Chapter 19: Our last kiss.

Gyuwon was walking on the hallway on the way to her class when Jeongmin grabbed her wrist and took her to the rooftop.

-      Let go! What do you think you are doing? –She asked him upset.

-      Listen to me. I have something important to tell you. –He said.

-      What is it? –She said crossing her arms.

-      I know that you are dating Kwangmin…

-      What? How do you kno…

-      But, wait. Do you know that he has been keeping a secret from you? He’s not being honest with you. For example, that he changed roles with his twin brother. He’s not Kwangmin… he is YOUNGMIN! –Jeongmin said. Gyuwon got surprised about it and gulped.

-      Yes, I know about it. –She said.

-      What? How do you know?

-      Do you think I’m stupid? I knew about it since long time ago.

-      And, you don’t even care, he’s lying to you.

-      Not really, if he hasn’t changed roles with Kwangmin, maybe I would never give him a chance.

-      Exactly! –He yelled.

-      Calm down! –She said scared.

-      Well, in that case, I have some good news for you, sweetie. Teen Top is back in the town, and your little Youngmin can get hurt if you don’t listen to me.

Teen Top is a group of six guys: C.A.P is the leader, Chunji, L.Joe, Niel, Ricky and Changjo, they are the worst bullies at the school, no one could fight against them, except for Donghyun, Jeongmin, Youngmin and Minwoo, known as “Boyfriend” but Gyuwon knew that Youngmin couldn’t fight with them alone.

“I can’t let Youngmin get hurt, they could kill him” Gyuwon thought frightened.

-      You wouldn’t do that, right?

-      I won’t do it, if you do what I say.

-      What do you want me to do?

-      Break up with him and pretend to be my girlfriend. –He said smirking.

-      What? Why?

-      Because I want to be more popular.

-      But… but… -She said still confused.

-      Shh… no buts baby. At least you want Youngmin to be punched.

-      No! –She said.

-      Then, do what I said.

-      Ok, I’ll do it. But please give me just one more day and I’ll break up with him tomorrow I promise. –She said holding her tears.

-      Ok, ok. But just one more day. I’m losing my patience. –Jeongmin said and left.

Gyuwon wiped her tears and went to class. Youngmin saw her and smiled at her, she tried to pretend nothing was going on and she faked a smile.

At recess time they went to the rooftop. Youngmin noticed she was a little quiet. “Is she ok?” he thought.

-      Noona, are you ok? You’re very quiet today. –He asked her worried.

-      Uh? Neh… -She faked a smile.

-      Well… let’s eat! –He said clapping and opened his lunch. Gyuwon chuckled a little. –Are you going to stay there laughing? Let’s eat! –He said pouting.

-      I’m not hungry… -She lied.

-      Noona, you need to eat. I don’t want you to get sick.

-      It’s not that. I already ate. –She lied again.

-      Uhh… ok. I will eat then. –He said and started eating.

Gyuwon stared at him eating. “Youngmin, I don’t know what I’m going to do without you” she thought and sighed.

-      Aren’t you going to read today? –He asked her.

-      Anio! I want to be with you today. –She removed some food on his lip and hugged him.

Youngmin was surprised. Gyuwon normally is cold with him. But he just felt happy about it. “She’s the best that could ever happen to me” he thought.

“I’m going to miss you so much, especially this hugs” she thought.

-      Kwangmin…

-      Neh?

-      I love you.

-      I love you more.

“So cheesy! I can’t believe I’m going to miss his cheesiness” Gyuwon thought. Youngmin kissed her forehead softly and she lifted her head to kiss him. She put her arms around his neck and kissed him deeply; Youngmin put his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to him. Youngmin felt something awkward while he was kissing her, like if it was the last, he felt like bitterness on Gyuwon’s lips.

He broke the kiss and looked her in the eyes. He could see her sad eyes. He caressed her cheek and kissed her again, but this time, he kissed her warmly and sweetly, like if he was comforting her. He tried to break the kiss again asking for breath, but Gyuwon held on him, she didn’t want to let him go.

Gyuwon finally gave up and broke the kiss without breath.

-      Gyuwon… -Youngmin said without breath. –Is there something wrong?

-      No, why?

-      You can lie to anybody, but not to me. C’mon, if there’s something wrong, I can help you.

-      Nothing is wrong, really.

-      Ok, I believe in you. –Youngmin sighed and smiled.

“I don’t know why, but I have a bad feeling about this” Youngmin thought.

Gyuwon and Youngmin went to the park after school. They were holding hands and Sat on a bench.

-      Kwangmin, tell me something about you. –She said.

-      About me?

-      Yes, the only things I know about you are that you like chocolate and candies, you’re scared at the bears and at every animal, you like Winnie the Pooh, and that’s all. – Youngmin smiled at her, he felt happy that she remembered all that things about him. – So, tell me, what’s your favorite color?

-      I like yellow, but I also like black. And yours?

-      Pink. –She said. –What else? What’s your favorite food?

-      Mmmm… Ddeokbokki.

-      Really? Mine is kimchi. What are your hobbies?

-      I like to sing and dance and I also like to play soccer.

-      Wow! Now I know more about you. –She said smiling.

-      Yes, but, why did you ask me that questions so suddenly? -Youngmin said confused.

-      I don’t know, I was thinking that I don’t really know so much about you, so that’s why I asked you.

-      Oohh… ok. –He said opening his mouth. ( :o )

-      Now, tell me a secret. –She said curious.

-      A secret? Mmm… that’s difficult… -He said thinking. –Oh! I know! Once when I was in elementary school, I played Cinderella’s character on a school play. I changed my clothes but I was still wearing the wig. So, a boy approached me and asked me if I wanted to be his girlfriend. I was so embarrassed that I could only tell him that I already had a boyfriend. –Youngmin said with a serious expression, but Gyuwon couldn’t stop laughing.

-      jinja? Ha ha ha ha! –She started laughing.

-      Yah! Don’t laugh! It wasn’t funny! Noona don’t laugh. –He said upset.

-      I’m sorry, it’s just too funny. –she said still laughing.

-      Yeah, it’s a little bit funny. –He said chuckling.

Youngmin took Gyuwon home. She didn’t want to come back, because she wanted to spend more time with him.

-      Annyeong noona! Saranghe. –He said and hugged her.

-      Na du saranghe. –She said and faked a smile and kissed him.

Youngmin was surprised. “She’s too weird today” he thought.

-      Well, see you tomorrow. –He said smiling and waving his hand.

-      Yeah, see you tomorrow. –She sighed and smiled.

Gyuwon saw Youngmin leaving on his car and she started crying. “That was our last day together, our last hug and our last kiss… I’ll keep this day in my heart forever. I’m sorry Youngmin, but I don’t want anyone to hurt you. I love you so much for being that selfish” Gyuwon thought crying.
