It was the second day after the arrival of Jessica and Wendy. The Jung was holding an event exclusively to welcome them back and to make announcement at the best hotel in the city.

Many important guests were invited including Taeyeon's parents but Taeyeon wasnt invited so she was disappointed

Nonetheless, Taeyeon still want to come and try to find a way to see Jessica and talk. She also asked Sunny to come with her, just in case

"are you sure about this?", Sunny asked when they are in the elevator going up to the ballroom floor 

"yes. i need to talk to her Sunny ah", Taeyeon said

"ok. but if we have to leave, then we leave. arasso?"

"yeah"

"lets go", Sunny said once the elevator opened at the ballroom floor

"name ma'am", the guard outside the ballroom door said

"umm.. Kim Taeyeon"

"Lee Sunny"

"sorry ma'am. your name were not in the list. im afraid you cant enter", the guard said politely

"but i really need to get inside", Taeyeon said

"im sorry. still cant. we are just doing our job", the guard said

"then.. can you just call Jessica Jung for me? but please dont say my name. just tell her that someone want to see her. its urgent", Taeyeon tried again

the guards looked at each other before one of them nodded

"please wait here", the guard said and get inside to call for Jessica

"do you think she will listen to me Sunny ah?", Taeyeon asked

"i dont know Taeng", Sunny replied

"im.. nervous", Taeyeon bite down her lips

"hey. just say what you need to say", Sunny told her softly

"ok", Taeyeon nodded

after 10 to 15 minutes, the guard came back with Jessica following behind him

"here they are Ms Jung"

Jessica was taken aback as she didnt expect to see Taeyeon this soon but she maintained her poker face and act casually

"yes?", Jessica asked

"S-Sica..", Taeyeon stuttered

Jessica tried to ignore the sound of Taeyeon's voice calling her name

"i.. we need to talk", Taeyeon said

"im sorry. but i have more important things to do inside. so, excuse me", Jessica bowed and turned back around

"no wait!", Taeyeon quickly hold Jessica's wrist

"let me go", Jessica glared at her

Taeyeon froze when she feels that Jessica's glare is shooting right into her soul. she feel so weak. never did Jessica glare at her. heck, Jessica is the sweetest when it comes to her

"im sorry", Taeyeon looked down

"if thats all, let me go now", Jessica said coldly

"no. i.. i want to say sorry. im sorry that i break your heart. im sorry that i give you pain", Taeyeon said

"but please, give me a chance", Taeyeon pleaded

Jessica sighed and pulled her hand from Taeyeon

"people are waiting for me inside. i have to go", Jessica said

"Sica please.. im sorry. just.. one chance. i regret everything", Taeyeon said

"its so easy for you to come and see me after all these times. and you said sorry then what? you think everything will be the same again?", Jessica said

"but i really am sorry and i've learned my lesson. i still love you Sica. please. let me heal your heart", Taeyeon begged again

"i dont know if my heart can be heal or not. i dont know anymore Taeyeon. its just not easy. leave", Jessica said and left to go in as she ignored Taeyeon's voice calling for her

"Taeng.. hey stop", Sunny tried to pull Taeyeon who insisted to go in but the guards blocked the way

"no i havent done yet. she need to hear me out. Sica! Jessica!", Taeyeon yelled, gaining some attention from the guests inside

"please leave", the guards told them

"whats happening here?"

they all stopped upon hearing Taeyeon's father

"what are you doing here Kim Taeyeon?", Mr Kim asked

Taeyeon didnt look at her father

"we will leave now", Sunny said lowly before she bowed then dragged Taeyeon with her

"lets just go home first ok? we'll try to talk to her again tomorrow", Sunny told Taeyeon

"talk to who?"

they both stopped walking and look infront. its Krystal and Sulli. Sulli give a small smile to them while Krystal giving a cold stare

"you came here for unnie. right Taeyeon sshi?"

Taeyeon didnt dare to look at Krystal. she knows that of course Krystal is hating on her

"we will be leaving now Krystal", Sunny said and pulled Taeyeon again

"dont. ever. come. near. to my sister", Krystal said coldly with a glare

"i just want to-"

"say sorry? beg her to take you back? then what? for you to cheat on her again? im not going to let that happen again", Krystal said cutting Taeyeon off

"baby, we're gonna be late. lets just go", Sulli whispered to Krystal

"your sorry wont heal my sister's heart. your sorry wont wash away her pain. so stop trying to even see her. she's better off without you", Krystal said one last time and walked away to the event

Sulli smiled apologetically and bowed a bit to Taeyeon and Sunny before she walked faster to catch up with Krystal

"you can go home first Sunny ah", Taeyeon said

"what? where are you going?", Sunny asked

"please? i wont do what you dont want me to do", Taeyeon said

"but-"

"Sunny please"

"ok. just, dont come home late alright?"

"yeah"

with that, Sunny left first. Taeyeon just stayed inside and waited to have the opportunity to talk to Jessica again

"i cant stop just like this. i need to ask for her forgiveness", Taeyeon mumbled

while at the other side,

Irene lay down like a dead body on Seulgi's bed. yeah, she is at Seulgi's apartment currently

Seulgi who just done freshen up, went to stand near her bed while rubbing her wet hair using a small towel

"you know im getting tired watching you like that", Seulgi said

"..."

"i told you to just go to her. have a talk. say sorry-"

"im scared", Irene mumbled

Seulgi then took a seat near Irene on the bed

"sooner or later, you will have to face her", Seulgi said

"no. i wont come to her. i've hurt her enough and i.. i dont deserve her forgiveness"

"well. i agree with that", Seulgi said innocently causing Irene to pout

"but then again, who was the one who kept crying for Wendy and wishing for her to come back? now that she's back, you dont want to see her?"

"i want to! but.. im scared ok? and i.. i dont even know how to face her. im ashamed of myself. i feel guilty and ugh i dont know!", Irene said frustratedly

"ok ok. geez. you make me stress too. aish", Seulgi rolled her eyes

"but i miss her", Irene sighed

"then go meet her"

"but-"

"scared. i know, i know", Seulgi shook her head

"what should i do Seul???", Irene asked

"sleep", Seulgi said sarcastically with a wide smile

"hate you", Irene mumbled and glared at her

"sleep now. lets think about it tomorrow. im tired", Seulgi told her
