Soomi looked out from the bus windows as it travelled fast.

 *i can't believe tomorrow we're going back to Seoul* she sighed slowly and captured every view closely

*i'm going to miss this city*

"let's meet here again at 2, shall we?" ms.lee tapped on her watch slowly. the students agreed and quickly scrambled themselves in the crowd.

Soomi scanned the place and smiled "harajuku is so big! i wonder if this place is  bigger than shibuya!" she hyperly beamed then turned to Jieun who seemed to looked elsewhere.

Jieun sighed every now and then with a weary look on her face. "hey.. jieun-ah" soomi slowly shook her shoulder, jieun turned around startled "oh.. yes? did you say something?" jieun faked a smile

"is something wrong?" soomi asked

Jieun paused for a moment before she shook her head

"ani.."

everytime she looked at soomi, she remembered l.joe's confession. deep inside, her heart was crushed. Jieun didn't want to be seen as weak, at least she didn't want to stay that way anymore. she exhaled and looked at her left. Her expression fell when she saw L.joe surrounded by female students

at the same time, Hoya's gang was just around the corner. Seungyeol caught the sight of Soomi and Jieun and arn towards them

"heyy~" he beamed, waving his hands in the air. Hoya knocked his head "stop it" he hissed embarassedly. the boys chukled and walked their ways to the two girls.

"hey" soomi smiled, high-fiving Seungyeol and the other boys but then she stopped at Hoya. her face blushed as she looked away, not even hi-fiving him. hoya only smiled secretly *she still didn't want to admit that she loves me, did she?*

Seungyeol smiled upon looking at the hyped Soomi then to the girl beside her who seemed outcasted.

"hey jieun!" seungyeol beamed. Jieun bitterly shifted her eyes back to the Infinite boys and locked her eyes at seungyeol "hey.."

seungyeol scanned her face and frowned. he remembered what she told him earlier. she was heart broken. he then  looked at the normal Soomi *it seemed that she didn't tell her own best friend about it*

jieun gazed out to the crowd trying to find L.joe again, her eyes were locked on the blond haired boy standing behind Hoya. Seungyeol followed her eyes and gasped. he squinted his eyes and tried to fixed his sight on her view again *it can't be..*

*hoya?! she liked hoya?!* seungyeol gasped again, his jaws widely dropped open. he tried to calm himself down and rearranged everything on his mind

*jieun likes Hoya that's why she didn't tell Soomi about it because Hoya and Soomi are going out together! omona!* Seungyeol put on a horror expression, his eyes bugged out *poor jieun!*

he looked at jieun then to hoya, to jieun again. to hoya and slapped his face. Hoya began to walked to soomi, grabbing her by her hand as soomi blushed slowly.

Seungyeol quickly read jieun's expression *she was still blank.. she looked sad, too! it must be it!* seungyeol concluded.

----sherlock seungyeol's final conclusion: Jieun fell for hoya but she found out that hoya likes her own best friend.

Seungyeol

"Hey, let's walk around" hoya offered, gripping on soomi's hand "what?---" before she could say yes, hoya has dragged her along with him. jieun only looked at Soomi and the dissapearing Hoya *they seemed so happy..* she sighed.

Seungyeol frowned at the view *poor jieun.. she saw the skinship right infront of her eyes!*

Jieun sighed again and turned around only to find seungyeol staring back at her. her eyes popped open at the surpise *oh God* she screamed inside but not letting any voice out. the two only stared at each other for quite a long time before seungyeol decided to look away and coughed.

"hey! let's get some food!" dongwoo hollered, the boys cheered and walked off. Myungsoo looked back to the frozen Seungyeol and Jieun "Seungyeol-ah! you want to join us?" he asked.

Seungyeol tilted around and looked at myungsoo then to jieun "nah.. i'll join you later! text me!" seungyeol replied calmly. myungsoo gave him an okay sign and joined the boys. seungyeol looked back to jieun who gave him an awkward look

"what?" seungyeol yelped

"why don't you join them?" jieun gestured to the dissapearing Infinite crew

"oh.." seungyeol sheepishly grinned "i just thought you needed some company" she smiled

jieun smiled a little "really? i could've ask sunggyu to accompany me----" "no. it's alright you don't need to, let's get going!" seungyeol cutted off and slung his arms around jieun's shoulder casually

jieun flinched a little and gave him an uncomfortable look "oh sorry, it's a habit" seungyeol put his arms down. jieun only laughed at his actions.

his heart felt a bit warm seeing her smile "i saw a good place around here just before, gaja!" he grabbed the sides of her shoulders and dragged her with him.

"yah yah!" seungyeol burst out, turning the stirring wheels agressively. jieun calmly adjust her speed and is now leading ahead seungyeol "yah! you never told me you're good at this game!" seungyeol whined, his eyes were still on the game

"you never asked" jieun chukled, driving her car towards the finish line and laid back on the seat.

seungyeol put on a sulky face "cheater!" he complained. jieun grinned wider "i'm not cheating!"

"hey! want to have another race?" seungyeol asked. jieun shrugged and they decided to play again

after a few times playing, the results are still the same. "darn! i almost won!" seungyeol nagged, on the other hand, jieun only laughed "no! you're not even close to my car! you were far behind!" she corrected.

just then his stomach grumbled.

seungyeol sighed and gave up "allright then, i'll treat you food since you won against this awesome, genius, handsome, choding seungyeol" he paised himself, putting on a big grin, showing all his gums.

"jinjjayo?" jieun beamed. seungyeol nodded and began to pushed her out of the game center "jinjja"

Jieun

the two entered a small cafe and sat by the window. the cafe was rather cozy with jazzy music on the background. vintage and really classic. jieun flipped the menu pages and looked over the menu, trying to find any food she liked. seungyeol is too

"may i take your order?" the waitress asked

"one strawberry waffle please" the two said at the same time. for a second the two silenced, the waitress raised an eyebrow "so it's two right..?" she asked again.

seungyeol and jieun began to laugh uncontrollably "oh jinx!" they both chukled. the waitress couldn't hold her smile back either "uhm.. excuse me.. anything else?"

it took quite a long time for the two to stop laughing. finally they calmed down, "sorry.. nope" seungyeol closed the menu and gave it to the waitress, jieun also did the same. the waitress nodded and walked away

seungyeol and jieun eyes met again as they laughed "i didn't know you liked strawberry waffles too" seungyeol shook his head "same with you" jieun rolled her eyes and smiled

Seungyeol lead the talking as jieun happily listened to all his blabbering. Seungyeol talked about himself, his family and his friends, he told her everything so openly *gosh.. this guy didn't have any problems, did he? how envious* jieun secretly thought

after a few minutes, the waffles are served. seungyeol eyed the extra double scoop strawberry icecream and looked at the waitress "uhm.. we didn't order this" he pointed out

"oh.. it's free. it's our couple promotion, every couple gets a free double scoop ice cream" she smiled.

jieun blushed at the mention of 'couple'. "but we're not.." she mumbled slowly "enjoy!" the waitress left them.

there was a silent awkward atmosphere for a moment.

"eat it" seungyeol pushed the ice cream towards jieun's side "no.. you can take it" she shook her head "let's just share it" seungyeol said, started to shoved on his waffle and ice cream

jieun nodded and began eating too

seungyeol looked at her happy face and smiled *i'm glad she smiled.. i hope she didn't think much of her heartbreak*

"what time is it?" jieun looked at seungyeol. he searched for the clock in the cafe and spot one on the very corner. he squinted his eyes and looked at the clock "uhm.. 1.30..?" he said unsurely.

jieun turned around and looked at the clock herself "that fast?" her shoulder deflated. seungyeol smiled at her "you know how time passes so fast when were having fun" jieun face went puzzled.

"you had a fun time with me, right?" seungyeol asked. jieun can't help but nodded agreely "i did. it was fun beating you at racing games" she chukled, teasing him on his loss "yahh! remember who's paying!" seungyeol puffed his cheeks. jieun giggled "ara.. ara.." she smiled, shoving in another spoon of ice cream into

"i wonder where's soomi and hoya are going right now" jieun huffed *i bet they're having fun too*

Hoya's name hitted seungyeol *i forgot that she had a crush on hoya* seungyeol expression softened as he looked at her. jieun starred out of the window and sighed

"jieun-ah.. i know how you felt.. but you deserve someone better than him" seungyeol adviced.

jieun gave him a questioning look "euh? what do you mean?"

"i mean.. your crush.. the problem you told me earlier that you had a heartbreak and stuffs.." seungyeol cupped the back of his neck, smiling bitterly.

"ah that.. " jieun sighed "wait---" her eyes suddenly popped out "you knew the guy i'm talking about?!" she panicked

"yes.. it's.. hoya isn't it?" seungyeol said in a slow voice

jieun stopped at the name he mentioned. pausing a bit then began to laugh uncontrollably "hahahahhaha!"

"why are you laughing? didn't it hurt to see them together?" seungyeol was now left confused by her sudden loud laugh

she kept on laughing and held onto her stomach *hahaha! he thought i liked hoya! oh my!* jieun giggled nonstop "seungyeol, you're funny!" she beamed

"euh?"

"it's not hoya!" jieun confessed. seungyeol smile faded into a frown "it's not hoya?" he blinked.

she shook her head. seungyeol furrowed his eyebrow "then who..?"

"what made you think that i liked hoya?" she asked, changing the subject "did-didn't you gazed at his direction just before?" seungyeol squinted his eyes, pointing outside

"no.. i wasn't looking at hoya," jieun shoved in another spoonful of icecream into "..it's someone else" she explained. l.joe flashed on her mind again. she let out a bitter smile.

seungyeol quickly regretted his choice of 'talking topic'. seungyeol paid for the food and stood up. jieun looked at him with confussion "let's have fun again, we lost the 'fun' atmosphere just now! i'll show you a good store around here" he pulled her hand and helped her stand.

jieun flashed a quick smile at him "thankyou, seungyeol" she said.

"you've been thanking me a lot lately!" he joked. jieun chukled a little "you're a fun company" she complimented him, seungyeol's ears become red. "i--i am fun!" he knew that his voice are shaking way too much *aishh.. why am i being like this?* he bit his lips.

"seungyeol.." jieun paced back and forth, seungyeol shot her a quick look "yes?" "so--- where is this 'fun' place you said earlier?" she blinked.

seungyeol let out a quick chukle and smiled at her "you're very unpatient, aren't you?" he ruffled her hair lightly "and yes i'm going to take you there now! i'm sure you'll love this place" he beamed and began to dragged her a long with him. 

"you better be!" jieun beamed, following his footsteps

i'm a bit blank with soomi-l.joe-hoya plot so i'll go with jieun-seungyeol first ^^
