Jungkook couldn´t trust his eyes. This had to be a fault. A misunderstanding. Why would people do that?!

The day after he had brought V back home, he had called in a long owed dept of somebody working at the police whom he once saved his life. This certain somebody had been doing some research about  the "Black fox" and victims involved. It hadn´t taken him very long to find what he was searching for and now Jungkook sat in his atelier, a stick with datas (illegally) given him by the policeman in his laptop. Photographs, newspaper articles and reports opened.

The "Black fox" is the name of a criminal gang operating in the whole country. The number of members is still unknown but it should be more than 70. They mainly trade heavy weapons and murder high-ranked persons whenever they promise themselves advantage of it. Sometimes, they seem to accept requests of murder too for much money. Which implies that members on the top of the group are wealthy and well-established in society as they earn huge ammounts of money for their work. Which makes it more difficult to investigate there. The members recognize each other thanks to small tatooes on their knuckles showing animal eyes, most likely fox eyes. Their network is vast and differs in-

Boy still missing

Six weeks has passed and the police is still clueless about the whereabouts of Kim Taehyung (17). His parents reported him missing as he didn´t come back from a night walk and they failed to reach him on his cellphone. If you see him, please immediately report to the police. He is about 179 centimetres tall, has a small waist and slender body, brown hair and "striking dark eyes". Significant is his rectangular smile. The Kim family is thankful for every hint. And so on. But what caught Jungkooks interest was the picture of a wide-smiling V, slightly younger and more naive and innocent looking than now. The artist felt his eyes beginning to burn. Nevertheless, he went on reading the following text excerpt.

Hideout of Black fox members found. Four men and one woman arrested. Two men killed in the rescue of imprisoned victim. Victim Kim Taehyung freed and saved from torture, starvation and abuse. Was reported missing one year and two moths ago. Is currently in treatment of doctors and psychologists. Questioning about Black fox will follow after medical treatment finished. Might not be able to return home. Family and friends were fed hideous rumors regarding him and his absence and don´t want to be associated with him. Parents refuse to take him in again or to come to the trials. Questioning of delinquents not successful by now. Investigations on dead delinquents ongoing.

Hot tears streamed down Jungkook´s cheeks and were running even faster as he saw a photo of V, no, Kim Taehyung, right after his rescue. He was completely emaciated, every bone clearly visible. The skin was nearly as white as a ghost´s and everywhere were dark blue, purple, green and yellow bruises and dried blood. His eyes were hollow and dull. Hopeless. Lifeless. Brown hair hung down his head in matted, dirty strands. To say that he was merely a shadow of his former self would´ve been an understatement.

With last strength, Jungkook closed the documents and turned off his laptop before he burried his head in his arms and started to genuinely weep.

He didn´t hear his hyung returning as he kept crying and crying for hours, unable to stop the water flowing. It was not before he had shed his last tear that he fell asleep of exhaustion. Waves of grief and sorrow washed through him and extinguished every happy thought. The first and last word Jungkook said after hours right before falling asleep was "Taehyung".
