Hansol paced back and forth as Sehyuk and the others processed everything he'd just told them.

“So not only did they kidnap Xero, but they also have a device that temporarily de-powers supernatural creatures?” Yano wondered aloud as he sat on the white couch with his legs crossed.

“I'm not sure if it affects all of us, but it definitely works on wizards,” Hansol replied, rubbing his head anxiously.

“And she expects is to join her? Not exactly the best plan,” Sangdo said, shaking his head.

“You said that only Sohee and her brother were there right? And her brother's not even supernatural. I think this is a job for the knights,” Kidoh suggested.

“Great idea! The machine won't affect us at all! That is, if they even realize we're there,” Sanggyun said excitedly.

“That is a good idea. We'll have to send a wizard with you to get you there and back as quickly as possible, but they should stay as far away from the actual building as they can,” Sehyuk said.

“I'll go,” Hansol immediately volunteered. Before anyone else could say anything, the door to the hideout opened and Hojoon walked in, accompanied by Jungkook, Taehyung and Jimin.

“Hey guys! What's up?” he said with a wide smile.

“Wow someone's happy... sit down, we have a lot to fill you in on,” Sehyuk said.

“Okay but first, I have something to show you guys,”

Hojoon slowly removed his hood, revealing... a full head of snow white hair. Everyone gasped collectively as Hojoon conjured an apple from thin air and took a bite.

“You got your powers back!?” Byungjoo jumped up and down on the couch, shaking Yano like an earthquake.

“But how? I thought you said the power loss was permanent?” Seogoong asked, exchanging a confused look with Gohn.

“I can explain that,” Taehyung began, “BTS had a few leftover power samples in the database, so we decided that we could give Hojoon superpowers, as a thank you. Everyone's body reacts differently to the process, resulting in different powers for everyone, but since Hojoon was a wizard previously, it reinstated his old powers instead,”

“That is amazing!” Hansol hugged Hojoon tightly.

“Even more good news! Since I'm technically not a natural wizard anymore, I have no spell limit!” Hojoon danced around in a circle to the cheers of the other members.

“Alright guys calm down. I know we're all excited to see that Hojoon's a wizard again, but we still have to rescue Xero,” Sehyuk interrupted.

“Wait? What happened to Xero?” Hojoon wondered as he finally took a seat next to Byungjoo and Yano.

“He was kidnapped by Kwon Sohee, 'The Master Planner'. Her younger brother Hyeontae built a device that can temporarily de-power us, so we're sending the Knights in to get him back and destroy the device,” Sehyuk explained.

“Guys, I have an idea. Sohee wants to work with us... well there's no way that's happening but if we go and talk to her, we can make them let their guard down so the Knights can destroy the device. Then we can just grab Xero and get out of there,” Hansol said.

“Elaborate,” Sehyuk said.

“There are a few different rooms in the building, but only one is big enough for all of us to fit; the throne room. We'll make up some excuse about why the knights couldn't join us while they sneak into the high tech computer lab and destroy the tag blaster. Without the machine as a threat, there's no way they'll be able to stop us before we can get to Xero,”

“That's a great idea. Who knew Hansol was such a great strategist?” Kidoh said with a smile. Hansol blushed a little as Gohn patted his shoulder.

“Operation extraction will commence in two hours,” Sehyuk said in an overly serious tone. Everyone gave him a weird look which caused him to burst into laughter.

“Such a dork,” Sangdo replied, rolling his eyes.

Hansol began to think about the gravity of the situation. His boyfriend was being held hostage by a maniac with delusional dreams of a superpowered revolution. But as strange as it was, he actually felt a connection to Sohee. Maybe it was because she was a fellow wizard, or maybe because he saw reflections of himself in her... either way, he hoped that there was some way to end this peacefully. He had been in enough fights to last a lifetime.
