Lee Taemin's POV

When I heard her voice I was wonderstruck. Her voice was beautiful. I've seen her perform many times but... this is the first time I've really noticed her. Don't get me wrong.

I don’t like her, okay? I was just enchanted… with her voice. After she sang, she looked at me. When she sat, she held my hand. I was taken aback.

He was watching… He was watching.” She whispered. My heart sank a bit. Because I know that she talked about Minho hyung… and not me. 

“Ohh… okay.” I said, awkwardly, while squeezing her hand gently, letting her know that it’s okay.

Professor Kahi cleared . “Miss Kim Ji Yeon and Mr. Lee Taemin, please listen to me and stop mholding hands under the table. I know that it’s sweet but… well, you know.” She said then smiled.

Everyone laughed.

Except for Yuri noona’s group.

Me and Ji Yeon stared at the floor awkwardly. I looked at her. Her face was tomato red.

I wrote a note:

Hey! It’s okay! We all liked it^^

Then I passed the note. She wrote and it said:

Thanks! Your voice is nicer than me, though^^

“Remember the agreement.” I whispered.

She nodded in reply. Then the bell rang.

“What’s your next sub?” I asked her.

“Uhh… History with Professor Boa.” She smiled while picking up her things.

My heart fluttered. Wait—WHAT?!

“Ohh…” I said. Yeah, it because we’re not together. It’s because History is quite boring.

“Hey! Ji Yeon! Wanna go to class with me? Yuri’s having Physics as her next class.” Minho hyung said while scratching his head.

Hmph… Flirting with my girlfriend Ji Yeon.

Wait~ I didn’t say that… right? That’s not me! I swear!

“Uhm.. Sure.” She said.

“H-hey! She’s my girlfriend! Hyung!” I said, whining.

“I have a girlfriend. Why’ll I flirt. I’m just doing this for my bestfriend.” He said, defensively.

Then Yuri came along.

Oh. This is not good news.
