1. Title - 7/10 -

The title of the story is similar to the one from the drama To You In Full Blossom/To The Beautiful You, so it's not really yours (originally). But the reader could be drawn in by the title because it's something they probably heard before, so they would be curious and want to read it.
 

2. Description/Forward - 9/10 -

I think the description is great since it give the readers a good idea of what the story is about and some of the characters, that would make the readers want to read the story. It has a description of each of the dorms and it's nice that you gave credit to all the other shops.
 

3. Character Develpment/ Showcasting - 9/10 -
