HYOSUNG's POV: 

Appa, you can hear me right? Wherever you are right now, I hope you're in peace and happy. This past couple of days, my life has been a wreck. Can you blame me.? You left me! You just left without even opening your eyes one last time. But I understand the pain that you've been through, and right now, I'm happy that the pain is over.

There are so many things I want to tell you personally but I guess this will just do. Umma & Uncle Charles have been great to me, treating me like I was with them since I was born. And Hyuna, well, still the same, always hating me as she pleases. I really want to love Hyuna as my dongsaeng but I just can't seem to, especially if the exchange is Daehyun. I simply can't. I need him in my life now. No, he's my life now. Even though that jerk hasn't confessed to me, it's fine. Just as long as he's by my side

"Pabo girl!" he greeted me with that annoying stupid smile of his

I shot my head up, glaring at him "Sshh!"

"What.?" he asked innocently

"We're in the library you know!" I whispered in a stern voice

"So.?"

I rolled my eyes "Oh yeah, this must have been your 1st time in the library and you wouldn't possibly know the rules like NO EATING & DRINKING, MAINTAIN DISCIPLINE & SIIIILLEEEEENCE"

"I'm the kingka of this school. I'm rich. I can do whatever I want" he smirked "I AM THE DARK LORD"

"Jerk" I rolled my eyes again, laughing "Why are you here anyway?"

"You weren't with Jieun & IU in the cafeteria"

"Oh yeah, I let them go on first. I had to catch up with some school stuff. Missed too many"

"You should have asked for their help"

I hummed in disapproval, smiling at him "It's okay. It's nothing difficult, it was very easy. Mr. Jason went soft with me"

"Need my help.?"

"Thanks" I blsuhed "But I'm almost done"

"Wow. Is your brain functioning already.? After how many years it only functions now.?" he joked, chuckling 

"Shut up" I laughed, hitting him on his arm

"It's already 12:38 nn. Let's have lunch"

"Wae.? Haven't you eaten?" I asked as I packed my things

"No" he yawned "I was kinda sleepy awhile ago and I was waiting for you"

I suddenly stopped moving, blushing like cherries "W-why were y-you waiting f-for me?"

"Why? Can't I do that.?"

"No! I didn't mean you can't, I mean. I-uuuhh"

He laughed, grabbing my hand as he slung my bag over his shoulder with his other hand

"I-I can c-carry my bag y-you know"

"Yes you can. But I won't let you" he smiled at me and began walking out of the library, still holding my hand.

God! He's so handsome! I'm melting under his touch. I can't. I just can't. I think I'm gonna diiiieeee

I tried to free myself from his grip because once we walked out of the library and into the hallway, all eyes were on us. And not to mention he's carrying my bag, which even makes it even more an eyecatcher

"I'm not letting you go" he said, not even bothering to look back at me

I bit my bottom lip, blushing for the thousand time and lowering my head low. Thank God Hyuna is out of town with her dance team. Just thank you

We entered the school cafeteria and suddenly, it fell into dead silence. My friends didn't missed the silence and they all turned their heads to where it caused: US

"Hyosung-ah!" Jieun beamed, waving at me

I waved back, but accidently waved with my hand that Daehyun was holding to. When they all saw it, I quickly dropped our hands and struggled to break free again, which failed. He just keep on walking and walking and walking until we finally reached our table

Kinda weird, because I was struggling myself from him seconds ago and when he let go to let me go to my seat, I felt disappointed. I definitely have problems. Daehyun problems

"What are you all staring at?" he peered at his friends who had a mischievous grin plastered on their faces

Himchan grinned "What? Can't we stare at your beautiful face.?"

He rolled his eyes, taking his seat next to Yongguk "You and I both know that you don't like calling me beautiful" 

"Bingo!"

"Stop staring at me! It's annoying" he frowned which I found utterly cuuutttee! I wanna pinch his cheeks

"Alright alright" Youngjae laughed "So Hyosunngie, what do you want for lunch.?"

"Oh um, I was just thinking of eating a sandwhich. I'm really not that hung--"

"Not hungry.?" IU interrupted "Unnie! You have to eat properly! If you keep on doing this, you'll eventually lose weight and won't possess that glamorous body anymore"

"Um, I really don't have a glamorous body IU"

"Yes you do! Jieun unnie said it herself! She said she saw how your waist curves a perfect S"

"Jieun.?"

Jieun nodded "Well, we're always together when we change for our P.E. So that's why . . ."

"Ah"

Before IU could speak again, a propered meal was slid across the table, coming to my direction. When it finally stopped onfront of me, I quickly glanced at the person who gave it to me "Da-daehyun"

"Eat it" he said, looking at me then at the crowd "Or you'll be in trouble"

I bit my lip, blushing hard while the others started grinning again, purposely cooing and teasing us

I was walking down the hallway and spotted Yoseob oppa turning his direction towards his classroom, so I quickly called him "Yoseob oppa!"

He turned around and smiled, jogging towards me as I did the same "Oh hey Hyo"

"How are you?" I asked as I got near him

He laughed, ruffling my hair "Shouldn't I ask you that question.?"

I chuckled "I'm fine. Thanks to you guys"

"Was it really us Hyosung.?"

"Huh.?"

"It's all thanks to Daehyun" he smiled

Talking to Yeseob face to face almost made me guilty. Guilty that I misused his intentions towards me. I know I should have stayed with him. If that supid jerk hasn't been in the way, I guess me and Yoseob would still be dating by now. But even though that didn't happen, I'm actually happy that it didn't. I thank that jerk for that. Glad that he was the one who was there for me instead

"Listen oppa, about us. I'm . . . I'm sorry . . I-I shouldn't have---"

"You don't have to explain to me Hyo. I understand how you really feel"

"I'm really sorry" I sighed

"Me too"

I looked up to him

"But I'm glad that Daehyun is finally opening to you"

"Huh.?"

"I've never seen him so attached with a girl"

I blushed "We're not together you know"

He chuckled, ruffling my hair again "You two are adorable. Always denying but deep inside you want to be always by each other" 

"I-I don't know about tha--"

"Haven't he told you.?"

"Tell me what.?"

He sighed, a rather depressed expression on his face "He's leaving for States tomorrow"

"W-what.?" I almost choked, feeling myself go weak and my eyes water. As a single tear dropped from my cheek, Yoseob bursted out into a wider grin

"Gotcha" he said

"Wh-what.?"

"I was joking Hyo"

I wiped my cheek with the back of my hand, hitting him slightly on the chest "Now I can see why you're cousins. You're kind of a jerk too"

"I was kidding" he laughed

"Don't do that again" I pouted

"See what I mean?" he smiled "Just from what I said, you already started crying, and it wasn't even true. Seems like you can't be HYOSUNG anymore without Daehyun and he won't be DAEHYUN without Hyosung. Simple as that"

"Actually, I'm worried"

"About what?"

I sighed, leaning my back against the wall "I can't do anything for him"

"What do you mean?"

"Can't you see it oppa? He's always the one doing things for me. I can't even do anything for him. He already has everything, he doesn't need me"

"He needs your love"

"Love"

"Daehyun is the type of person who never falls inlove easily, but with you, he is enraptured. He needs you, your touch, your attention, your eyes, your LOVE. With Daehyun's title as the Dark Lord, it may be hard for you to accept what he needs but I know that he needs all of those. Give him everything money can't buy"

"And what would that be?"

"Happiness & Love" he simple stated

After the conversation Yoseob & I had, I made my way to the classroom, looking for him but only saw Jieun with the rest "Hey guys, have you seen Daehyun?"

Youngjae nodded his head "He's in the VIP room"

"Okay. Thanks"

I hurriedly made my way to the VIP room, lucky that Mr. Jason was not here for our last period. I silently opened the door and spotted him right away in the soft red velvet couch, sleeping. Oh how Jung Daehyun it is. I stood beside him, just admiring his handsome features. It may have took 1-2 minutes of complete staring, and before anyone walks in and found me just staring at him like that, I'd be labeled as a freak. Sighing heavily, I turned my heels and began walking away

"Where are you going?"

I stopped. So he was awake the whole time I was here? This jerk! "Uuhm. O-out"

"You just got here"

I slowly turned around and saw him smirking at me, one eye opening as the other was fully covered by the soft pillow his head was nuzzled

"Don't just stand there"

I hummed, sitting on the single couch across from him. He groaned and stood up, walked closer to me, pulling me out of the chair. He gently pushed me on the couch he recently slept on and layed himself back again, his head resting perfectly on my lap

"Y-yah. You just slept, i-it's time to go home"

"Says you" he smiled, closing his eyes "Now let me sleep, I've been sleepless for a couple of days because of you"

I frowned "It's not my fault. I didn't tell you to--"

He opened his eyes and I stopped myself from talking. I looked away, unable to hide my blushing cheeks. Damn! I'm blushing so many times today

"Jutst . . . Just go to sleep!" I panicked, covering his eyes with my hands

His laughter echoed throughout the room and I can feel his eyelids close through my hands. He held onto my hand, bringing it to his chest as he slept "Don't you dare go anywhere. You'll be in trouble if you go somewhere unnoticed" he warned me with a smirk, still closing his eyes

I giggled "Whatever you say"

JUNG DAEHYUN. There are so many thoughts wandering in my mind right now. About appa, Hyuna, school, and YOU. Am I really the right person for you? My life has been hard ever since I met you and I don't think I can put up with it. But now, as I stare at your face. With all the memories we've been through, either good or bad, I cherish it all. 

I know I lack of many things but I just want to let you know, even just in my mind, that I'll do anything for you. You've been treating me well to the extent that I feel like hugging you forever. Even before that I begged you to be with Hyuna, you still stood beside me. I thank you for everything. I feel like the luckiest girl on earth. And probably the most idiot girl. Idiot to the point that I've fallen head over heals for you. 

So from this day forth, I promise you . . . . . I will be the person who is only for you. Jung Daehyun's pabo girl, Jun Hyosung
