Taehyung was happily munching on a pancake.

This morning had been a little tricky.

After picking out his prey, the boy started crying like crazy, sobbing in fear. He hated that. He never took out a weapon. He didn´t want to hurt anybody.

His knife was hidden in his pocket, and he had taken it out just three times in the last three years. To defend himself. And it had worked.

When the guy gave him his wallet, he wrinkled his forehead. He had a lot of money, but that damn kid didn´t stop crying. Stammering that his mom would beat him up if he would lose the wallet.

He just took out a little money and gave it back. It was enough for him to buy food and a new toothbrush.

He watched the people on the street.

The owner of the ramyun shop had changed again. He saw them changing the sign.

The lady who had worked in the market the last two years was gone. Another girl worked there now. A lot younger. Better for the owner. He wondered what happened to the old lady.

The new ramyun shop owner stared at him with angry eyes, like he was a disease.

„Hi.“

Taehyung jumped and turned around.

„YOU?“ he gasped.

"How is your day?“ the guy asked, smiling at him.

„What are you doing here? Are you stalking me?!“

„This is a free city. I like to take walks, so I guess we just bumped into each other by coincidence again.“

Taehyung was scanning that brat. It was the same guy that had bought food yesterday. For them. For him. He clenched his teeth.

„Thanks for yesterday. It was good. I ate it very happily.“ he mumbled.

„No worries.“

He still felt the stare of the ramyun shop owner on his back.

„So... what will you do today?“ the guy asked again.

Taehyung wrinkled his forehead. „Why?“

„I am bored. Let´s do something.“

Taehyung didn´t know what to say. That brat sure had some nerves. He showed up again, talking to him like they were friends.

„I may be a street kid, but I am still older than you. Don´t talk informally to me.“ he hissed at him.

„How do you know that I am younger than you?“ the guy asked.

„I have a good eyesight. How old are you?“

„Seventeen.“
„That makes me your hyung. I am eighteen.“

„Sorry for being rude. I will use formal language from now on.“

To be honest, Taehyung gave a about that respect crap. He just tried to get away from that kid.

„Listen....“

„My name is Joen Jungkook .“

Taehyung wanted to ignore it. Same forename.

„Listen, Jungkook-ah... I am not the best company for a high schooler. I am sure, that you have homework or something, so just go home.“

„Do you like ramyun?“ he suddenly said.

„What?“

„Ramyun. Do you like it?“

„Yes.“

Taehyung groaned. Did he say that? He was near to slapping himself. But the answer just popped out of his mouth.

„Want to eat it?“

„No money.“

„I pay.“

„No, kid. Don´t make me a beggar again.“

„I don´t. I just ask you to join me for lunch.“

„I don´t know you.“

„Doesn´t matter. I like talking to you. You´re different from all these boring people.“

„I am a troublemaker. Don´t get attracted by that, just because your life is filled with the same routines and a lovely little house.“

„I live in a big house.“
Taehyung tried to fight it but couldn´t help himself.

He giggled. „You have an interesting personality, kid.“

„Will you join me or not?“

„For what.“

„For lunch.“

Taehyung sighed.

„Where do you want to go?“

„Over there is a shop.“

„Forget it. The owner won´t let me in.“

„You will be a customer.

"He still won´t let me in.“

„Why? Your clothes are not dirty, your hair looks nice, and you want to eat there. Like a regular customer.“

Taehyung didn´t know what to say. He hadn´t heard a compliment in years. It shocked him a little bit.

„Believe me. He won´t let me in.“

Jungkook was staring at Taehyung. K Taehyung.

That idiot. He had the same eyes. But they had changed. They were sad.

„Kid, don´t do this. Don´t trample on the small amount of pride I have left.“

„Okay. Wait here a minute.“

„What...?“ he heard him saying but ignored him.

He walked towards the shop and entered it.

„Please give me two bowls. Pork flavor. 2 eggs, please.“

„Coming.“ the shop owner smiled at him.

Jungkook smiled back.

Taehyung was nervous.

That brat had just stood up and ran into the shop.

It surprised him, when he suddenly jumped up, and he was about to grab him, but he lowered his hands immediately. He didn´t like to touch people. His hands were always dirty. He didn´t want other people to notice, having the dirt on their clothes.

When Jungkook came out of the shop, his eyes got wide, carrying two bowls in his hand.

He sat down beside him and gave one to him.
