Jimin slid into the tent as quietly as he could, hoping he wouldn’t wake Jungkook. He’d gone for a walk, by himself, to try and figure out a few things that had been on his mind. Why, why did he have to kiss Mallory? He had reasons, like he wanted to know if she liked him, or if they could be happy together, but those were all selfish reasons. He figured it was a selfish act. Honestly, he didn’t think Mallory deserved for Suga to give her the cold shoulder. If anything, he should be the one who was being given the silent treatment.

He dropped to his knees and took off his shoes before sliding under his sleeping bag, not bothering to change his clothes. He was too exhausted to even try. He turned his back to Jungkook and settled in, closing his eyes and hoping he’d fall asleep quick.

“So what happened?”

Jimin didn’t answer for a moment. “What do you mean?”

Jungkook sat up. “Mallory left, and then you followed. And when Suga had realized Mallory was gone, he went to look for her. He came back first, and didn’t mention finding her, and if he hadn't we all know he would have lost it and sent out a search party, so clearly he found her.” Jimin bit the inside of his lip. “And you two left together, but came back separately. So what happened?”

Jimin stared ahead for a few moments before rolling over and sighing. “I made a huge mistake.” Jungkook said nothing, waiting for him to continue. “I was being selfish. I wanted to know if maybe there was hope for me, that maybe Mallory liked me back, so I wanted to ask her. But I couldn’t say it, so I just… kissed her.”

Jungkook groaned. “Because I said to just go for it.”

“It wasn’t your fault, so don’t start blaming yourself when you weren’t even involved.” Jimin declared, shaking his head. “She told me she didn’t feel the same, but that she’d questioned it too. And then she saw Suga. And she ran after him.”

Jungkook shifted a little, turning towards Jimin. “Are you okay?”

“Just hurt. And disappointed.” He said, sitting up and wrapping his arms around his knees. “It’s no one’s fault but my own. I’m disappointed in myself, for even trying when it was so obvious she’s in love with Suga.”

Jungkook shrugged. “I wouldn’t say love-”

“I would.” Jimin said, looking to his friend. “You didn’t see the look on her face when she realized what Suga had seen. And you weren’t the one she ran away from to run to Suga. Trust me, I would say she does.”

Jungkook frowned. “Maybe you should just… sleep on it?”

Jimin laughed. “Is that your kind way of saying shut up I’m tired?” In any case, Jimin lay back down and tucked the sleeping bag under his arms, staring up at the roof of the tent. He doubted he was going to sleep that night.

Zhen woke up early that next morning to Kirakira barking to go out. She couldn’t really have been woken up, since she hadn’t actually slept that night, but she had been trying to sleep. Every time she closed her eyes, though, she remember the night before, the smile that was constantly pulling her lips which caused her cheeks to hurt as terribly as they did, the fun she’d had with J-Hope, who was convinced he had to teach her how to dance, or the look she kept seeing Jungkook give her, when he thought she wasn’t looking.

Finally, she sat up and lifted the little dog onto her lap. She reached over to the small table between her bed and Cho Hee’s and snatched the dog leash. Cho Hee was still passed out, and Zhen didn’t think she was going to wake up for some time.

Before she took Kirakira out, she changed from her pajamas into a pair of black jeans, a white tank top, the sweater Jungkook had talked her into wearing the night before after she shivered a little when they were walking back to their tents, and a pair of Isotoner rubber toed boots, which were lined with fur that peaked a bit from the top. She then opened the door to the cabin and was greeted by a surprising chill as she and Kirakira walked for the trees lining the campsite.

It didn’t take long for Kirakira to finish her business, but Zhen didn’t turn back to go back to the cabin. She knew Kirakira would leap all over Cho Hee, and since she’d just been running through the dewy morning grass, she’d stamp her little wet paws all over Cho Hee’s blankets. So, instead, Zhen walked towards the awning where they were already setting up for breakfast.

“Good morning!” One of the managers called. “Would you like a cup of coffee?”

Zhen smiled and nodded her head. “Yes, please,” She said, walking towards the woman, who offered her a cup and pointed towards the sugars and creamers. “Thank you so much.”

“You look exhausted, miss.” She said, reaching and touching Zhen’s forehead. “Are you feeling alright.”

Zhen nodded. “Just a little restless,” She said, continuing towards the sugars. She spotted a girl sitting near the end of the awning at a table by herself. Before her was a cup, which Zhen already knew wasn’t coffee, and was probably green tea or just cider, and a plate with a handful of berries on it. Zhen immediately made her way over to her.

MinHee put down the book she was reading the moment she noticed Zhen making her way towards her. “I didn’t know you were coming! Did you come this morning?” She asked, smiling and reaching over the table to pet Kirakira as Zhen sat down and drew the dog onto her lap.

Zhen shook her head. “No. I came yesterday.”

MinHee laughed. “I must have missed you. You looked exhausted.”

I love your story so much! I've been reading this story ever since this morning. It's hard finding a lot of good BTS's stories. This story is just amazing. I just love it. I usually don't like to read stories with a tons of chapters but I actually read all of this. I was wondering, did you ever make a sequel or anything to this towards the end? I couldn't find anything. Anyways I would love to read your other stories! Loves, xoxo (:

Chapter 2: Hi I just want you to know that I'm going to talk to you tomorow and Je vais vous parler demain is not really the same thing in this concept she's talking to her brother so using vous is way too formal. It wil be better if you say Je vais te parler demain or on se parle demain. And you can't really use adieu either cause it's like a final goodbye like you are never gonna talk to them. Since she's french from France I think saying au revoir is more appropriate. So yeah... I just want to friendly inform you :) oh and google translation is rarelly right when it's for english to french !! :)
