Chapter 17

"Thank you for trusting me." Baekhyun smiled genuinely.

Taeyeon smiled back.

"So I wonder if we can have dinner tonight?" Baekhyun asked her while holding her hands.

"Sure. Text me the details." Taeyeon said with a smile.

They spent their lunch talking happily without knowing that a certain person was filled with jealousy and rage.

"So he asked you out on a date?" Yuri asked.

"Yeap." Taeyeon said.

"Awesome." Yuri said with a smug look.

They beginned to walk out of school and to the car park.

"Hey. isn't that your ex?" Yuri asked.

Taeyeon looked at the direction that she was looking at and immediately recoginized him.

"They are really getting into it, aren't they?" Yuri said with a disgusted look on her face.

Minho was in between Hyeri's legs while she was sitting on the hood of his car.

They were making out intently and he even had his hands up her shirt.

"Urgh, gross." Taeyeon replied and faked like she was about to vomit.

"Let's get out of here. I really don't want to barf." Yuri said as she pulled Taeyeon away.

As much as Taeyeon hates Minho, she felt a tiny little jealousy and disappointment inside her.

Taeyeon dropped Yuri at her place and then drove back home.

She had to get ready by 6 since Baekhyun is going to pick her up for their date.

And it was already 4.

She decided to go on her laptop and did some of her homework till it was 5.

Then, she stepped into the shower and took a relaxing shower.

She then decided to wear a camo jacket as her outerwear and a white loose tank top with denim shorts.

She put on some mascara and lipstick as well as tying her hair up in a ponytail after she curled it into loose waves.

The bell then rang.

She looked at the clock and it was already 6:03.

"Oops, gotta go." Taeyeon mumbled.

She grabbed her tote bag and her phone before rushing downstairs.

Once she reached the living room, she see her mother and Baekhyun talking.

She faked a cough and Baekhyun looked at her.

Baekhyun stared at her for a moment and looked at what she was dressed in.

"You didn't tell me that you were going on a date." Her mother said.

"It slipped my mind." Taeyeon replied.
