Chapter 06

Taeyeon's eyes widened to the size of golf balls.

"What are you doing here!" She shouted and poked his chest.

"My family is invited to your house for dinner so.." He replied.

"Oh, you all are here! Good evening to you." Taeyeon's mother said and hugged him.

"This can't be happening." Taeyeon mumbled under her breath.

"What can't be happening?" He said.

Taeyeon looked up and gave him a deadly glare.

"Taeyeon! This is no way to treat yours guests!" Taeyeon's mother chided her.

Taeyeon looked down and cursed in her head.

" I am sorry for my daughter, she is just not very friendly. Please come in." Her mom said and welcomed them in.

Once they have made their way to the dining room, her mom closed the door and faced Taeyeon.

"I know its hard for you but please." Her mother said to her.

"I will try to be as friendly as possible. Sorry mother." Taeyeon said.

"That's my girl." Her mother said and hugged her.

"Now let's join them." Her mother said and they went to the dining room.

When Taeyeon entered the dining room, she realised the only seat is in front of him.

"Taeyeon? Why aren't you sitting down?" Her father said.

"Oh, um ya. I am sitting down." Taeyeon hesitated and sat down.

"So, Baekhyun and Taeyeon, you two go to the same school right?" Baekhyun's mother asked.

"Yes we do." 

"No we don't." 

Baekhyun and Taeyeon said at the same time.

His mother raised her eyebrows.

"Sorry, I meant yes we do." Taeyeon said, taking back her words while Baekhyun smirked at her as she returned a glare.

"So are you two close friends?" His mother asked.

"Yes, very close. We always hang out during lunch." Baekhyun answer
