JIMIN

“Jimin wake up,” Jimin heard a voice. He expected it to be Yoongi but it was Hoseok staring at him with a smile on his face.

“Morning,” Hoseok said.

“Good morning,” Jimin said remembering that he had decided to spend the night at Hoseok’s room. The little bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing in the world but Jimin felt great sleeping while being cuddled up to Hoseok.

“It’s like 7:15 am,” Hoseok said. “You have class right?”

“Yeah at 8,” Jimin said yawning.

“Well, you should go back to your room now,”

“Yeah,” Jimin said as he sat up.

“But not before giving me a kiss,” Hoseok said.

Jimin chuckled a little before leaning in to kiss Hoseok.

“I love you,” Hoseok said.

Jimin just smiled as he looked around.

“Where’s your roommate?”

“At the gym, I suppose,” Hoseok said.

“Anyway, I am gonna go now,” Jimin said.

Hoseok nodded.

“I’ll see you later,”

“Yeah,”

Jimin walked to his room and found Yoongi blow drying his hair.

“Hey Jimin,” Yoongi said.

“Hey,”

“Were with you Hoseok last night?”

“Uh, yeah,”

Yoongi nodded as Jimin went to the bathroom and showered before putting on some clothes. When Jimin returned Yoongi had already left but not before leaving some toast and eggs for Jimin. Jimin ate his breakfast and then drank some coffee from the coffee maker before leaving for class.

He managed to make it on time and surprisingly Namjoon wasn’t there yet but Jimin took his usual seat and decided that he might just revise Calculus while he was at it.

He suddenly heard the slam of a book beside him. Jimin looked up to see Jungkook sitting on the seat next to him smiling.

Jimin just rolled his eyes before returning back to his book.

“You know a good morning would have been nice,” Jungkook said.

“What do you want?” Jimin asked him.

“Nothing I am just sitting here,” Jungkook said.

“There are other seats,”

“But I wanna sit here,”

“Fine, I don’t care,” Jimin said.

Jungkook smirked.

Jimin decided to ignore him and pay attention to his book instead.

For some time Jungkook didn’t say anything.

“So, are you and Seokjin a thing now?” Jungkook asked.

Even though Jimin had first decided to ignore Jungkook completely he simply couldn’t ignore the absurd question.

“What? Who told you that?”

“I thought it was a bit too obvious,” Jungkook said. “Considering he never leaves your side these days”

“We are good friends,” Jimin said. “There is nothing more to it”

“Are you sure?” Jungkook asked.

“Absolutely,” Jimin said. “We are just friends”

“Well, all right then,” Jungkook said.

Jimin looked at his face deep in thought and noticed Namjoon enter the class.

“Hey Jimin,” Namjoon said.

“Hey,” Jimin said. “You’re late?”

“Uh yeah,” Namjoon said. “My alarm didn’t ring today”

“I’ve been revising,” Jimin said. “Well trying to”

“Oh, that’s good,” Namjoon said.

“There’s still so much I have to understand,” Jimin said.

“Well you can come to my dorm this Sunday and we can go through it all,”

“All right,”

Just then the teacher entered too and for the rest hour or so Jimin decided to actually pay attention and took as many notes as possible. Jungkook on his side seemed to be staring at the space ahead of him while on the end of a pencil.

At least he wasn’t talking Jimin thought.

When the class was finally over Jungkook lingered for longer than he needed to, and left winking at Jimin.

He was hard to understand. He went from ignoring Jimin’s very existence to full blown flirting. Jimin could never understand him.

“Hey, Jimin,” Namjoon said. “I am gonna see you later okay”

Jimin nodded going to his next class.

The rest of Jimin’s day flew by and soon he was heading to work. Seokjin was there already with a coffee for Jimin.

“How were classes?” he asked.

“,”

“Same,” Jin said laughing.

The day was particularly slow. There was only so much one could do at a bookstore.

Seokjin and Jimin mostly talked to each other and the owner decided to close up earlier than usual so Jimin and Seokjin went to the yogurt place and sat eating.

“You have some yogurt around the corner of your lips,” Seokjin said.

Jimin wiped it off.

“Not there,” Seokjin said.

Jimin wiped around his mouth again.

“Wait I’ll do it for you,” Seokjin said as he leaned in and made a quick wiping motion on just above Jimin’s lips.

“Um thanks,” Jimin said.

Seokjin just smiled.

They finished their rest of yogurt in silence.

Seokjin and Hoseok walked back to the dorms together.

“So, I will see you tomorrow then,”

“Yeah, of course,” Jimin said smiling.

“Bye Jimin,”

“Bye,”

Jimin walked to his own dorm and found Yoongi on his bed studying.

“Hey,”

“Hey,” Jimin said.

“Are you hungry?” Yoongi asked. “Do you wanna get some…?”

“Actually I just ate,” Jimin said.

“Oh,” Yoongi said. “That’s okay”

Jimin went ahead to change out of his clothes and then crawled back on his bed to revise. When it was about 1 am and he could no longer keep his eyes open Jimin decided to sleep.

He checked his phone and he had texts from Hoseok asking if he wanted to meet up. The last one at about 8 pm, Jimin sighed.

“Sorry, got caught in work” Jimin texted.

A few moments later Hoseok’s reply came.

“It’s okay,”

Jimin turned his phone off and then turned off the light before falling asleep.

HOSEOK

Hoseok tried his best not to be jealous but it was hard. Jimin spent every waking minute stuck to Seokjin’s side. It looked like they were some cute couple.

Hoseok had almost brought up to Jimin but he decided not to. He didn’t want to push Jimin and make him think that Hoseok didn’t trust him.

Hoseok did trust Jimin…Seokjin on the other hand.

But Hoseok held himself back simply for Jimin’s sake.

Hoseok was sat in the cafeteria sipping on his coke while studying when he saw someone sit in front of him.

Hoseok looked up and saw a boy smiling at him. Hoseok knew him. He was Jimin’s friend and Hoseok was pretty sure his name was Jungkook. The one who beat up the jerk who called him and Jimin fags.

“Hey Hoseok,” Jungkook said in a cheery voice.

“Hey,” Hoseok said.

“I am Jungkook,” Jungkook said.

“Yeah I know, Jimin’s friend,” Hoseok said.

“Exactly, yeah,” Jungkook said smiling.

Hoseok smiled back.

“I am sorry about what happened between you and Jimin though,” Jungkook said.

“I am sorry what?” Hoseok asked.

“You guys broke up right?” Jungkook asked.

“No, we didn’t,” Hoseok answered.

“Oh, really,” Jungkook said. “My bad”

“We never broke up,” Hoseok said.

“Oh, I just thought he is always with Seokjin these days so he might be…,”

Jungkook quickly amended.

“I mean I don’t want to imply anything of course,” he said. “But it’s just”

“Yeah, I understand,” Hoseok said giving Jungkook a forceful smile.

“Well, it’s nice to know you guys still are together,” Jungkook said.

“Uh thank you,” Hoseok said.

Jungkook smiled again before checking his watch.

“Well, it’s almost time to class,” he said. “I will see you later”

“Yeah,” Hoseok nodded waving.
