CHAPTER 9 : Revealing The Truth

                “Wae, oppa?”

                “Your phone,” he passed my phone. I looked at it, then to oppa.

                “I think your manager called,”he said again. I was in shock.

                “No, the other hyung does not know yet…” oppa remained silent afterwards. I touched his arm.

                “Oppa,”I called him.

                “Danny-ah, are you really going to go tomorrow?” oppa asked. I closed my eyes, tears are building up. I hugged him.

                “Oppa,” I cried. Cry as I never cried before. Oppa softly patted my back and my hair.

                “Danny-ah, I think the others need to know too…They are in the living room. They really need to know bout it.” Hyung Jun oppa said after my cries subsides.

                “Oppa,” then I nodded. I also make that promise to Eli just now. I hold on to oppa’s hand. I knew I’m afraid but I must do it.

                “Oppa, I need to tell you guys something…” I said to the other oppas as soon as we arrived at the living room. I sat next to Hyung Jun oppa.

                “I’m leaving tomorrow oppa,” they all looked at me, disbelief at my statement.

                “You are lying rite?” Jung Min oppa said. I shook my head.

                “Ani , it’s true..And there’s another thing I have to say to oppa…But please, don’t hate me, please…” I felt Hyung Jun oppa tighten his grip. The other oppa are looking at me intensely,

                “I have to go, or my partner will suffer…”

                “What partner, Danny?” Hyun Joong oppa asked. I coughed a bit. To make myself feel comfortable with what they will be hearing.

                “Oppa, mianhae..Mianhaeyo… I didn’t mean to lie to you guys…” Kyu Jong oppa sat next to me. His hands rested on my shoulder.

                “Tell us really slow. We’ll love you no matter what Danny…” Young Saeng oppa assuring words make my mood seems better.

                “Oppa, jeongmal?” I looked at each of their face. Hyun Joong oppa nodded. Jung Min oppa smiled. Hyung Jun oppa patted my hand softly. Kyu Jong oppa too.

                “My name is Danielle, from DanielleDaniella,” I hear their gasps. Well except Hyung Jun oppa of course.

                “Oppa, what you read on the internet is not true, except the part I’m missing…I ran away because I need to find some space, space from what have made me almost lost myself…Oppa, mianhae, I lied to oppa that love me as much….” And that night I ended telling them what I have told Eli. That night, the oppas slept with me in the living room. We spent our time playing games, sharing secrets and laughing like there’s no tomorrow, well there isn’t, is it? Before we go to sleep, I hugged each one of them.

                “Oppa, I’ll promise you one thing, I’ll come back here later, and I’ll give you one special present…I promise you that…”I whispered to them when they already asleep. I fall asleep after looking at them with all my heart content. I awake much earlier than them. I knew I have to leave before my oppas awake. I pack my things quickly and try to move out stealthily. Hopefully the oppas weren’t awake.

                Once outside, I hailed a taxi. Then was stopped by someone.

                “You are leaving without telling me or them…” he stated.

                “Eli, mianhae…I have to go now…”it’s all I managed to say.

                “Ka ja, I’ve waited for you with a taxi…”he motioned to a side. Then, he takes my bag and holds my hands.                “Wae, oppa?”
