Shin Hye convinced Jin Hyuk to transfer to Seoul National University Hospital, they are one of the best oncology hospital in Korea and Dr. Kang has agreed to take on his case.  She wanted to get intouch to with his family members but he refuse, she just sent a text message to Joo-Eun that he will be transferred to a different hospital to start the chemotherapy, all of the expenses would be paid by the foundation under the Park Group of companies that was put up after Shin Hye recovered from her own sickness, they have donated the new oncology wing in SNU hospital.  

"hi Joo-Eun ssi, i would like to inform you that Jin Hyuk ssi has been transferred to another hospital, he is now at SNU hospital where he can get the best care possible for him to recover, he is at room 2016" Shin Hye sent a text message to Joo-Eun, she was hoping that she would come to take care of him, he has no one else to depend on except her. Shin Hye hired a private nurse to take care of Jin Hyuk when she is not around, he feels his pain, he does not have anyone who he can draw his strength from, he does not have a support system other than Shin Hye and her family.
