Any resemblance to anything is purely out of imagination and wishful thinking xDDD ***   Chapter 26: Confrontations   *a couple of days have passed since sherina's shopping spree with the SHINee oppas and taemin's revelation in the radio show ... through the course of that time, the issue got worse ... some of taemin's fans have started protesting through the web and TV about his girlfriend ... this was because taemin had chosen to keep quiet about it all throughout ... despite that, taemin and sherina have been able to know more about each other through texting ... whenever taemin got a break from his schedules, he would immediately text sherina and ask non-stop questions about her ... sherina would ask taemin some questions as well ...    *one day, while waiting for key to finish his schedule, taemin was sitting on one of the couches of the waiting room with a big grin on his face while having a text conversation with sherina ...   taemin: (giggles - talks to himself) really? ... she was a violinist? ... that's pretty cool! (smiles and replies) ...   *taemin was smiling to himself while typing a message when soo yi approached him cautiously ...   soo yi: (soft voice) t-taemin? ...  taemin: (looks up and sees her) oooo! soo yi! ... (finishes his message quickly then presses "send") ... what's up? (looks back at her and motions for her to sit beside him on the couch)  soo yi: (sits down nervously) ... uhm ... uh ... h-h ... how have you been? (fake smile) taemin: me? ... fine! (smiles) i've been fine ... how about you? ... i haven't heard from you for a few days ... busy? soo yi: ahh ... y-yes ... schedules ... (giggles a bit) taemin: i see ... you'll get through it ... i know you can ... (smiles gently at her) ...   *soo yi couldn't look too long into taemin's eyes so when she looked down, she caught a glimpse of taemin's phone ...   soo yi: (smiles to herself)  taemin: (notices her) hmmm? ... what? (looks down at his phone) what are you looking at? soo yi: o-oh! ... i-its nothing ... (fake laugh) nothing ... taemin: ya, soo yi ... i can see that you're bothered by something ... what is it? (a bit worried) ... soo yi: (bites her lower lip) w-well ...  taemin: well~? soo yi: t-that ... (points at taemin's phone) ... taemin: huh? (inspects his phone) what about it? ... soo yi: (embarassed) ... uhm ... w-well i uh ... (sighs) ... i'll just go ahead and say it straight! ... i've been observing you for the past few days, taemin ... and although you've been very quiet about "that", i've always seen you smiling and giggling to yourself while being busy with your phone ... taemin: (alert) by "that" you mean ... soo yi: (serious) why didn't you tell me, taemin? ... im your friend, aren't i? ... why hide something THAT important to me??  taemin: uh---   *taemin's words got cut off because key suddenly appeared out of nowhere and pulled his arm to get him off the couch ...   key: dont worry about that, soo yi ... he hid it from US as well, remember? soo yi: (surprised)!! ... k-key oppa ... key: (smiles quickly at her) ... im sorry that i had to cut your conversation short but taemin and i have to go to our next schedule ... taemin: h-hyung! soo yi: a-ah ... (nods slowly) y-yes ... that's ok, oppa ... (slight smile) ... travel safely ...  key: (smiles) thank you ... take care as well, ok?    *they bowed to each other and key immediately dragged taemin along toward their van ...   taemin: (slumps down inside the van) HYUNG! ... why'd you have to do that!? ... that was rude! ... key: (sits down beside him) ... YA! ... it was true, you know! ... we're already late for the photoshoot! ... and besides! how many times do we have to keep telling you to watch how you act around girls?! ... taemin: HAA?! ... that again!? ...
