Taeyeon have been trying to get close to Jessica and take every chances she could.

She even make investment for Jessica's company so that she would have a reason to come to see her.

But it isnt easy as Tiffany and Yuri are always around, they're always there with Jessica and sometimes Sooyoung too. 

Krystal and Sulli would usually with them all to hang out when they have free time like Sooyoung since they are models and actress.

While Wendy, she is busy introducing her new company in Korea as well as helping Krystal to handle The Jung Group.

Everyone are well awared of what Taeyeon have been doing in order to get close to Jessica but obviously, Jessica is being protected securely.

"so, you make a proposal of doing this partnership project. do you think it will benefit both parties?", Jessica asked

they were in the middle of discussion about Taeyeon's proposal for new development by using their companies

but Taeyeon is feeling slightly uncomfortable since there were pair of eyes glaring at her inside Jessica's office

yeah, it was none other than Tiffany and Sooyoung who currently were there and refused to leave when Jessica asked them to

"i.. have already thought about it thoroughly. the possible income is very high and with your company joining in, it will give a boost to this project", Taeyeon said, trying to keep calm and professional

Jessica nodded and was about to reply when her phone rang

"um, excuse me for a while", Jessica muttered and picked up her phone and went to the other room from her office with the connected door

"you plan this, dont you?"

"you just want to steal her from us, right?"

both Tiffany and Sooyoung asked once Jessica is out of sight

"it is my plan, for our companies. its-"

"its not purely just business. i can tell", Tiffany cutted Taeyeon off and Sooyoung nodded her head in agreement

"look. listen, Jessica's ex girlfriend", Tiffany said and Taeyeon frowned by Tiffany's choice of words

"Jessica deserve so much more. a jerk like you is not needed in her life. and we, love her better than you do", Tiffany said firmly

"i know. but im willing to change"

"it was too late. dont you think?"

"nothing is late if you just believe in fate"

"what fate? there is no fate between you and Jessi"

"then i'll create our fate on my own"

"are you kidding me? after all that you've done? are you really that selfish?"

"it was a mistake. ok? i regret it all and i want to fix it"

"pfft", Tiffany scoffed and crossed her arms

"Jessi wont fall for your love poison. you will only break her and hurt her. i wont let her fall for your trap for the second time", Tiffany said

"i love her. i really do and i just.. i was too blind back then. and i will make sure this time around, i wont let her go and i will love her right", Taeyeon replied

"well Kim Taeyeon. i do love her too", Tiffany said coldly which caused Taeyeon to be taken aback

"w-what?"

"do you think im acting all these times? no. im honestly being all out showing her my affection and love for her", Tiffany said

"and.. Sica have me and Yuri too, other than Tiffany who are willing to love her more than you. do you think you can get us through? no. you lost your chance already by breaking her heart. and now, its our turns. and we will not let you take her from us", Sooyoung who have been listening to Taeyeon and Tiffany now have finally speak up

"but its all up to her to choose. so i will still try", Taeyeon said with determination

Tiffany and Sooyoung glared at her

"how dare you. fine. try for all you can but you wont even get to have a bit of her. she is better and happier without you", Tiffany growled at Taeyeon

"hey im sorry for taking too long", Jessica came back after answering a phone call

"where were we? ah. right, about the new project. hmm, Tiff.. do you think we should give it a try?", Jessica asked Tiffany since Tiffany is her secretary and the one who usually give advice to her

"i dont think its a good idea. i mean, the proposal seems simple to me. we're getting busier these days with more of our new plans. but maybe you can just think about the proposal first before making a decision", Tiffany answered.

as much as Tiffany want to just say no and tell Jessica to reject the offer but she cant. she is well known for being a professional when it comes to work and would not let personal matter get involve with her works

"i agree with Fany. maybe you should set up a meeting with your best team. i mean, to make this project turn out well, it will need the team's hard work too", Sooyoung said, telling her opinion

"you guys are right", Jessica nodded

"Taeyeon. can i just keep the proposal and look through it once more? i also need to discuss further with my team", Jessica said

"oh. sure", Taeyeon smiled at Jessica and Jessica smiled back at her

Taeyeon instantly capturing Jessica's smile in her memory

'what am i supposed to do to win your heart again?' Taeyeon thought

A week after the last meeting, Taeyeon called Jessica to meet her at their used to be dating place which is a beautiful garden behind the park (i made this up, just imagine however you want the place to be lol)

"why did you choose a far bench?"

Taeyeon looked up to see a panting Jessica

"ah its so hot. can we move to other place?", Jessica asked and avoided looking at Taeyeon

she isnt a fool, of course she still remember the place where Taeyeon always brought her out for a peaceful walk when they're free and this garden hold many memories of them

"sit first, please", Taeyeon said softly and patted the empty space beside her

Jessica sighed silently and eventually sat down 

Taeyeon bite down her lips and carefully took out one single rose that she have been hiding, she gave it to Jessica

Jessica just looked at the beautiful red rose blankly

"its.. umm, for you", Taeyeon said lowly

Jessica then turned to look at Taeyeon

"just please, accept it", Taeyeon pleaded

Jessica then took it and put it on her laps

"so, what is it that you want to talk about? you sounds urgent earlier", Jessica said

"its been few months that you're here. im very thankful that you forgive me and still accept me to be your friends, i really am. im happy too that you're leading a good and successful life. i sincerely congratulate you for that Sica ah", Taeyeon started

"thankyou", Jessica give a small smile

"but..", Taeyeon looked down and took a deep breathe

"i cant. i mean, i.. i cant lie anymore. i dont want to be just friends with you. i cant Sica. i want you back", Taeyeon said and looked straight into Jessica's eyes

"Taeyeon. i thought i told you already-"

"i know. but.. can you just give me one last chance? i only ask for one last chance Sica. please", Taeyeon pleaded
