As Kibum was walking he realized he didn’t know where the music room was. “Well, I’m an idiot…” He mumbles, pulling out his phone to quickly text Jonghyun. But then he thought better of it. It won’t be a surprise if he knows I’m coming. Instead he calls Minho. “Kibum?”

“Hey, Minho, quick question.”

“One second.” His voice distances, shouting out ‘time’ before recurring breathless. “Soccer practice?” Kibum asks. “Just doing a few runs.”

“Mm, well, do you know where the music room is?”

“I thought you’d know since you toured the campus before classes even started.” 

“Yeah...I thought I’d know too…” Minho chuckles softly. “Wait there, I’ll come find you.”

“No, don’t you even think about doing that. I’ll figure something out.” Kibum says quickly, peering up and down the halls. “Ya sure Kibum? If something were to happen to you, I’m sure Jonghyun would blame himself first and then me.” KIbum rolls his eyes, guffawing. “What  could happen to me? Are you forgetting I’m a guy too?”

“A rather attractive guy and there’s other guys who are after you.” Kibum lets out a breath turning a corner. “I can take care of myself, stop treating me as if I’m some chick.” Minho laughs. “Sorry, Kibum.I’ll remind myself that you’re just a guy with a very admirable .” Kibum’s cheeks puff out with laughter. “Shut-up, Minho.” Minho chuckles. “I’ll shut up, I’m afraid that puppy boyfriend of yours has sensitive ears.”

“He probably does.”

“Thanks Kibum, I may as well consider myself dead.” Kibum laughs lightly , stopping in front of a glass door. “You don’t have to go that far, I’m pretty sure Jonghyun won’t flip a switch because you complimented me.”

“Yeah, of course not. But if he found out that I was checking you out, then yeah, he’d flip.” Kiubm a brow. “You….were checking me out?”

“Well duh, who hasn’t?”

“I always thought you were straight…” 

“Well I was until I met you.” Kibums eyes widened. “Minho you….”

“Lets talk about this later. Have you found it yet?” He asks, his voice calm and deep as usual. “Uhm, yeah, I think so.”

“Good,” He could hear the relief in his voice. “Tell Jonghyun I said hey and talk to you later, Kibum.”

“Yeah, see ya Minho.” He hangs up, staring blankly at his phone. Gathering himself, he lifts a hand to knock on the glass, but stops midway when a sound leaked through. The melody was soft and then it dipped down in tempo before picking up and vibrating deep within Kibums heart. He turns the doorknob pushing open the door and stepping inside quietly. As he listened he could hear a voice singing, not just any voice. But one he knew, one he could feel throughout all of his body. A voice that belonged to none other than Kim Jonghyun. The lyrics resembled that of a love song, but there was more. Something Kibum could touch with his hand and taste against his tongue. The emotions and sensations were so strong he had to find a wall and lean against it. There was something that shook his heart and touched him. Warm, sweet, delicate, sensual… Kibum took in a deep breath and slowly let it out. Suddenly, the feeling was overwhelming, he wanted to be held by Jonghyun. There was a steady clap when Jonghyun’s voice faded out with the melody. “You work fast.” Said a foreign voice. “Yes, I want to get this done as soon as possible and show to him.”

“Mmm, there’s a few minor things I feel you may have to work on, but it’s your song for your special someone.” That  must be the professor, Kibum thought. “Yes, but I’d like your input, Professor Hae-sol.” Kibum peeks around the corner, his heart still pounding from Jonghyuns brief performance. The older was sitting in a white chair, a microphone dangling from his right hand, his eyebrows knit in thought. Kibum peered open-mouthed at Hae-sol, deciding that he didn’t seem half bad for Jonghyuns music teacher. “The lyrics are almost done, I just need a good ending line.” Hae-sol nods, extending his hand and taking the mic. “How about you think about it, once you’ve seen him.”

“Kibum…” Hae-sol nods. “If that’s who you’re so enraptured with.” Jonghyun cracks a smile, bouncing to his feet. “Thanks again, Profess--”

“You can drop the professor.” Hae sol smiles. “I’m more comfortable with you calling me Hae-sol.” Jonghyun’s eyes were wide for a moment before settling into a crinkled smile. “Okay…Hae-sol.” He murmurs with a grin. Kibum hurries out of the door, as Jonghyun turned around. He stands outside letting out a breath, pulling out his phone and acting casually. The door opened and Jonghyun came gliding out with a wide smile, his eyes trained happily on the ground. He didn’t notice Kibum until he was stepping into him. “S-sorr--Bummie?!” He exclaims, eyes snapping up to look at Kibum. He tilted his head perplexed. “Why are you here? I thought I told you to go home.” KIbum takes a step back, crossing his arms over his chest and scoffing. “I don’t take orders from you.”

“When we’re in bed together you’re more than willing to listen.” Jonghyun whispers, leaning up to kiss along his jaw. Kibum rolls his eyes, gently shoving Jonghyun back. “Keep it in your pants until we leave.” Truth be told Kibum wanted for him to place more kisses along his jawline and then for them to trickle down his neck. Jonghyuns tumbles back with a laugh, his chest puffing out before caving in. He slid his hand into Kibums dangling palm, twisting their fingers together. “I’m glad you waited for me.” He murmurs, gently pulling Kibum down the hall with him. “Yeah…” Was all Kibum could muster as a reply. He watched Jonghyuns backside with soft eyes, his heart pounding. He squeezes Jonghyuns hand, letting out a light sigh. “Lets...take a detour…” He mutters, Jonghyun pauses looking back at him. “You don’t want to go home? Don’t you have a qui--” Kibum glanced around before yanking Jonghyun back into his body. The older was caught off guard and stumbled a little, his breath catching when he looked up at Kibum. “I want to spend sometime with you.” Kibums brown eyes suddenly seemed as though they were pulling Jonghyun in, relentlessly swallowing him. “Kibum…” He exhales, adjusting his body so now he was pressed against Kibums chest. “I have no problem at all with you being this honest, but…” He swipes a loose strand of hair from Kibums eyes. “Did I do something?” Kibum blinks, his lips curling into a smile. He hunches forward, resting his head on Jonghyuns shoulder. He inhaled his strong scent and felt a tingle course through his body. “Yes, you love me.” Jonghyuns eyes sparkled as he stared up at Kibum and then a smug grin spread across his lips. 

“Since I love you everyday and every night,” His fingers curled into Kibums spine. “Can’t you spend sometime with me everyday and every night?” Kibum smiles, lifting his head and peering down into Jonghyuns round eyes. “Some time? Why not all the time?” There was a gleam in Kibums almond eyes and Jonghyun had to clench his fist to keep from slamming him against the wall and kissing him on the spot. Their PDA probably wouldn’t be tolerated here, well, the PDA Jonghyun had in mind anyways. “All the time? As much as I love the idea, I don’t think I’ll be able to handle it.” Kibum grins, taking Jonghyuns wrists and pulling them away from his back. “Lets just go.” Kibum flipped his bangs back, brushing past Jonghyun and towards the exit doors. Jonghyun drops his head, chuckling down at his feet. 

Kibum if I had you all the time, every hour of everyday, every second of every night. You would fill me up and take me over. I don’t mind something like that happening, because you make me complete. But if you took me over, I wouldn’t be able to love you properly. 

I’m writing a song for you and I think I’ve figured out the last line.
