“Call me if he is mean to you again.”

Mrs. Jung said when they were walking at the park that evening.

Shinhye chuckles.

“He had changed omma. He talks really calm to me now.”

“Chinca? Are you sure he had change?”

“Maybe he tries to soften his heart omma, let’s give oppa chance. He is your son after all.”

Mrs. Jung stops on a bench and sits on it. Shinhye too take a seat beside Mrs. Jung. She put Eunmi’s stroller in front of her so that she can see her in it.

Mrs. Jung stares blankly to her front.

“He told us about Yoomi. He had told you too right?”

Shinhye nods.

“Oppa said that Yoomi unni wants to take Eunmi from us.”

“Deh. Yonghwa must be really burden right now. I can see he changes his attitude towards you, but I’m afraid it is just temporary.”

“I don’t think so omma. Oppa is being himself again. That’s all.”

Shinhye said with a smile.

“Do you think that way?”

Shinhye nods and smiles wider.

“Deh.”

“I just hope that I can have my Yong back.”

Mrs. Jung said and holds Shinhye’s hand. She pats it with her other hand and sighs.

“Just hope for the best omma.”

“Deh. Let’s hope for now.”

“She went to you?”

Jonghyun raises his eyebrows as an answer.

“Hyung. I think she won’t stop before she got you back. You better be prepared.”

Yonghwa punches the coffee table in irritation.

“No one will able to change me. I will not accept her ever again.”

He said with gritted teeth.

“I know you won’t hyung. I just want you to be careful.”

“Deh. Thanks Jonghyun ah.”

“You better hire a security in your house hyung. Shinhye and Eunmi will be safer.”

Jungshin said after being quiet for the whole time.

“Deh hyung. I think that is a good idea.”

Minhyuk too supports Jungshin’s idea.

“Do you know anyone that can provide a trustworthy body guards?”

“You want guards hyung?”

Yonghwa nods.

“I’ll try contact someone I know. I’ll call you if there is one available.”

“Gomawo Jonghyun ah.”

“Kenchana hyung. That is what friends for.”

Yonghwa sighs and lean his back on the chair. Suddenly his phone ringing.

“Hello Shinhye.”

He answers immediately.

“Oppa, Woobin oppa came. He asked me out. Can I go?”

Yonghwa massages his forehead before he sighs.

“Can’t you go any other time?”

“It’s okay. I won’t go if you don’t give permission.”

“Ani. It’s not what I mean.”

He sighs.

“Go. But, be careful.”

“Deh.”

Shinhye ended the call. Yonghwa look at his screen for some time.

“Wae hyung?”

Minhyuk asks after a while.

Yonghwa sighs.

“I just feel uneasy for letting her out.”

“Why did you permit her then?”

“She is with Woobin hyung.”

“Woobin? Mr. Kim?”

Minhyuk asks with a wrinkle on his forehead.

“Deh. Do you remember the one who was with Shinhye on my wedding day? He is the one.”

“So, Mr. Kim is close?”

Jonghyun is the one who ask now.

Yonghwa simply nods.

“Can he be trusted?”

Yonghwa nods again.

“Let her be hyung. You can’t keep her caged in the house too. If you trusted Mr. Kim, it’s mean that Shinhye trusts her more.”

“Okay. Please find me two bodyguards the soonest that you can Jonghyun. I really need your help.”

Yonghwa said with a deep sigh.

“Where are we going oppa?”

Shinhye asks with a smile on her pretty face.

“We are going to celebrate a birthday Shinhye. Don’t you remember whose birthday is it today?”

Woobin said with a smile.

Shinhye wrinkles her forehead and tries to remember the date.

“Oppa. It’s Yejin’s.”

She said with a frown.

“Aishh. Am I getting older?”

“Ani. You are too busy with your family and Eunmi.”

Woobin smiles.

“Let’s get her a gift oppa.”

“Okay. Can we go now?”

“Deh. Kaja.”

Shinhye and Woobin arrive at Woobin’s café 10 minutes after Yejin makes them earn a glare from the birthday girl. They walk to the table with a smile. Shinhye sit down beside Yejin while Woobin sat in front of Shinhye.

“Yah. How could you come late after asking me here for lunch?”

Yejin said with her arms cross.

Shinhye smiles and kisses her cheek.

“Saengil chukahae Yejin ah.”

She gives the gift to Yejin before she took Eunmi from Woobin’s hand.

Yejin smiles at once.

“Gomawo Shin. I thought you forget.”

“How can she? You both are best friends right?”

Shinhye smiles. Woobin saves her from a long nagging of Yejin.

“Deh Yejin ah. Sorry for not contacting you. I’m too busy.”

“Kenchana Shin ah. I understand fully.”

Yejin answers with a bright smile.

“I’ll be back later.”

Woobin stand and walks into his café’s kitchen.

“How old is she now?”

“She will be a year next 2 weeks.”

Shinhye smiles and glance at Eunmi who was on the baby chair.

“It’s nearly 3 month that you married then. How is it?”

Shinhye smiles again.

“I’m happy Yejin ah. Eunmi is a precious thing ever.”

“How about Yonghwa oppa? Is he okay?”

“He is okay.”

Shinhye turns her view at Yejin.

“How is work?”

“I love it Shin ah. I’ll be going to Japan next month.”

She said excitedly.

“Japan? Wae?”

“I got transferred there.”

“Congratulations Yejin ah. It will be hard to see you after this.”

“Deh. I didn’t think about that.”

She frowns.

Shinhye smiles and touch her hands.

“Kenchana. Just go for your dream. I’ll always pray for your happiness.”

“Thanks Shin ah.”

Yejin gives her a quick hug.

“Who knows I may found a suitor there.”

She giggles. Shinhye smiles.

“Deh. Who knows?”

Suddenly, Woobin comes out from the kitchen with a cake and walks to them.

Shinhye and Woobin sang them a birthday song and celebrates her birthday with full of laughter and happiness.

They spend hours together before Woobin decides to send Shinhye home as Eunmi had fallen asleep.

“Thank you oppa. Sorry for troubling you.”

“Eyy what’s with that words?”

Woobin chuckles.

“Go inside. I’ll see you in before I go.”

“Deh oppa. Drive carefully.”

“Deh. Arasseo.”

Shinhye waves and walks inside.

Woobin waits until she locks her gate before he drives away.

At the end of the road, a satisfied smile plastered on a beautiful face.

“I found it.”
