-A Week Later- - After Half Yearly Exams-

-Your Pov-

First thing’s first, I felt very relieved and relaxed now, now that the exams were over. I can say that everyone was very damn happy, so right after our last exam, we basically held a mini party in the dorm…yes, we were happy to that extent.

Right now, it was early in the morning of the next day, the day where our results of the half yearly will be handed back to us…and the nerve-racking feeling came back again. It would be really hard to take in, if you fail, especially when your a royal. Once again helplessly, I was being dragged to class …by  none other then Taemin.

‘I don’t see why we have to get to class now…’ I stated annoyed

The idiot had came waking me up 6am in the morning…YES. 6AM IN THE BLOODLY MORNING! For what? FOR THE RESULTS! Which will be handed out to us in class, and class doesn’t start till, like what? Another an hour and a half?!

‘Because Taeminnie wants to see if Taeminnie did good. And if Taeminnie had won the bet. So we can go eat ice cream’ Taemin said grinning excitingly.

I couldn’t help but to smile a little, the whole point of checking was because he wanted to go out to eat ice cream…with me. Who wouldn’t be happy? We reach the classroom and sat in our seat, waiting for the teacher and also the others to come in.

While waiting, Taemin was rather too excited and currently continuously rambling of many ideas of what he wanted to do after getting ice cream.

‘We can go watch a movie!!! I heard there was a really good funny movie that just came out!’ Taemin suggested filled with excitement.

‘Aww We have to go to the park as well!’

‘How about having dinner afterwards?!!’

‘Maybe we can also go to Lotte World!!!’

‘We can ride the bus!’

‘Or we can walk there too!’

‘TAEMINNIE IS SO EXCITED!!!’

I shook my head half listening to Taemin and the other half was almost dozing off to sleep…who wouldn’t be tired from being woken up at 6am. I

-An Hour Later-

‘What in the world is he so excited about?’ Jonghyun questioned as he entered the door, with the others behind him

I shrugged my shoulders ‘I would explain…but I’m too tired to.’ I said

‘What’s wrong? Didn’t you get enough sleep?’ Nana asked a little worried

‘something like that…that stupid Dogface woke me up at 6 bloody a.m. and dragged me to class’ I said

Everyone raised a brow and looked at Taemin

‘Why would you woke her up at 6am?’ Minho questioned

Taemin grin ‘Cause Taeminnie is excited to see the results!!!’ he said

‘Since where were you ever so excited for such things?’ Onew questioned

Taemin only grinned ‘That’s a secret~’ he sang

Key pouted ‘Yah! What secret?! Tell Your Umma!!! Right Now!!!’ he whined

The teacher then came in, which made everyone took their seats.

‘After receiving your results, you may leave. The headmaster had decided that since everyone had been working hard for the exams, you get to have 3 days of free time.’ The teacher announced

No one hid their happiness, everyone was happy and cheered. The teacher walked around handing us back our results.

I smiled proudly and very satisfied with my marks. I turn to my side, looking at Taemin…who had his head hang low.

I had a worried expression on ‘Hey, are you alright?’ I questioned

Taemin remained quite for a moment before weakly turned to face me with a sad expression. Without saying anything, he weakly held out his exam result paper.

I blinked a couple of times, he got a really good result…considering that he didn’t even study that much. So why did he look so down? I gave him a questioning look

‘What’s wrong? You did great.’ I said

Taemin shook his head ‘No. I did bad.’ He said gloomily

I raised a brow ‘how? You passed’ I stated

Taemin looked at with a small frown ‘I couldn’t get all of my subjects in the 80s…’ he said before looking sadly down at the ground ‘which means no ice cream with Byul…’

Hearing what he had said, finally hit me about the bet I had made with him…

‘That’s right…his supposed to get in the 80s’ I thought ‘So this is why his so down. ‘

I looked at his result paper and then back at him again.

‘ Taemin, do you want to go get something to eat in the city?’ I asked

Taemin snapped his head up and looked at me ‘i-I lost the bet…’ he said

I nod ‘Yeah, I know.’ I said

Taemin gave me a confused look ‘You won’t go get ice cream with me unless I get over 80 though…’ he said

I nod again ‘Yeah, I know. You lost the bet. So I won’t go eat ice cream with you. But….’ I said ‘I’m asking you to go with me. because you asking me and I’m asking you are two different things.’

Taemin blinked a couple of times before his face brightened up, a big smile replaced his sad expression.

‘Really?!; he questioned excited

I nod ‘so are we going to go?’ I asked

Taemin nod quickly without hesitation and cheered happily in his seat. Seeing him happy  made me smile. There was really no limitation of how adorable this guy is. Once everyone had received their results, the teacher happily left the room…I guess they are happy of their free time as well.

‘Should we go somewhere together to celebrate everyone’s passing?’ Minho suggested

Before anyone could respond, Taemin had already shot up his seat and cling himself to my arm.

‘Aniyo~ Taeminnie and Byul-a-na Milk pass!’ he said grinning ‘We’re going to celebrate on our own~’

Everyone gave us a surprised look

‘What?! Your both going on a date?!’ Key exclaimed

‘Well I wouldn’t call it a---‘ ‘YEP IT’S A DATE!’ Taemin shouted happily, cutting me off.

I shot him a glare ‘Yah! Don’t---‘ ‘Psh You could of just said so. Well…have fun!!!’ Key said grinning, cutting me off.

I frowned…why do they cut me off! Taemin didn’t waste any time and dragged me out.

‘HAVE FUN YOU TWO!!!” Everyone shouted

They seemed to be really happy…if possible more then how Taemin and me are.

-City-

‘Where should we go first?’ Taemin asked excitedly

‘We should celebrate first, since after all we passed with very good marks’ I reasoned

Taemin grinned ‘Then let’s go get ice cream~’ he sang happily and dragged me by the arm

There was no point in going against so I let him drag me to where ever he wants.

-Ice Cream Shop-

Steeping into the ice cream shop, I didn’t hide my excitement and run up to the glass window that displayed all flavors of ice creams.

‘Pick whatever you like Byul-a-na Milk. My Treat’ Taemin said smiling.

‘Should I get one of everything? I wondered

Taemin laughed ‘Byul-a-na Milk turned into Byul piggy.’ He teased

 ‘I’d rather prefer pigs then dogs anyways.’ I said

Taemin pouted ‘Dogs are better! Dogs are cute! Pigs are fat!’ he argued

I rolled my eyes ‘Does it really matter what they look like? I would still prefer pigs, to me their adorable, funny and they are chubby.’ I said

Taemin when silent…

‘Hello, what can I get for you today?’ the server asked

I smiled ‘ large Bubblegum and Mint Ice cream please’ I ordered

The server nod and then looked at Taemin ‘ How about you sir?’ he asked

‘same.’ Taemin replied

The server got our orders and Taemin paid for them. We sat on a table outside of the shop and ate. While eating Taemin was being really quiet...which isn’t like him.

‘Did I say something to have sadden him again?’ I thought

It was bothering me…but that worry was gone when Taemin looked at me and broke the silence

‘Byul….’ He called me

‘hmm?’ I responded

‘Can I get a new nickname?’ Taemin asked

I was surprised but at the same time confused by the topic. How did the topic of nickname came in?

I gave him a funny look ‘what do you have in mind?’ I questioned

Taemin grinned ‘Instead of Dog face can it be Pig Face?’ he suggest

When his words hit me…I burst out laughing, causing him to look at me strangely before pouting

‘Yah! Why are you laughing at Taeminnie?’ he asked

‘phahaha, why would you want to be a pig?’ I questioned still laughing

‘Because Byul-a-na Milk like pigs better!’ he stated

Hearing this, I calmed down and looked at him…the reason to his quietness was due to the fact I chose pigs over dogs…that’s cute right?

‘But your nothing like a pig…’ I said smiling

Taemin pouted ‘of course I am! I’m adorable. I’m funny and I am chubby!’ He reasoned

I raised a brow at him ‘What part of you is chubby? Your nothing but skins and bones.’ I said

Taemin when quiet to think a little before he smiled proudly ‘My cheeks are chubby!!!’ he said while puffing his cheeks out and poke them.

I chuckled…Taemin is really ridiculous…everyone who is being called a pig would be offended and against it. But Taemin wanting to be a pig.

‘You can never be a pig, you know that right?’ I stated smiling

Taemin’s smile dropped ‘why?’ he questioned eyes looking down

‘Because your more suited as a dog.’ I said ‘Your creepy puppy dog eyes and your dog like whimpering’

Taemin shook his head ‘I am not a dog! I don’t want to be A DOG!’ he said the last word loudly, which surprised me

It’s weird and abnormal that we’re arguing something like this, isn’t it?

I raised a brow at him ‘what’s wrong with dogs?’ I questioned

‘You don’t like them!’ Taemin stated

‘I never said I don’t like them…I just prefer pigs over dogs if they are my two choices.’ I said

‘Exactly my point!!! You would choose pigs over me!!!’ Taemin said sadly

I looked at him confused ‘When would I ever choose Pigs over you?’ I questioned

‘You said Taeminnie is like a dog! But you don’t like dogs, you like pigs! That means you like pigs over me!’ Taemin explained unhappily

‘Taemin…if the topic we’re arguing about is whether I prefer dogs or pigs, then yes I prefer pigs.’ I said ‘But if it is between you or the pig, it’s obvious that I will choose you. But why would you compare yourself to an animal in the first place? Pabo.’

Taemin blinked blankly at me a couple of times, he was clueless…

‘So…Byul likes me more then pigs?’ he questioned

I face palm ‘It was never a choice in the first place! I’ve always like and preferred you over everything.’ I said annoyed

Taemin then smiled, a very happy and genuine smile. He continuously stared at me while smiling like that as an idiot…it annoyed and irritated me, but I felt happy that he was no longer bothered.

‘Aishi! Stop smiling like that at me. It’s super creepy!’ I scolded and started to eat my ice cream

His smile never dropped as he also ate his ice cream.

-Taemin Pov-

I was smiling happily due to the fact that I was confirmed that Byul would like and preferred me over everything and anything. It made me feel important and valuable to someone. We both ate our ice cream in a comfortable silence…

‘Do you like your ice cream?’ I questioned Byul

Byul nod ‘it’s really good.’ She said

I looked down at my ice cream then at hers…

‘Can I try some of yours?’ I asked

Byul gave me a funny look…she’s been giving me that a lot do I always say or do something weird?

‘We ordered the same thing.’ Byul stated

That’s right…we did…boy am I an embarrassment. But being stubborn and not wanting to be seem that I am embarrassed, I continued to persuade her to let me try her ice cream

‘aww please Byul-a-na Milk~’ I pleaded

‘There’s no difference. We have the same thing’ Byul said, rejecting me again

I pouted ‘Who knows, yours might be better then mine!’ I said…unreasonably and as an excuse.

Byul rolled her eyes ‘Your being ridiculous. You know that.’ She stated, but pushed her ice cream tub towards me…allowing me to try her ice cream

I grinned and scooped some of her ice cream and gulp the ice cream in my mouth. I frowned and looked at Byul, who gave he a questioning look. This was awfully strange…

‘Byul-ana Milk…’ I said

‘What’s wrong?’ Byul questioned

‘Are you sure we got the same ice cream?’ I asked

Byul gave me a confused and weird look ‘Neh. We did. Why?’ she questioned again

The taste of Byul’s ice cream still lingered in my mouth…

‘You ice cream taste…better then mine.’ I stated

I knew and was 100% positive that Me and Byul did have the same ice cream. But for some odd reason…hers tasted sweeter and more addicting than mine was. When her ice cream melted in my mouth, it was pure delight and one of the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted in my whole entire life. You may think that I’m exaggerating, but I am being honest.

Byul once again gave me a funny look ‘How can mine better then yours when it’s the same thing’ she stated

I shrugged my shoulders, before taking her tub of ice cream in my hand and pushed my tub towards her…earning a confused look from Byul

‘Let’s swap. I likes yours better’ I stated smiling

Byul frowned but didn’t argue, she took my ice cream tub in her hands ‘You’re a weirdo you know that.’ She said before eating the ice cream

But something was strange…after Byul took a bite from my tub, she froze for a moment and stared at the tub questioningly

‘Whats wrong?’ I asked, before smiling ‘There’s a difference right?! Your ice cream is better then mine! Well I’m not giving your ice cream back!’

I stuck my tongue out at her.

Byul rolled her eyes ‘Shut up and just eat’ she said and continued to eat the ice cream

I pouted but also continued to eat…and more strangely enough…each bite I took the better and sweeter the ice cream tasted.

- Your Pov -

Of course, I am greatly confused, when Taemin said my ice cream tasted better then his. He even took my ice cream and exchanged it with his. Had he gone retarded? Never the less, I just let him have my ice cream and I took his.

‘There shouldn’t be any different with his ice cream and mine…unless there was something wrong with his one.’ I thought

I took a bite out of his tub…

‘Yep…something is wrong with his one.’ I mentally concluded

I stared down at his tub of ice cream with a questioning glaze…it was strange…

‘Why does it taste bittersweet?’ I thought

Once the ice cream was in my mouth, there was a light bitter taste before a heavenly sweet taste followed after. And it wasn’t bad…I liked it.

‘Whats wrong?’ Taemin asked, before smiling very widely ‘There’s a difference right?! Your ice cream is better then mine! Well I’m not giving your ice cream back!’

He stuck my tongue out at me.

I rolled her eyes ‘Shut up and just eat’ I said and continued to eat the ice cream

Taemin pouted but also continued to eat.

‘Is it possible for the same ice cream to taste differently?’ I thought ‘must be taste bugs have different sense of taste.’

‘Can we go to the park next?’ Taemin suddenly asked

I nod ‘sure’ I said

Today…I’ll just do whatever Taemin has in mind…because I knew myself very well…that I too wanted to spend today with him. I’m hoping to make many more good memories with him.

I smiled unconsciously at the thought.

Me and others, excluding Byul and Taemin of course…are currently having a movie marathon in the dorm, and the movie we’re watching right now…

‘GAHHHHH MOTHER F***ER!’ Jonghyun screamed in fear

Was horror. And let’s just say that…Jonghyun was one of the most wussy in the room. Kahi seemed like the man in their relationship, because she was comforting him. I rolled my eyes, I wonder how in the world did I ever befriend someone like him. I watch as the other couples in the room seemed normal…as in...they did not scream like Jonghyun did.

Uee was hugging Key’s arm, every time a scary scene came on and Key would smile at her .

‘Baby~ It’s over. I promise’ Key said sweetly to Uee ‘I’m here. And I won’t let that scary movie scare you’

Uee smiled at Him and snuggle into his embrace. Minho and Nana both were not even close to being scared…they were actually enjoying the movie…like normal people. And finally… Onew and Jungah…was it normal…that they were laughing every time a scary scene that appeared? Even ones when the crazy main was chopping people to pieces and Onew would say they looked like pieces of chickens? I guess not. I make amazing friends right?

Knock Knock

‘I’ll get it.’ I said, getting up

Opening the door, I expected it to be Byul and Taemin. Well, guess what….it was no where close to it.

I stare blankly and motionlessly at the visitor ‘Nee something?’ I asked

Boa smiled brightly at me…and you know what? As much as I would like to say ‘B**** if you can’t smile sincerely then don’t smile at all’ that would be too harsh, so I kept silent.

‘Hi Oppa, can I talk to Taemin Oppa?’ She asked in a sickening sweet voice

‘No.’ I said

Her smile turned into a pout, which made me mentally rolled my eyes…even Minho’s pout looked way cuter and hotter…that is…if he does pout.

‘Can I come inside for him?’ She asked

‘No.’ I stated

I was about to close the door but she held onto the side of the door.

‘Please Oppa~’ Boa begged with what suppose to be an aegyo.

I stare coldly at her ‘No.’ I said once again

Boa eyes began to tear up ‘Did I do something wrong that he doesn’t want to see me?’ she questioned sadly

Each second that passed by…I was starting to get irritated and annoyed. Can’t she get the point that, she’s not welcomed here? It’s whether she’s a dumb or Spoiled B****.

‘Look It’s more convenient to call or text him. Stop coming here. Your not welcomed.’ I said bluntly and closed the door.

I grinned proudly to myself and went back into the living room.

‘Your smiling very widely…guess your feeling good for being a B**** to someone’ Key stated

I shot him a joking glare ‘Oh, Please~. I’m not that much of a B****’ I said jokingly, causing everyone to laugh.

I went back to my original sitting spot.

‘Let’s continue’ I said

‘So what movie next?’ Minho questioned

‘Another Horror?’ Jungah suggested happily

I raised at brow at her ‘No thanks. It’s way creepier that you and Onew were laughing through the entire movie, and Jonghyun’s screaming is no joke.’ I stated with a smirk

Jonghyun pouted and glared at me ‘Dude, I was not screaming’ he defended

I rolled my eyes ‘I was convinced for a moment that you might of been a girl.’ I joked ‘Kahi seemed like the man in the relationship.’

Jonghyun gasped and gave an offended look ‘I have you know. I am the man here.’ He retorted

I smirked ‘Honey if you were in a relationship with me, I’ll show you of how a women you really are.’ I joked

‘Okay, that’s enough. No more gay talk L.Joe, I don’t need any more conviction that my boyfriend is a girl’ Kahi stated, causing everyone to laugh aside from Jonghyun

Jonghyun sulked ‘I am a man!!!’ he cried.

-That Night-

- Taemin Pov-

Never once, even for a second had my smile ever stopped or dropped during my time with Byul. I had the most fun today with her and it disappointed me that time passed very quickly, ending the day. Right now, I am walking Byul back to her tree house.

‘Can we go out again like today again soon?’ I asked hopefully and excitedly

Byul nod ‘Sure, why not.’ She said with a smile ‘Night.’

I grinned widely from ear to ear ‘Good night Byul-a-na Milk!’ I said and pointed to my cheek ‘Bboe Bboe~’

‘No.’ Byul stated

I pouted and stomped my feet ‘Taeminnie wants Bboe Bboe!’ I whined

Byul looked at me amused…yes this is my first time ever to be stomping my feet like a kid.

‘Have you upgraded from an idiot to a moron?’ She stated rather then questioning

I made whining sounds

Byul rolled her eyes, but then opened her arms ‘Just Hugs.’ She said

Of course I stopped whining and accepted her embrace.

‘But Taeminnie really wanted Bboe Bboe’ I said while still hugging her

‘No. I already gave you a hug.’ She stated

I pouted but then smiled when an idea come into mind. I pulled away from the hug slightly and leaned forward, pressing my lips on to her cheek.

I pulled away quickly ‘Then Taeminnie will just have to do it.’ I said grinning

Byul froze for a minute before regaining her senses and shot me a joking glare

‘Your too spoiled you know that.’ She stated, pushing me lightly away from her. ’Now go away’

I grinned ‘Good night’ I said and headed back to the dorm.

The feeling of warmth and happiness never eased, was it normal to feel like this? I walked happily back to the dorm…however I saw a figure standing in front. The closer to walked, the figure became more familiar and more identified. My eyes widened and my heart stopped for a moment. Unconsciously I ran towards the figure with a big smile.

‘HI BOA-AH~’ I greeted her with a big smile

Boa jumped slightly, startled by my outburst. I mentally chuckled…she’s so cute.

‘Taemin Oppa.’ She said smiling

I stood in front of her ‘What are you doing here Boa-ah?’ I asked

There was something strange with the way Boa behaved, she seemed to be shy…when she is always confident.

‘I..I have a c-confession to make.’ Boa stuttered her face turning red

I tilted my head to the side slightly ‘What is it?’ I asked curiously

 Boa stared at the ground and was fidgeting with her fingers, which made her a whole new level of cute. She seemed to be hesitating and not able to find her words.

I smiled ‘Boa-ah, you don’t have to say it now, if your not confident’ I said

I seemed to have reused that line from someone…who was it again?

‘Aishi, why does my mind always go blank and I forget things when I’m around Boa?’ I mentally scold myself

‘Ani, I have to say it now…before it’s too late.’ Boa said.

I nod and remained quiet for her to continue. She took in a deep breath and looked at me strange in the eyes, making my breath caught in my throat and face go red.

‘Taemin Oppa. Saranghae.’ Boa said confidently

What did she just say?  Did she  just confessed to me? No…it must be just my fantasy playing with me.

‘W-What?’ I stuttered

‘Saranghae.’ Boa repeated ‘I’ve been in love with you for a long time. Please accept my feelings.’

My head had gone completely blank, to the point where I didn’t even know if was functioning right. My stomach tightened and I think my heart just exploded. This was really hard to digest down…

‘W-Wha—W-When?...B-but…’ I was stuttering like an idiot.

Boa smiled sweetly at me ‘from the first time we’ve meet, I’ve fallen for you’ she said

‘B-but…Y-Your Boyfriend…’ I said still in shock

‘About that…I was having doubts whether my feelings was just a crush or not. So I tried to date someone, to see if my feelings would change…’ She said and paused a little ‘But…it turned out…I wasn’t happy with any guys besides you, Taemin Oppa.’

My stomach was curling and felt tingly.

‘W-Why are you confessing now…’ I said

Boa smiled ‘Because I realized that my feelings became stronger and harder to handle, when I wasn’t able to see or talk to you during the exam studying period.’ She explained ‘I found myself missing you too much for my own good. And I could no longer keep this to myself…so here I am confessing to you’

Once again I am speechless…I was staring at Boa like a soulless idiot.

‘B-but…I understand…if you don’t feel---‘ ‘NO!’ I shouted unconsciously

Boa looked at me surprised, when I felt my face got really red from embarrassment.

‘N-no…’ I repeated and looked down at the ground ‘I..I really like you too’

There. I confessed. I admitted my feelings.

Boa looked at me in shock as a smile came onto her face ‘Really?’ she asked

I looked at her more confidently and nod ‘Neh. For a long time, too.’ I said ‘S-So..will you be….m-my girlfriend?’

Next thing I knew after asking her…I was in her arms.

‘YES! OF COURSE!’ Boa shouted happily

Just like that.

I felt my world had just been completed.
