Bom’s POV

            I smiled at Violet as I patted her knee.  She hopped off her seat and ran towards her father.  If Yoona knew that Violet and Seunghyun were here with me, she’d go crazy.  Seunghyun picked up his daughter into his arms and kissed her cheek.  He was smiling at her as if she was his world.  The only other person Seunghyun looked at like that was Yoona. 

            Sometimes, I wished that I were like Yoona.  At least, he would love me.  I wish I were born into a family that was influential.  I wish I were born to be brilliant like her.  I just wish that I had what it took to make a man like Seunghyun love me. 

            “Well, thank you for the lovely visit, Violet,” I grinned.

            “You’re welcome, auntie,” Violet replied.

            She reminded me so much of her mother.  I still remembered when she was an infant.  I saw the look of heartbreak on Seunghyun’s face whenever he would look at his baby.  Everything about Violet resembled Yoona.  The only thing that Seunghyun gave to Violet was his personality.  I was told that Violet would sometimes be stubborn like her mother, but most of her personality was like her father’s. 

            “I must remind you,” I stated.

            Violet finished for me, “I can’t tell mommy that we were here.  I got it.”

            I patted her head and smiled again.  She was a very obedient girl, but I could tell that if she got older, she would be more independent and outspoken.  Seunghyun told me the story of how she talked back to him when he ordered her to go to bed.  It was already starting, and part of it amused me.

            “Honey, why don’t you go feed the fish in the aquarium in the other room,” Seunghyun suggested.

            Violet nodded in excitement as he handed her the fish food; she suddenly dashed out of the room to feed the fish.  I took a seat on my chair and crossed my legs.  Seunghyun looked very handsome.  He had clocked out from the hospital a few hours before Yoona, and he went to pick up Violet from school.  They soon came here, and now, Seunghyun wanted to talk to me.

            “Don’t worry,” he cleared his throat, “Violet didn’t tell Yoona about the last three times we went here.”

            Seunghyun was wearing a navy blue sweater and a pair of denim jeans.  He sat down across from me and sighed heavily.  I knew he had a lot of on his mind.  He was gone through a lot.

            “Yoona told me that she dropped the case.  Her lawyers are probably sending a notice to your lawyers soon,” Seunghyun informed me.

            I felt very guilty over everything.  I pressed my lips together and tried to clear my head.  I was a part of it all, and I wanted Seunghyun to tell Yoona the truth.  I felt a lot of weight on my back, and some of it was relieved because Yoona dropping the case meant that I could keep my medical license.

            “Maybe you should tell her the truth,” I recommended, “I won’t feel so guilty if she knows.”

            He shook his head right away, “No.  No, that was the deal.  You agreed to not tell her anything, and that’s final.  She doesn’t need to know.”

Yoona’s POV

            I didn’t understand a lot of things.  It had been two weeks since Jessica told me to watch for signs.  I kind of brushed it off, but now, I was getting a little suspicious.  He was on the phone earlier, but when I entered the bedroom, he quickly hung up and put away his phone.  I also noticed that he put in a passcode when he used his phone.  He never had a passcode in the past; he always claimed that he had nothing to hide, but now, it had changed.  He had a secret that I didn’t know about.

            I had snuck into his office after I realized that he was in the shower.  I tried to look for clues, but I couldn’t find anything.  I searched through his desk and drawers, but all I saw were notebooks, files, pens, and a stapler.  He kept his office very neat and organized, and it looked as if I was just making a mess.

            I sighed heavily as I plopped back down on his office chair.  Maybe I was just overreacting to it all.  My hand brushed against his computer mouse, and it took the screen off its screensaver.  I saw that his email was still logged in, and I quickly looked through it.  I felt horrible for doing it, but this was my only chance.  I saw that he had emails from other doctors in the hospital.  One name stood out the most to me.

            Bom.

            The subject read as “Just tell her!”

            I quickly pressed it, and I tried my best to read the message quickly.  I nervously swallowed, but the computer screen went blank before I could read another word.  I stared in shock to see Seunghyun in a pair of sweats and a t-shirt.  He had the plug in his hand as he stared in horror at me looking at the blank screen.

            “What the hell?” I growled.

            “What the hell?  You’re the one who’s invading my privacy!” he exclaimed.

            I stood up, “Why did Bom send you an email?”

            “It’s about a patient,” he rolled his eyes at me.

            I knew he was lying, and it was hurting me.  Bom had not been working at the hospital for the past month, and she had no mutual patients with him.  My eyes began to water, but my pride disallowed me from letting them fall.  I tried to walk away from him.  I didn’t want to hear another lie from him. 

            He grabbed my hand and spun me to him.  He saw the tears in my eyes, and I saw a flash of guilt in his eyes.  He was cheating on me.  Jessica was right.  He was just playing with my feelings.

            “Why are you trying to leave me?” he asked.

            “You’re lying to me,” I choked, “You…and Bom!  You two are together.  How could you do that?  How could you be with her and then come back home to me?  Do you think that I’m here at your disposal?”
            He breathed out, “Yoona.”

            “ you,” I shrugged his grip away from my hand.

Tiffany’s POV

            It all happened so fast.  I was in a hotel room with Violet and Yoona, and we had just stormed out of the house.  Seunghyun looked very desperate, and it seemed as if he was trying to stop Yoona, but she didn’t want to hear anything.  Violet was crying to see her parents arguing, but she was sleeping now.  I saw Yoona lying down on the sofa of the hotel suite with a glass of white wine in her hand.  She had dried up tears on her face as she pressed her cheek against the fabric of the couch.

            Yoona did allow Violet to say goodbye to her father for the night, so that told me that it wasn’t over for them yet.  Yoona told me what happened, and it did sound like Seunghyun was having an affair, but for all I know, it could be one big misunderstanding.

            “Enough about the drama in my life,” she sighed, “So did Taecyeon ask you out yet?”

            I smiled and sat on the sofa beside her.  This woman had done so much for me.  She took me in, and she gave me strength to
