Jessica walked slowly to the restroom. She hold the edge of the sink and closed her eyes.

"i cant. i cant", Jessica whispered to herself

when the restroom door was opened, Jessica stood up straight and only to see Krystal coming in

"unnie. are you ok?", Krystal asked her with concern

"Soojung ah. you told me to act like i dont know her. its hard. you told me to just be cold to her. its hard too. i cant do this Soojung ah", Jessica said

Krystal frowned then hugged her sister

"i dont want to hurt her. even if i got hurt. i still dont want to hold any grudge to her", Jessica said

"why are you so kind unnie? this is why you easily get hurt", Krystal replied

"just please.. please dont force me to do something i cant do. i really cant do all those things to Taeyeon", Jessica said

Krystal sighed heavily and pulled away from the hug

"but unnie-"

"i know that you're mad at her. but can you please just forgive and forget? im learning to move on and just forgive her Soojung ah. it wont do me any good by being mean to her", Jessica said

"i still cant forgive her for what she did to you", Krystal crossed her arms

"Krystal-"

"no. you cant just forgive her that easy. you cant give in to her. you cant go back with her unnie. she cheated once. its not impossible for her to cheat again", Krystal said

"im not gonna get back with her. im saying that lets forgive the past and focus on our present. can we? i dont want to hate her nor see her as enemy Soojung ah", Jessica said

"but make sure to stay away from her. i dont want to see her near you unnie. if she hurts you again, i wont do nothing this time", Krystal said

"arasso. i feel so loved", Jessica smiled

Krystal scoffed but then Jessica laughed and hugged her

Taeyeon decided to find Jessica's car at the basement parking, when she did, she sat down on the ground with her back leaning against Jessica's car

Taeyeon thought about her behaviour, her regrets and mistakes. she couldnt stop cursing herself for being stupid

Its been few hours already, and Taeyeon got tired as well as sleepy. just when she was about to fall asleep, she heard someone coughed

When she looks up, her sleepy mode turned to be wide awake. She stood up instantly to face her

"Sica", Taeyeon whispered

Jessica just stared at her when Taeyeon is looking

'i missed you Sica'

'i want to hug you but i cant'

both thoughts at the same time

Jessica cleared and looked away

"im sorry for my behaviour earlier. that was very immature", Jessica apologised

Taeyeon was surprised but she quickly shook her head

"n-no.. its fine. i deserve it. im the one who should apologise. so.. i want to talk to you again. i have a lot to explain and-"

"sure", Jessica cutted her off and smiled a little which caught Taeyeon off guard again

"pardon?", Taeyeon asked if she heard it right

"lets talk. if thats what you want", Jessica said

"y-yeah. yeah umm.. when are you free?", Taeyeon asked

"meet me next week, on monday. Red Velvet Cafe at 10. morning. is that ok with you?", Jessica said

"yes! i'll see you next week then. i'll be there on time", Taeyeon replied

'on time. you never come to see me on time before when you have her', Jessica thought sadly

"ok. can you move? i need to go home to sleep", Jessica said

Taeyeon nodded and stepped aside for Jessica 

"Sica..", Taeyeon hold Jessica's wrist for the second time

Jessica didnt look at her but just stopped and waited for her to continue

"i sincerely apologised. for everything", Taeyeon said softly

 "...", Jessica kept quiet

"i'll go now", Jessica mumbled and pulled her hand slowly from Taeyeon before she unlocked her car to get in

Taeyeon just stood still and watched till Jessica drove off and disappeared from her sight

Taeyeon let out a heavy sigh and looked down on her feet

"i shouldnt have hurt her in the first place", Taeyeon told herself

while in the car,

Jessica was driving silently with her mind still linger on Taeyeon

when she stopped at the red light, she rubbed her face gently

"what happen to us Tae? what happen to our forever?", Jessica asked no one

"loving can hurt too sometimes", Jessica whispered to herself

...

"so, did you get to talk to her again?", Sunny asked Taeyeon as soon as Taeyeon came back to her place

"yeah"

"what happen?"

"she asked to meet her next week"

Sunny furrowed her eyebrows as she thought of something

"was she cold to you?", Sunny asked

"no. its different earlier. she was so calm. too calm actually", Taeyeon said

"do you think she want to accept my apology Sunny?", Taeyeon asked

"again, i dont know. i cant read her mind. its her, her decision. so i wouldnt know", Sunny answered

"i hope that she will forgive me", Taeyeon mumbled and lay her head on sunny's lap. they were at the living room, on the couch

"but dont expect too much from her. she's in a deep pain because of you", Sunny said

"no need to remind me. i feel very guilty already, dont add it up", Taeyeon said weakly

"but thats the reality Taeng. if only you didnt let Seolhyun-"

"ok ok. now stop. i dont want to hear her name", Taeyeon cutted her off

"but you have to be prepared for the good or for the worst. we cant predict of what will happen next week", Sunny told Taeyeon

"can we just think positive?", Taeyeon asked

"well. its up to you", Sunny shrugged

"i really wish that she will give me a second chance", Taeyeon said hopefully

Sunny looked at Taeyeon's hopeful eyes and smiled

'i dont know which part did make you lost your way Taeng. but i hope after this, you wont make any more mistake. i want to see you happy, even if its not with me', Sunny thought

"can you my hair?", Taeyeon asked

"you're not my daughter", Sunny said

"momma pleaseee", Taeyeon pouted

"i need your comfort at the moment", Taeyeon said

"close your eyes and sleep", Sunny said

"ok mom", Taeyeon smiled and closed her eyes

"what will you do without me??", Sunny sighed

"i havent think of that yet but why bother? i mean, you are my bestfriend and you will always be here for me right?"

"i cant always be here for you Pabo Taeng. so stop being a stupid kid and do the right thing", Sunny said

"you're meanie. you cant leave me, arasso? my dad already hate me. he didnt like to see me now. mom cant do anything for me. my own cousin hates me too. and Sica.. i lost her and i dont know if she will want to come back. so now i only have you Sunny ah", Taeyeon said

"arasso arasso. just, sleep now. im tired too", Sunny said and got up causing Taeyeon's head to drop on the couch

"yah"

"goodnight", Sunny said and went to her room

"goodnight", Taeyeon replied and also went to the guest room that Sunny allowed her to use
