"Ouch!" you let out a yelp as you landed on the cold, cemented-ground. Your hand crashing against a few scattered stones as it grew red from the contact.

"Oh God, are you okay?" someone said, as their shadow loomed upon you. There face tilting to look at yours as you noticed a few strangles of hair falling into their eyes. You tried to make out the person's face, but the sun rays dancing through his/her face prevented you in all ways. You flinched a little as you squinted your eyes at the sun smiling brightly down at you.

"Is something wrong with your head? Do you feel dizzy?" the person instantly asked, his/her voice filled with worry as they crouched down beside you. The person placed a hand on your forehead as they leaned in closer to examine your face. "I'm fine," you reassured, as you tried to stretch out their face. You could now make out that it was a guy. A dashing, red-headed guy.

Your cheeks instantly grew hot as you blushed madly. This was one of your unbreakable habits ever since you were young. Since you attended a prestigious all-girl school throughout your entire elementary and middle school life; you weren't too comfortable around boys. Especially cute ones.

You shifted uncomfortably as your eyes darted to the ground. "Umm.. I'll help you up," the guy said as one of his hands sneaked around your waist, his other hands interlacing with yours as he pulled you from the ground.

"Are you okay?" he asked again, his eyes locking on yours as it loomed with worry. "I'm fine," you confirmed as you ended it with a short, awkward laugh. "That's a relief," he mumbled as he ran his fingers through his spiked-up hair. The reddish color blazing against the sun rays as it blended with perfect harmony. For a brief second, you were trapped in your own world as you gawked silently, mesmerizing his features as your face turned hot.

"Uh," he said as he cleared his throat loudly. "Oh sorry, I have a bad habit of zoning out," you apologized as your eyes drifted back to the ground. "Nah, that's okay," he laughed in return. "I was really careless. I was zooming pretty fast on this thing," he explained as his foot moved to kick the skateboard rolling beside him. "And, you just came out of nowhere," he continued as his guilty eyes locked on yours. "No, it was really my fault," you cut him off as you flashed him a reassuring smile.
