Endings and New Beginnings

Order of the Wolf: Reformation

When Hansol finally awoke, he was lying on a stretcher in a white medical tent. He slowly stood to his feet and limped outside; his entire body was sore. He was greeted immediately by Byungjoo who hugged him extremely tightly.

“You okay hyung?”

“Yeah... I'm fine. What about you?”

“Sore, but I think I'll be okay,”

Hansol nodded and looked around. There were a few medical tents, like the one he was in, scattered around the area. There was an enormous plume of smoke rising from what was once the Arario School for Boys. Students were crying and holding each other for support; nothing about this situation was good.

“Hey Hansol, glad to see you're up and moving around. Kidoh brought in Yuri and now she and the other Liberty Corps members are on their way to a special BTS holding facility,” Jimin said as he handed Hansol a bottle of water. At least there was some good news.

“What about Sohee?” Hansol wondered.

“She disappeared before we could even talk to her... or thank her for her help,”

Hansol shook his head; of course she was gone.

Xero was leaning against a tree, looking at the melted remains of the golden front gate as Hansol approached him.

“Hey there,”

“Hey Hansol,”

“Are you alright?”

“Not really... we couldn't save the school,”

“I know... but look at the bright side, at least we stopped the Liberty Corps,”

Xero just nodded; Hansol knew he wasn't in the mood to hear things like that. It wasn't long before Mrs. Shin walked over to them.

“Jiho, may I have a private moment to speak with you?”

“Hansol can hear anything you have to say,” Xero harshly replied. Mrs. Shin sighed.

“Listen, Jih- Xero... I know I've been hard on you for your lifestyle choices and I still don't particularly agree with them... but your power saved hundreds of lives today and that deserves commendation. From now on, I will treat you and the others as regular students,” she said softly before quickly walking away.

“Wow, who knew your mom had a soft side?” Hansol joked. Xero actually chuckled a little.

“You think we should tell her we're dating?”

“Uh... not today,” Hansol said, taking another look at the ruins before pulling Xero away.

“Hey Hansol,” Jiwon said as Hansol and Xero walked by him on the way to talk to the others.

“Hey Jiwon, thanks for your help today,”

“No problem... look, I know we've been at odds in the past, but everything that's happened recently has shown me that we need to stick together and that an eye for an eye truly does make the world go blind. For so long, I was motivated by revenge and hatred, but those same emotions led to the rise of Blockbuster and the Liberty Corps... it looks like I'll have to fight for something else now, something a bit more admirable... Hansol, Xero... I would like to officially join the Order of the Wolf,”

Hansol and Xero exchanged surprised looks.

“Why don't you come and talk it over with the others” Hansol replied.

“I know Jenissi will have a few strong opinions on the subject,” Xero teased. Jiwon smiled and nodded as he followed them into the group of supernatural teenagers.

Hansol thought to himself as they joined the group...everything had happened so quickly and intensely... he definitely never pictured his senior year turning out this way. From meeting Mr. Ahn to the discovery of BTS and Blockbuster, to becoming a worldwide celebrity and now stopping yet another terrorist plot... it was all quite different from the shy, introverted Kim Hansol that enrolled at the school a year earlier.

Even though the destruction in front of them was heartbreaking, Hansol knew that he and the other members of the order would help to not only build a new and improved school, but a brighter future also.

Chapter 30: I wonder what will happen to the Liberty Corps. Finally! Jiwon has decided to join! Goodluck to him and Jenissi, though :P So this... is the ending. I've only noticed Hansol's character development, and the ending is rushed, to be honest. Off to the next story!

Chapter 29: Everything in here is just sad...

Chapter 28: I like that you don't focus too much in the action moves as they fight because you put some of the characters' thoughts here and there from time to time. If action scenes are all about the moves, I think most of the readers will find a hard time processing all of it and will wonder of a character's exact thoughts during a battle. Indeed, this fight turns out into unimaginable O_O Off to the next chapter!

Chapter 27: A very good idea by the Order. Hope they'll be able to do their plan soon and successfully at that. There's a high chance of things that'll unexpectedly get on their way. And thank God, there's some way with the collar. I'm just hoping Sohee will do the right thing.

Chapter 26: Hm. Guess the Liberty Corps's not that smart as they dont think of any other way of getting to the Order's side. I'm wondering of this connection Hansol and Sohee feel towards each other. Will they be revealed as actual brothers and sisters :D A trilogy sounds exciting!

Chapter 25: So the meeting of the Order and the girls with Hyeontae doesn't turn out good... Hope there'll be a solution to this soon. I understand the Liberty Corps's feelings, but their plan is just so wrong, and the Order's right.

Chapter 24: A very good plan by Hansol! I'm so glad he knows how to handle what's happened. More so, now that Hojoon gets his power back!

Chapter 23: I seriously don't like what Sohee and Hyeontae have done nor what they're planning.

Chapter 22: I believe XeSol are able to go thru it all. I sympathize Byungjoo, but really, Hansol can't just give up his and Xero's love just because of what people think or feel. It's their lives anyway.

Chapter 21: It's so unfortunate to have a mom wanting to ruin your life. I salute Xero for still being able to stand her.
