Daehyun couldn't believe everything he heard. He just stood there, feeling nothing but anguish and anger. He clenched both his fists and ran to Hyosung, holding her wrist and forcedly turning her around so that she could face him, tears dropping on her chubby cheeks

"Yah. Why are you like this.?" he asked "Is Hyuna really important to you.?!"

"She's my sister. I l-love her" she replied, staring at the floor "Please like her. She's very kind. You'll definitely fall for her"

"How dare you tell me who to like.!" he said, making her look up to him

"Please.? Do it for me, as a friend" she pleaded

"As a friend" he repeated "Why should I in' listen to what you want me to do.?!"

"Because SHE GODDAMN LOVES YOU.!!"

"And what about you, huh.?!!"

"I--uuuhh. I---I . . . ."

"Forget it. If that's what you want. Fine.!" he said, walking past her without even looking back

"I-I'm s-sorry Daehyun-ah. I'm sorry" she cried silently, staring at the disappearing figure she loves the most

Because of what had happened, 2 days later, Daehyun and Hyosung instantly grew apart from each other. They would still hang out with each other when their friends are around but the feeling is now different. They don't talk to each other like they usually do. Their friends noticed the gap between them and tried their best to reconcile them but they all know that only the 2 of them can help each other. Yoseob is now hanging out with Hyosung much more while Hyuna is sticking up to Daehyun like glue

Whenever Hyosung sees Hyuna cling around Daehyun, she can't seem to stop the pain that she's feeling. Yoseob knows that she has definitely fallen for his cousin so he tries his best to protect her now. Whenever Hyosung is in tears, he would always hug her and sing her a song which makes Daehyun secretly really jealous

"Unnie.! Wanna come to my house today after school.?" IU beamed

Hyosung shook her head, smiling faintly at IU "I can't IU. I-I have work"

"What work.? You already quit your job Hyosung because your mother told you to. We all know that the only reason you don't want to come with us is because of D----"

Just when Jieun was about to say his name, Daehyun walked outside of the school building, laughing along with his friends while going inside their car

Hyosung stared at his face. How she misses seeing that smiled when she's around him. How she misses the way they would always fight and talk to each other. She honestly misses those days. Suddenly, her heart beating faster when she saw Daehyun looked at her. She tried to smile at him but failed when he got inside his car

IU sighed at what she saw "Are you sure you're okay unnie.?"

She nodded her head, smiling

"No you're not" Jieun said "It's obvious that you can't be yourself when Daehyun is not beside you. You need him, Hyosung. And he needs you too"

"My f-family needs me too Jieun"

"I hate to say this. But Jun Hyosung, you really are an idiot" Jieun chuckled

She laughed, looking at her friends "I know"

"Do you love oppa, unnie.?" IU asked

She kept quiet for a moment, her head low, reminiscing the wonderful memories she and Daehyun shared. She smiled to herself as she admitted it "More than anything"

"So Daehyun-ah, are you and Hyosung still not speaking to each other.? Himchan asked

Youngjae rolled his eyes, looking at Himchan "Is it not obvious hyung.?"

Yongguk leaned his back at the leathered car chair, glancing at Daehyun "What exactly did happen between you two.?"

Daehyun sighed, thinking about HER "It's pointless to tell"

"Tell" Yongguk demanded

"She told me to like Hyuna"

"Say what.?!" Himchan shrieked "Just what.?!"

"I honestly don't know what's gotten into her. She said that she loves her sister very much. Saying that she wanted to make her happy that's why she's asking me to like Hyuna"

"Wow. That's a crap full of bull" Youngjae said "Is that why you're letting Hyuna cling to you.?"

"Aish.!! Who does she think she is to tell me who to like.?!! Seriously.! She's really stupid.!!" he yelled in the car "Stupid pabo girl.!!" Stupid.! Stupid.! Stupid.!"

"SHE is your pabo girl" Youngjae chuckled

"I don't know what to do anymore"

"We'll find a way" Yongguk said

"And fast" Himchan added

"No hyung. If she wanted it this way, I'll give it to her"

Youngjae raised an eyebrow, looking at him "Daehyun-ah, what are you thinking.?"

"She wants this. So I'm giving her what she wants"

Himchan shook his head "That's really stupid Daehyun-ah. Don't do it"

"I thought you love her" Youngjae mumbled quietly

"I do" he responded "More than anything"

The Next Day ~~ Lunch in the cafeteria

"Hyosung-ah, eat this" Yoseob smiled at Hyosung

"Gowamo" she smiled back

Yongguk, Youngjae and Himchan were just looking at her, trying to find out what's on her mind

"Why are you guys looking at me like that.? Is there something on my face.?" she asked them

Youngjae shookd his head, smiling a bit "Ani"

"Let's eat lunch the--" she trailed off when she saw who was coming their way

Jieun nudged IU and looked straight ahead, there they saw Daehyun with Hyuna walking up to their table

IU quickly stood up from her seat, clinging into Daehyun as fast as she could before Hyuna can do so "Oppa.! Sit beside me"

Daehyun nodded his head, smiling

"Oppa, I thought we were gonna eat lunch alone.?!" Hyuna said

Youngjae immediately ushered Himchan to make his move "Hyung. Go.!" he whispered

"A-ah you see Hyuna, because you and Daehyun have been spending alot of time together, these 2 siblings have barely enough bonding time. So why don't I take you out for lunch instead.?"

"I want Daehyun oppa.!"

"It's okay hyung. Let's just eat here" he said flatly

All of them sat in their usual place. Himchan, Youngjae Yongguk, Jieun and across from them is IU, Daehyun, Hyuna, Hyosung and Yoseob. Awkward aura filling the atmosphere. Hyuna started with her food, feeding Daehyun some

"Oppa. Aaaaahh"

"I can eat by myself" he snorted

"Don't be shy oppa. Aaaaahh"

He groaned silently inside, so instead, he grabbed a forkful of salad and shoved it directly to Hyuna's mouth

"This is not good" Youngjae whispered to Yongguk "What do we do.?"

"U-uumm. Hyosung-ah, do you want more of this.?" Yoseob asked, breaking the awkward mood

"O-oh. D-deh" she responded

"Unnie.!! Why aren't you and Daehyun oppa talking. You should talk. My 2 favorite people in the world is by my side. I'm so happy" Hyuna smirked

"I-It's --- "

"Don't let her do things she doesn't wanna do Hyuna. It's bothersome" Daehyun interrupted

Hyuna turned her attention to him, pouting fakely "Oppa.! Why don't you call Hyosung unnie by her name.? Do you usually do that to people you DON'T like.?" she said, evidently emphasizing it "She's my unnie, call her by her name"

"Okay. I really want to stop this right now" Himchan growled silently, seeing the sad expression on Hyosung's face

"Daehyun is not like that Hyuna-ssi" Yongguk said

"Are you sure.? Because that's what I noticed. I mean, he calls IU and Jieun unnie by their name, and me too but she never called Hyosung unnie by her name" Hyuna stated "Do you hate her that much oppa.?" she smirked

Hyosung couldn't take it anymore. She didn't want to cry in the cafeteria, especially infront of her friends and Daehyun. So she suddenly stood up from her seat, hanging her head down "I-I have to go. I f-forgot t-to make o-our History assignment"

"Hy-Hyosung.!" Jieun yelled, following her

"Unnie.!" IU followed

Yoseob sighed, shaking his head "Well that went well"

"Liar. We don't have an assignment for History" Daehyun thought to himself "I miss you pabo girl. Why can't you see that I'm hurting too.?"

Hyosung ran as fast as she could. She went upstairs and into the rooftop, panting and crying endlessly as she reached the top. Her knees giving up in all her weight

"Unnie. Unnie" IU said, holding onto her shoulders

"I-I c-can't t-take it an-anymore. I-I miss him" she cried

Jieun kneeled infront of her, tapping her back "Hyosung" 

"Unnie. You have to fight"

"I miss my appa.!!"

"We know you do"

"I miss Daehyun.! I miss him.! I miss him.! D-Daehyun" she cried even more

Jieun and IU couldn't do anything but just watch their friend cry. The only one who can stop her from crying is the person who made her cry like this. Whether she likes it or not, even if they both promised to her that they'll help her make Daehyun fall for Hyuna, they'll just have to break that promise. Because that's what good friends do

IU reached for her cellphone, dialing her oppa's number

"Hello.?" Daehyun said through the other line

"I miss Daehyun.!! I miss him.!" Hyosung cried loudly, not knowing that IU was calling him "Daehyun.! I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I-I miss y-you"
