Chapter 18 -  Brokenhearted

"She is going to be back Woo, so stop worrying." Dongwoo patted Woohyun on the back as they stood in Hwansoo's room.

"I know that. I was just worried." Woohyun looked down at the ground and kicked the floor.

"She is not the type of person who would leave without saying goodbye." Dongwoo said, "Hwansoo has a very pure heart." Dongwoo smiled and he raised an eye brow when he heard someone sing with the purest of voice.

"Do you hear that?" Woohyun said as he walked out onto the balcony.  He looked out towards the beach and saw a beautiful woman walking down the beach, singing.

Dongwoo followed Woohyun and sighed, "Woo, you said you were..."

Dongwoo was suddenly pushed aside by Woohyun.  He was wondering where the kid was going, and wondered why he was not answering him when he called for him.  Dongwoo decided to follow his best friend. "Woo!"

His eyes went wide when Woohyun's arms wrapped around the strange girls waist.  Dongwoo's heart hurt when Woohyun kissed her on the lips.  This was not Woohyun.  This was not Woohyun at all.  He would not do that to Hwansoo.

"There is something shady about that girl." Sungyeol said to Myungsoo.

"You are just saying that because you thought Woohyun hyung was going to end up with Hwansoo." Myungsoo looked up from his book.

"I wanted Woohyun to end up with Hwansoo, but that is not the reason why I think the girl is shady.  Woohyun hyung is not acting like himself. He is acting like something is controlling. Myunggie I think aliens landed on our planet."

"The only alien I know is you." Myungsoo sighed, "But you do make a pointed.  That girl is not nice."

"She is not nice and that is one of the many reasons why Woohyun should think twice about this.  BABO HYUNG!" Sungyeol's dolphin scream filled the air.

"Will you be quiet? Seungyeon looks like she will kill us if we disapprove." Myungsoo said.

"Are you scared of her?" Sungyeol asked.

"Maybe." Myungsoo said.

"Well I am not and I have the perfect prank for this evil woman." Sungyeol said.

"DO I want to know?" Myungsoo asked.

"I am going to need your help Myunggie." Sungyeol winked.

Hwansoo walked back to the kingdom, and was informed by Hoya that he would be staying close.  She walked into the kingdom with Sungjong's arm linked with hers. Dongwoo was waiting outside of Hwansoo's room with his head in his hands.

"Dongwoo hyung are you alright?" Sungjong asked as he hurried over to his hyung. 

Dongwoo grabbed onto Sungjong's hand and pulled him down to Dongwoo's level.  "We have a problem." Dongwoo whispered into Sungjong's ear. "Woohyun is going to get married to the wrong woman.  I think he was put under a trance."

"What are you to talking about?" Hwansoo asked.

"Nothing." Dongwoo said quickly. He did not like lying, but he did not want Hwansoo's heart to be broken.  She was a nice girl.  He could not believe Woohyun would so such a terrible thing.

"You're joking right hyung?" Sungjong asked and Dongwoo shook his head. Sungjong let out a sigh and looked at Hwansoo.

"Did something happen?" Hwansoo asked.

"Woohyun got engaged?" Dongwoo said resting his head on Sungjong's shoulder.

"Since when?" Hwansoo asked.

"Since tonight!" A familiar looking girl walked over to Hwansoo, "It is nice to meet you Hwansoo can we talk?" Before Hwansoo could answer she was pulled into her bedroom.

"Howon why are you here?" Tablo said, "I thought you would be searching for my daughter.  Sunggyu is supposed to come here."

"He was injured by one of Seungyeon's men sir.  He is almost fully recovered, but I did not want him to come here.  I have a bad feeling about something. Sunggyu hyung mentioned something that Seungyeon is going to hurt your daughter in some way. I cannot allow that to happen I..."

"Howon...I know you love my daughter and I don't want to lose you.  Howon you are like a son to me." Tablo said.

"I know Hwansoo loves the Prince of the Kingdom by the Sea.  I do not want her to not love who she wants to.  My heart isn't broken sir. Just confused.  I will not turn into bubbles I promise." Hoya bowed, "I will head back up to the surface.  I don't like this feeling I am getting."

"I understand Howon. Go and make sure nothing bad happens.  If I need to I will get involved." Tablo took a deep breath and watched Hoya leave.

"I could not let you be happy Princess Hwansoo." Seungyeon said as she placed a hand on Hwansoo's cheek, and back her up into a wall.  "You are going to leave this kingdom tomorrow and your soul will become mine."

"And if I don't?" Hwansoo asked.

"I will destroy your Prince." Seungyeon smirked.
