Chapter 4
I Need A Time Machine [Currently Being Re-Written]
Waking up the following morning with a huge smile on her face Seohyun happily got up and ready. Heading into the kitchen she was met by Tiffany who had already made breakfast for them both.
“Hey Seohyun, how are you this morning?”
“Much better thank you… Hey Fany, what were you dreaming about last night?”
“Why do you ask?”
“Because you were singing in your sleep again. Not that I’m complaining, it was actually kinda helpful.”
“I was singing? That’s weird, I wasn’t in my dream… What was I singing?”
“Yeah, you were singing ‘Baby Steps’.”
“Oh okay, and how exactly was that helpful?”
“It allowed me to see that I would never have agreed to marry Yongwha if I didn’t love him, and even though seeing Kyuhyun brought back some old memories it doesn’t change how I feel about Yongwha and I shouldn’t let it affect my friendship with Kyuhyun either… “
“And that my dear Seohyun is why you’re the smart one.”
“Thanks unnie, but don’t think redirecting the conversation will distract me from what you didn’t answer, I’m not going to fall for what apparently is my own trick…”
“Sweetie you don’t play tricks, you’re far too nice to do something like that.”
Turning to see Seohyun wearing an expression that showed she seriously doubted that, Tiffany sighed.
“Okay you really want to know what my boring dream was?”
“Yes please.”
“I was standing on a beach letting the waves roll over my feet as the orange pink glow of sunset danced through the reflection of the sea.”
“Sounds magical, and of course it had pink in there somewhere it is your dream after all, but no-one was with you? No… guy?”
“Actually, in the dream, I was thinking that the only thing that could make it better was if I could share that moment with our members.”
