Irene is still working at the office when its already 9pm. She kept typing away all the report and checking every documents that need her confirmation and signature. 

She checked all the mails and reply to every each of them. She review to double check the important papers as well. 

When it was almost 10pm, she yawned and rubbed her neck. only then, she checked the time and gasped when she just noticed how late it was already.

She packed everything and prepare to go home. 

She exited the building and decided to just walk home since she want to take fresh air at night

"i told you not to work too hard. and if you feel so stress out, come to me instead. i can help to ease your mind"

Irene sighed as she remembered the words Wendy once told her when Wendy found out she stayed up late at night doing her work at her office

Wendy came to pick her up during that time and brought her home. Irene was having a difficult time at works back then, thats why she drown herself with lots of work to forget things

but now that Wendy wasnt there anymore, no one is going to take care of Irene

Irene stopped walking as she suddenly back to think about Wendy

"wherever i go, whatever i do, everything kept reminding me about you", Irene muttered

Irene then decided to take a seat at the bus stand even if she knows the last bus has set off already

she took out her phone and stared at her lockscreen which have Wendy's smiling face

she then unlocked her phone and find Wendy's old number

To: Wendy

-Seungwan ah. im cold and alone. pick me up. i work too hard again. im stressing out. you say to just tell you and come to you instead whenever this happen right? but i dont know where to find you. so come and bring me home Seungwan ah

Irene smiled after she click the send button. She put back her mobile phone inside her handbag

"would you back again to be there and save me like always Wendy?", Irene talked to no one

Irene then just smiled bitterly as her tears fell down from her eyes

"ah. i cant stop crying for you", Irene chuckled painfully 

while at New York, Wendy was taken aback when her old mobile phone which have her old number vibrated as a signal that she has received a notification

yes she still keep her old phone but she just never use it anymore. she still charge it and bring it anywhere because it contains of Irene's pictures and all their pictures too when they were still together

Wendy frowned when she saw Irene's name

"she.. texted me?", Wendy asked herself

she took a deep breathe then opened the text message

Wendy furrowed her eyebrows as she read carefully the text message. she looked at the time

"its 9am now. so there should be.. around 10pm? is she...?", Wendy then got worried as she can feel that Irene has not go home yet

just as she was lost in thoughts, she received one more new text message

From: Irene

-I miss you

Wendy blinked her eyes and read it over and over again. unconsciously, Wendy already cried silently

"she said sorry. she blamed herself for hurting you. she regretted her mistake too. and she said she still loves you. she has broken up with the guy too. because she cant love him and you're still the one in her heart"

Wendy cried more as she remembered what Hyoyeon has told her last night.

"i miss you. i miss you too Hyunnie. i miss you so much", Wendy whispered

Irene is still sitting at the bus stand, letting the cold night wind blowing through her skin

She looked up at the dark sky and sighed

"im so miserable", She muttered to herself

then she was distracted when a car stopped in front of her

"are you insane? what if there is a seriel killer, or a or even a kidnapper? dont you love yourself?"

Irene just blinked her eyes

"get in"

"..."

"Irene? get in. palli"

"how did you know i was here?"

"just get in. i was taking a drive and went to your place but you wasnt answering so i figured out you still here"

"ah is that so?"

"yeah. so now get in"

"arasso"

Irene went into the car and buckled up the seatbelt

"seriously? what are you thinking?"

"im thinking that maybe.. just maybe.. Wendy would come and save me Seulgi ah"

Seulgi glanced at her before she focused back on the road as she drive

"but anyway, thanks", Irene said again and Seulgi just nodded

'she didnt come. but she did save you Irene. she called me out of nowhere to bring you home. i didnt even go to your place. i came here right away like what Wendy asked me to', Seulgi said in her mind

'but.. i was surprised that Wendy still use her old number. i thought she didnt as i cant contact her the first month she disappeared', Seulgi thought

while at Taeyeon's apartment,

Taeyeon is smiling as her eyes were on TV. sometimes she laughed too. 

no, she wasnt watching a drama or any movies. she is watching something precious to her. 

its a self video that she made when she went to have a picnic with Jessica. also a compilation of video she took of every short yet sweet moments when she's with Jessica.

Taeyeon lie down on her sofa as she still watched the video till her eyes get sleepy

"that smile, how could i not notice how much i love to see that smile", Taeyeon mumbled

"im sorry, my love. i love you", Taeyeon whispered and finally fell asleep
