Suddenly, I went back to reality and was able to hear Winter's voice clearly. "Hey, you still here?" she laughed a little.

"Oh?" all this time I was just fantasizing. My head totally lost it. 

"If you're worrying about whether I'm mad or not, I'm not." she assured me then proceeds to intertwine our fingers. "I know you're mine to keep." she joked but I blushed in an instant. 

And she never would've known I just fantasized having with her. I cursed myself in my head for having those thoughts.

KARINA's POV

"You look so tired, are you okay?" my boyfriend asks as soon as he sees me but I gave him a tight hug instead. After a draining week, all I needed was to see him. 

He kissed my head as he caress my hair. "I missed you." he said.

I pecked him on the lips before letting go. "So, how's everything going?" 

"Usual. We'll be playing against 3 universities next month." 

"That's awesome." 

"Yeah, but also tiring." he said, obviously not having it but I know he loves what he's doing. "It that we never get to hang out that often anymore. I just miss being with you after playing. I always look for you in the crowd and you're not there." 

I cupped his face with my hands, I know it makes him sad not seeing me like he usually do. "But I'm here now. We'll make it work, I promise." 

"Yes, we will. And I'm not worried about you falling for anyone else. There aren't any guy in your school to start with." he said, making me laugh all of a sudden. 

"You're silly." 

"You love this silly." 

"I do." I was about to sit on his lap when my dad called. 

"I gotta answer this." I told Jeno before proceeding to take the call. "Dad?" 

"Hey, where are you? I'm in your school." 

"What?" 

"Aunt Jisoo wants you to come to dinner. She misses you." 

"Uhh, but I'm not in school anymore. I'll come over next time." I tried to reason but he just won't give up.

"Well, let me pick you up. Where are you?" I sighed knowing I'll never win over him. 

"I'm in Myeongdeong, dad. I'm with my friends." I looked at Jeno who immediately understood what was happening. 

"Alright, wait for me. I'll call you again later when I'm near. Love you." 

And so I had to leave Jeno because my dad would always find a way to solve my excuses. It's in his nature. I'm just glad Jeno's not making it a big deal. I'm sure he'll understand. 

I told dad to stop by at the house so I could at least change my clothes and tell mom I won't be home for dinner. 

"How's your mom doing these days?" he asked as we were on our way home. Then the memory of her and aunt Seulgi kissing flashed in my mind again. It's still so weird to me. 

"Great, I think?" I said. 

"Great? How so?" 

"Why so curious?" I . "Ask her yourself." he just laughed.
