"Good morning, everyone! I am Kim Jimin."


"And I am Kim Minjeong and we welcome you to the 30th Foundation Day of SM University!" the crowd went wild for the opening program.


"Minjeong, isn't it amazing how SMU have come this far?"


"I know and this wouldn't be possible if not for our loyal faculty members and staff and of course, SMU's loving pupils. But Karina, now that it's Foundation Day, what are the things we can expect?"


"I'm glad you asked because there are tons of exciting stuff that we'll get to experience today such as games, dance and singing contests, food booths, retail booths and more!"


"Wow, I feel excited already! I'm sure everyone is looking forward to experience these stuff. But before all that, let's welcome our very own principal, Mrs. Kwon for her opening speech!"


Karina and I pushed through until the event. We had to be in school 3 hours early in order to arrange and prepare everything. It wasn't easy and there was a lot of pressure but we ing did it. And tell you what, the script that took us days to make is only equivalent to 20 minutes reading time.


"Let's not agree to do that again." she said when we went backstage after the closing program.


"But would you do it again if it's with me?" I joked.


And without hesitation she answered, "Yes. But don't wish for it to happen." it made me laugh.


Now all I can think of is Ningning. We can finally spend time together after this.


"I'll see you around." I told Karina.


"You, too." she said, giving me a smile before we part ways.


I immediately looked for Ningning in the crowd and you know that relieving feeling when you see the person you're looking for in a sea of people? The familiar face you've been wanting to see?


This is it. It is this moment.


"Hi. You did great." is the first thing she says the moment I walked towards her.


"Thanks. I was so nervous." I let an awkward laugh. I just talked in front of the whole school, who wouldn't?


"But at least it's all done now, right? You can finally breathe again." she tried making me laugh and it was a success. She's right, I can breathe normally now.


"I took photos of you. You were so cute." she added, giving my cheek a pinch.


Suddenly, Ryujin interrupted us, "Hey, love birds, you coming with us?"


"Uh..you should go, we'll catch up with you guys later." Ningning answered for me.


"Okay, whatever." Ryujin teased before disapprearing out of our sight.


"Where do you want to go?" I asked her. "Should we try the food stalls?"


"No, I have other plans for us. Come on." she dragged me all the way to the parking area, making me curious.


"Why are we here?" I questioned.


"We're going outside."


"What?"


"What you heard."


"Baby, we can't go outside." I softly spoke to her. She wasn't able to speak for a moment because of what I called her.


She cleared and continues, "Yes, we can. We have our names written on the attendance already, doesn't mean we have to stay. Besides, you've worked hard enough to settle for this."


I've never seen this side of her before. And it's kind of y. "You're a bad girl, huh?" she smirked.
