“Haven’t slept yet.”

“When’s the last time you did sleep?”

“That’s a very good question.”

“Uuugh! Am I really that bad?” 

That’s exactly what you heard after you’ve arrived home from a business trip in the neighbouring city. You frowned, it’s barely dawn, your boyfriend should be asleep. Quickly kicking off your shoes and putting down your hand carried baggage, you shuffled into the direction of his voice, in your bedroom. 

“Baby? Baek?” you called out to him.

Having heard your voice, his head whipped around to you, away from the screen of his laptop, before his eyes widened and face spread into a fond smile. “Darling?! You’re back early!” closing the distance between you and him and attempted to do a literal bear hug on you before he showered your face full of kisses. With much difficulty, you tried to pull away, laughing, and catching your breath from that little attack attempted by your boyfriend. You pecked his lips once more, hands cupping his cheeks, his eyes like little crescents, staring back at you endearingly.
