Luhan: My Annoying Boyfriend (Sequel to Luhan: The Annoying Brat)Juniel - Happy Ending
A few years after...
I can't seem to wipe the nervousness away. I've been biting my lips and all and I still can't stop.
Lulu put his hand on mine, his other hand on the steering wheel. "Relax, Chan-Chan. Or you won't be able to stay normal when we arrive at the venue."
I breathe a big sigh. "I'm sorry, Lulu. I'm... I'm just so nervous..."
He laughed. "Why would you be nervous on graduation day?! Shouldn't you be happy??! Fish sticks, we're finally free!!"
Graduation day. Yup. It's already our graduation day. Time surely seems to just fly past us. Everything we did in college, every step and every turn and every mishaps, are all behind us now.
I laughed nervously. "Yeah..."
The stoplight turned red. Lulu looks at me lovingly. "I know why you're nervous. It's about what happens after."
Lulu has read my mind again. I sighed again. "What if after this, I won't be able to find a job? What if later, everything will vanish and this is just a dream? What if I won't be able to have a future—"
"Non-sense," Lulu concluded, gearing the car back to drive. "As long as we're together, there's always a future, Chan-Chan!"
"Same old bratty you," I commented. "Let's be practical here."
"Don't think about that now. Let's just be thankful we're graduating, and let's be thankful that we're graduatin together," he said.
I nodded slowly and tried to absorb what he said. "Okay. Okay. I'll try."
"That's my girl!"
When we arrived at the venue, the place was jam-packed. We were in Seoul Audi, one of the biggest auditorium halls in the city. And each corner and each sides, there were students in their own toga.
"Luhan! Sungchan!"
The both of us turned around to see Kris and Amber walk towards us. From what I've heard, they've been going out lately. Hahaha. But Amber's too boyish to just confess it.
"Hey, lovebirds!" Luhan greeted mischievously.
"WE ARE NOT LOVEBIRDS!" Amber screamed, blowing a fuse already.
I laughed and put an arm around her shoulder. "Relax, dude. He was just joking."
"Graduation day and he's being all annoying..." Amber grumbled. "You should have stayed in your dorm..."
I laughed again. "Welcome to my world."
Kris chuckled and cut us off. "So, people. Are you ready to leave the life of a student and face the consequences of adulthood?!"
Amber elbowed him. "We've been adults for quite sometime, loser."
And we all laughed again.
"Chan-Chan here is very nervous," Luhan suddenly brought up. "She said she won't have a job after graduation."
"It's okay for you not to have a job, Sungchan," Kris said. "Luhan's already there to provide for your family! Ain't that right?" And they both high-fived.
My mind's blowing a fuse too, like Amber, but I've kept my calm longer than this. "Funny, both of you," I said in a sarcastic tone.
While we all talked, the PA suddenly announced that the students all line up for t
