“So, what do you think?”

Momo turned around and face her long time best friend who is currently waiting for any response coming from her. A frown made its way on her face when she saw how Jeongyeon looks.

She creased her brows, staring at her friend, “Are you for real? Are you really going to wear that tomorrow?” She asked, still not believing how Jeongyeon could wear such clothes, “Are you really wearing that?”

Jeongyeon looked at her own reflection on the mirror, “What’s wrong with this?” She questions turning around to check her outfit, “It looks nice though.”

Momo’s frown deepened, “Yeah, wearing a freaking clown costume looks nice.” She said sarcastically, “People would surely look at you.”

Seeing the disgust on the Japanese, Jeongyeon couldn’t help but laugh before removing the ridiculous red wig she’s wearing, “Idiot, of course I’m not going to wear this. I’m just messing with you.” She then slowly remove the funny costume on her before plopping down beside her best friend, “Tell you what, we’re not even supposed to fret about what we’re going to wear. You’re a part of the dance crew and you guys have your own concept.”

Momo groaned, “I know but dude, I’m going to confess! I have to at least look decent. And the concept we’re going to have is anything but decent.”

Jeongyeon stared at her whining friend, “We need Chaeyoung.”

Momo looked at the girl beside her, “Chaeyoung… Yeah, I tried calling her but that kid is busy helping Mina with the council as if she’s any help.” She scoffed, remembering the rejection she experienced from one of her best friends.

“Dahyun? Jihyo?”

“I tried calling Dahyun but I think she’s with her family, and well, Ji is busy helping her Mom with their restaurant.”

Jeongyeon widens her eyes upon realizing something, “Oh my god, I am your last option?” She looked at the dancer, eyes wide and jaw hanging open.

Momo rolled her eyes, “Yeah, you are and stop being so overdramatic.”

The two of them sighed as they both plopped down on the Japanese’s bed thinking of different things. Momo couldn’t help but let her mind wander towards the a certain Japanese, wondering about how is she or what she’s currently doing. Jeongyeon on the other hand is also thinking about a certain bunny girl though she’s still clueless on why a certain person suddenly invades her quiet empty mind.

“How are you and Nayeon?”

Momo’s question stopped them from thinking and Jeongyeon couldn’t help but ask it to herself quietly. She’s not quite sure as well, Nayeon has been doing the push and pull game so she doesn’t really know where she stands.

In the end, Jeongyeon just shrug not really knowing what to answer, “I don’t know, honestly. She’s really hard to read.” Jeongyeon then looked at her best friend, “Anyway, how about your plan? Any thoughts on how you would confess?”

Momo stares at her ceiling, “I don’t know. I guess, I’m just going to the flow.” She answered, “I will just say my honest feelings to her, no pretentions. I’m just going to say everything I want her to know.”

Jeongyeon nodded in understanding. She knows Momo— being friends for most of their lives she already knows how Momo acts and she wouldn’t question it in any way.

“Then, go and get the girl, Hirai.”

A smile immediately made its way up into Mina’s lips after facing the person who shamelessly shouted her name in the busy hallway.

Still smiling she spoke, “No running in the hallway, Ms. Son.” She playfully scolded the panting cub.

Chaeyoung let out an exhale before standing properly in front of the council secretary, “Sorry, I’m just kind of in a rush.” She said, still out of breathe.

Mina frowned, “Why?”

“I wanted to give this to you,” Chaeyoung reached out a plain brown paper bag, “I know you guys are busy and you might forget to have lunch, so I bought some. You can share it with the others.”

Mina stares at the grinning cub before reaching out the paper bag, “You don’t have to but thank you, Chaeng.” She smiled gratefully, hugging the bag to her chest.

Chaeyoung was about to talk when she felt her phone harshly vibrating against her pants. She fished it out and her eyes instantly widens upon seeing the dance crew’s captain, Seulgi, flashed on her screen.

She sighed before answering the call, “Hey, Seul.”

“Where the hell are you, Son? We’re having our rehearsals for tomorrow!”

Chaeyoung grimaced at the harsh tone of their captain, “I’m on my way!” She then ended the call before facing the amused Mina, “Well, that was the reason why I was in a rush.”

Chaeyoung grinned, “Kind of, but it’s worth it anyway.” She slowly walk backward, her wide smile not leaving her face, “I got to see you smile so Seulgi’s wrath is nothing!” Chaeyoung winked playfully before running away leaving a smiling Mina.
