Donghae's POV

I sat nervously in front of the doctor's desk as he flipped through the results of my medical report. When he finally placed the folder down, I couldn't decipher whether it was going to be good or bad news from the way his eyes looked unflickering at me. "Mr Lee Dong Hae?", he inquired my name for the second time and I nodded jerkily, almost impatient and annoyed by his slow and leisure pace to announce the condition of my body. "According to what the report stated, you often encounter moments when your vision just turn dark and you can't see anything even though you know that you're conscious?". I nodded again, "It's still ongoing even after I have discharged and truthfully? The episodes are getting more and more frequent." The doctor began drumming his fingers on the top of his wooden desk and look steadily at me. "I'm very sorry to inform you that according to several of the tests that we've conducted. It is confirmed that you have a tumour in the right side of your brain...". The doctor said it slowly and as gently as possible but the words rang out repeatedly in my mind. "Brain tumour... ". Even though I was expecting something bad but the fact that it was so directly told to me still sent a jolt of fear and anxiety. I noticed my hands trembling and clenched it tighter on my lap. "Is it... Is it possible to cure?".

Suddenly, the door burst open and KiBum stepped through. His face was openly anxious and my hands began to shake when I thought he found out about my condition. "Hyung, Kyuhyun just called and said... He said...". I frowned in confusion, "What did he say?". KiBum took a deep breath, "Eunhyuk hyung has been kidnapped along with Teuk hyung and Ryeowook!". If I had thought there was no way my face could have turned paler, it did now along with an unusual shade of grey. A buzzing began in my eyes and the whiteness of the room swirled into one. My eyes fluttered close and I heard the rolling wheels of the doctor's chair as he stood up amidst KiBum's repeated worried callings of my name as he rushed to the side of my chair. I didn’t faint, but it was a near thing. Taking a struggled deep breath, I forced myself to open my eyes. "Bum, take me back to the dorm now."

Leeteuk's  POV

My clothes were drenched in sweat when I snapped back into consciousness. Even though I was certain that my eyes were open, I could see only darkness. As I struggled to find out what was happening, I found my wrists and ankles meeting a strong resistance and I couldn't move my body. It was then that I realised: I was blindfolded and bounded to a chair, with my wrists and ankles all cuffed with some kinf of leather strap. A wave of nausea hit me as my heart began to race in anxiety and fear. What was happening? My mind has clouded up like a fog and I shook my head fervently as if to clear them up. Then, it hit me. They were strong; a lot stronger than me - no matter how much I struggled to shake them off, they held on tightly onto my arms... kepping me away from Wookie. Ryeowook! Where is he now? I have to save him! Ryeowook! Just then, I heard a soft crying a few miles to my left. "Ryeowook?", I called out cautiously and heard him struggling against his seat. "Teuk hyung!" Ryeowook cried out, "Where are we? Are we being kidnapped? Eunhyuk  hyung... He... He's right beside me but he... He doesn't sound...". Then, the younger man burst out into noisy sobs and my heart tightened in pain. I was certain that we have been kidnapped but I have absolutely no idea who did this to us and what his or her purpose is. Hyukjae... I briefly recalled screaming at him to run after realizing the situation. One of the men has then cupped a wet cloth over my nose which was odd-smelling and unidentifiable. Then my body collapsed. My mind has begun to clear up, I realized with a jolt that I could hear another person's shallow and rapid breathing slightly further. Did they hurt Eunhyuk? The thought of that made my hands clench into fists and I trembled in anger. How dare they do this to my dongsaeng.

Hopefully, the kidnapper was only after money but something at the back of my mind questioned that... For one, why were we strapped onto a chair inside of being tied up on the floor? Things weren't as simple as it looked and I didn't want to even start thinking of the reasons why... It was not going to be good or hopeful. As I opened my mouth to calm Ryeowook down, a door swung open so forcefully that it hit the wall. Judging from the heavy footsteps, a few men has just walked in. My heart started pounded loudly against my chest as I heard the footsteps approaching towards my direction and I clenched the ledge of the chair tightly to keep myself from shrinking back from the person. I could not and should not show any weakness. I am the leader of Super Junior - I have to stay strong. A flood of light blinded my eyes temporarily as the blindfold was taken off. Blinking rapidly to clear the black spots that dotted my sight, I realized that it was not fluorescent lights that blinded me. Instead it was the numerous cups of fire that burned at the side of the black walls situated all around them. As i slowly and carefully looked around, the entire room was black. However, my eyes widened in horror as I realized the reason to why the entire room was black. There were numerous black wooden pegs jutting out of the right side of the walls and from each of those pegs hung a coiled monstrosity of a whip. I swallowed with a dry throat: that the room was most likely black to camouflage bloodstains. I was so distracted that I didn't even realized that one of the men has advanced on me. Instead, I felt a warm hand grabbing the root of my hair and jerked my head upwards... My heart stopped for a moment or two when a pair of moist lips captured mine and I was too stunned to even struggle. At the back of my mind, I briefly noted that a sudden silence has replaced Ryeowook's loud sobbing. The next second felt like an eternity but when the lips left my mouth, my brain couldn't start functioning. I took in the man standing in front of me with wide eyes. He was young... perhaps even younger than Kyuhyun. Though his face was hidden behind a half-mask, Leeteuk saw clearly how disconcerting the man's eyes were. They were grey... the kind of grey that looked almost metallic. As he leaned away from me, his lips tilted upwards into a smile, "You were distracted, Jungsoo.". "Who are..." I started but stopped abruptly when the man stopped behind Eunhyuk's limp body slumped in the chair. He cupped the back of his head and I paled at the sight of the crimson red straining his hands when he lifted it to inspect. At the sight of the blood, the young man narrowed his eyes, turning them instantly hard and cold, at his men. "Who did this to him?", his voice dropped several octaves and a chill ran up my back at how dangerous he sounded. One of his men stepped forward to admit but before he could utter a single word, a resounding smack sounded across the room as the young man slapped him. I bit the inside of my cheeks to keep my jaw from hanging open. "If he were to die before I could play with him, you're going to pay for it. Now get out of my sight.". The man obediently retreated and when he turned his glance upon me, I met his eyes and asked through clenched fists, letting my fingernails bit into the tender flesh so that he won't see that they were shaking.  "How exactly are you planning to 'play' with Hyukjae?". He smiled, a predatory smile, "Oh, you'll find out soon. But since he,", he flickered a look at Eunhyuk before turning his eerie eyes back to me, "is still unconscious, I guess I would just have to wait... Oh well, I guess you all should be given the time to be both mentally and physically prepared before I carry out what I planned to do, Super Junior". His voice dripped with sarcasm and contempt as he said our name. Ryeowook spoke up for the first time and asked with a shaking voice, "Who are you?".
