The One With The Surprise



Sehun's P.O.V

After we eat together the parents let us have our private time so they sit on a different table which is pretty far so we can chat comfortably.

"So... You've made your decision?" I leaned my chin on my hand and my elbow is on the table.

"Yes.." She tucked her hair behind her ear. I get it now.. She does it when she's nervous i think.

"So how's your parents respond to-" i stopped talking when i saw a guy on his twenties coming toward us and kissed Chaerin's temple. I was pretty shocked. Maybe her boyfriend?

"Oppa!" She beamed and hugged him. She called him Oppa.. So he's the older brother? But Oppa could mean her boyfriend too.. Wait, why would i care?

He ruffled her hair and turned to me, he offered his hand to me. "So you must be Sehun." We both shake hands. "Uh.. Yes. I'm Sehun. But how do you know my name?" I asked him looking confuse.

"Ah, Right! I'm Jiyong, Chaerin's brother." He smiled. So he is her brother.. "And you can call me GD. But since you were going to be our family, just call me Jiyong" he grinned.

I smiled. "Nah, i'll call you Hyung of course" we laughed. "Why don't you join us?" I smiled.

"Yeah, you should join us Oppa" she stressed a bit on the word 'should'. Uncomfortable much?

"I would like to do that, but i should greet the parents first. You two have some bonding time." He smiled and and glared at Chaerin because she's obviously tugging on his shirt, he finally escaped and flees to the parents table.

I looked back at Chaerin and she's just looking away, avoiding me.

"So Chaerin.." I said as i want to break the silence.

"Yes?" She faced me. Trust me, she looked really beautiful today.

"I got to admit, you look beautiful today" i smiled. Her face is as red as tomato right now, i swear she can't hide that she's blushing. I guess playing with her a little bit wasn't really wrong right?

"U-uh thank.. You.. Sehun." She tucked her hair behind her ear, still blushing. But she clears and stared at me bravely, maybe she understand the game now. 

Right then, i heard somebody clears his throat and turned out it was Jiyong, my soon-to-be brother in law. Why is he here when things started to get interesting?

"Hey guys! Mind if i join?" He raised his brows. 

"Uh yeah! Please join us" i offered him a seat beside Chaerin while me and Chaerin sit across each other.

"So Sehun what do you think about my sis?" He faced me. Woah what kind of question is that?! But i just remembered the game that getting hotter before he came and i started to play it again.

"She is very beautiful, indeed." I smirk at Chaerin. And she's blushing again while Jiyong Hyung is shocked because i didn't look nervous at all.

"Really?! U-um... Then.. do you like her?!" He asked with excitement on his tone. Now that... Makes me nervous.

"U-uh? Um... I-i don't.. Know.." I looked down. But as soon as i look at both of them they smirked. .

"Oppa! What kind of question is that?? We just met.." Said Chaerin as she took a sip of her drink. 

Jiyong Hyung just laughed. "I know i know.. I just wanted to know.. that's all!" He won the game. 

We chatted and all, then the parents called us and told us to join them. Me and Chaerin seated side by side while Jiyong Hyung sit across us.

"So, while you three were chatting over there, us the parents have made the decision." Said my father as he intertwined his fingers. So that was their purpose to let us sit on a different table.
