled on her while the girl luckily caught her own tray and food.

'No~! My clothes are dirty!' Boa exclaimed sadly

Taemin glared at the girl 'YAH! Don't you have eyes! Watch where you’re going!' He said angrily

The girl bowed ' Sorry! I’m sorry!' The girl apologized

But looking at Boa and her sad expression fuelled Taemin with more anger.

'Sorry isn’t gonna cut it! Boa-ah could have gotten hurt!' Taemin stated angrily ' You also ruined her clothes  and she can't eat her food anymore!'

The girl bowed once again ' Sorry! I'll get her new clothes and... She can also have my lunch! I'm sorry!' the girl apologized and holding out her tray of food.

' Oppa...I can't eat that' Boa said looking sadly at Taemin

Taemin glared at the girl and her tray of food, as if it was rubbish being resented.

'Yah, Taemin...' Minho said holding on to Taemin's shoulder to calm him down

'No one was hurt...so forget about it' Key added

But Taemin ignored Key and brushed Minho's hand off his shoulder. Taemin pushed harshly the tray away, causing the tray and food to fall onto the ground

 ' Your own pitiful self won't be able to pay for any of this!' Taemin said bitterly and angrily

'Yah! That’s Enough!' a new voice intruded the situation

- Your Pov-

I've watched and seen the whole problem that was happening. The girl who was being scolded at by Taemin, was the girl who had helped me in art class.

I walked over to them, looking at the angry Taemin to the girl next to him and then down at the tray of food...it was a waste... I kneeled down and picked up the plate of Pasta.

'This is none of your business' Taemin spat bitterly glaring at me

I stood back up and looked at him... I was expecting him to be kind and good royal after the misunderstanding situation...but I guess I thought wrong

'She already Apologized, even offering her food and getting new clothes . So what more do you expect?' I asked

'The point is Boa-ah could have gotten hurt!' Taemin said angrily

' Face reality will you. Wooden chopsticks and a plastic bowl of lettuces isn't going to hurt anyone' I stated.

I will point it out to you now...that girl's clothes didn't even get a stain, for Christ sake it was just lettuces. Taemin glare harden on me, he was getting more pissed off and angry.

'Why do you even stick up for these types of people!' Taemin spat angrily at me

These types of people...he must be referring to Uee who's a Commoner and the art girl who seemed to come from a decent wealthy family. Must he be this judgmental? referring to them as 'these type of people'? their humans too, so I don't get why him and Key group them like that...

' You think just cause you’re a royal, you can just say anything you want? Your pretty low then' I said

Taemin gritted his teeth and clutched his hand into a fist, I bet he must want to punch me but is holding back.

' Your damn messed up in the head! You don't act like a princess at all! What the heck does your parent teach you?! They must have regretted having something like you! ' Taemin said darkly, glaring at me

My eyes narrowed...who the F*** does he think he is? Why the hell did he have to bring up my family in this? He doesn't know me...but I now know him well enough to hate him.

'Being raised who I am now, to at least treat people right regardless of their status....' I paused a little and looked at Taemin in the eye ' is better than to be a  Royal Snob by heart'

People were gasping from shock, but Taemin was shocked the most.

I smirked ' by the way...haven't your parents taught you to never waste food?' I questioned before smashing the plate of pasta I had picked up before into his face.

This action made everyone's mouth dropped.

'Justice is served' I joked leaving the cafeteria.

Me, Uee and the girl were in the hallway far away from the cafeteria

'Thank you' the girl said

I smiled ' No problem' I said

' Is it all right to be enemies with other royals though?' Uee questioned

I scratch my head ' I guess I won't be showing my face around them...' I joked

The girl looked down sadly ' sorry...' she said

'Hey, it's seriously all right...by the way...what’s your name?' I asked ' I wouldn't want to keep calling you da Vinci'

The girl laughed ' oh yea we never really introduced each other!, I'm Park Ji Young, but call me Kahi' she said

I smiled ' Noon Ki Byul!' I introduced

Uee smiled ' Kim Yoo Jin but in short Uee' Uee introduced

Growl~Growl Growl

We looked at each other before bursting out laughing

'C'mon Let's eat at my place...it doesn't seem like we'll be using the Cafeteria for a while' I said grinning

ma and Uee started to walk but Kahi didn't move which made us look back her confused

'Um...really? I can come?' Kahi asked

I gave her a weird look 'Aren't friends supposed to eat with each other?' I questioned

'Last time I checked...they are meant to' Uee said

a bright smile appeared on Kahi's face

'Really?! We're friends?!' She exclaimed

'Well we didn't stand up for you, for nothing' I stated smiling

'Gaaaahhh! Hurry! I'm hungry!' Uee whined

Kahi happily speed up and walked with me and Uee.

I grinned happily ' I made friends today!~' I sang happily

Kahi looked at me questioningly

Uee smiled ' I was also befriended by her today' Uee explained

Kahi chuckled ' I guess we should celebrate, right?' she said happily

both me and Uee grinned ' PARTY~!' we cheered and jumped

Today the first day of my academy life began...sure I pissed off one royal which might led to the all of the royals to hate me....But I’ve gained 2 new friends...so what more can I ask for.

- Nana Pov -

-Royal Dorm-

' It would of been great if she also stuffed something in that B****'s face too' I commented

We returned to the dorm after the incident...Taemin is now showering and everyone was in the living room. Everyone was shocked and surprised of the incident really, but at the same time...we had to give the new royal our admiration and respect.

I grin ' I like her...I like Byul. ' I said

Jungah grinned and held out her hand which I hi-5ed it. 'Same here' she said

' she makes weird friends seriously' Key commented ' a commoner and a decent wealthy girl'
