1. Title - 9/10 -

I was caught by the title att first glance, it was a truely 'one of a kind' name for a story. However, there is a risk that this might not be everyone's cup of tea in terms of its 'cliche-ness'.
 

2. Description/Forward - 8/10 -

It was too straighforward, overall speaking. Your forword ought to be more mysterious to captivate readers' heart, don't just spill 1/3 of the plot away.
