It was already lunch break when Hyosung and Daehyun came down from the rooftop. With Hyosung following behind Daehyun, looking all lost. It was when something bulky hit her in the face that made her stop from walking. Coming back to reality and rubbing her forehead, she looked forward to see Daehyun's back infront of her face "Aish.!! Why did you stop.?!!"

Daehyun chuckled, turning his head to the side "You needed it"

"Jerk" she said, sticking out her tongue

"Are you okay now.?" he asked, worry plastered all over his face

She scanned his God-like feautures, seeing the concern in his eyes and feeling butterflies in her stomach. "Hmm. I am" she smiled at him, nodding her head "Thanks Daehyun"

"No problem. I um- I kinda promi---- Nevermind" he sighed

"You what.?" 

"Nothing. Just forget about it" he smiled "Let's go eat lunch"

"Oooooooooohh. So the great Dark Lord eats lunch with GIRLS.?" she teased

"Only with you pabo" he silently screamed to himself "HA HA HA. Very funny"

Just when they about to go down the 2nd floor, a familiar voice called Hyosung

"Hyosung Unnie.!! Unnie.!!"

"Hyuna.?"

"What does she want now.?!" Daehyun said, frustrated at the running figure

"Oh. Daehyun oppa.!!" Hyuna grinned, pushing Hyosung aside and clutching her arm around Daehyun's biceps

"I never said you can touch me, you know" he growled

"Oppa.!! You finally talked to me.!!" Hyuna squealed in much delight  "Don't say you didn't like it. Everyone likes it when I cling to them. Don't be shy oppa"

He rolled his eyes, looking at her with much irritation "Uughh. What do you want Hyuna.?!"

"Oh right. I just want to talk to Hyosung unnie. Can I borrow her for a minute.?"

"What do you want to talk about Hyuna.?" Hyosung asked

"It's a girl thing unnie. Let's go over there" she grinned, dragging Hyosung into a corner

As Hyosung was being dragged, she looked back at Daehyun, smiling at him and giving him the look 'that says Don't leave me. Stay there' . Fortunately, Daehyun caught the signal and smiled back at her, leaning his back against the wall

The two of them went to the side, with Hyosung's back facing Daehyun and Hyuna's face facing him "How dare you tell the whole school about it.!!" Hyuna said, smiling so widely so that Daehyun could see

"I-I di-didn't Hyuna. I sw-swear"

"Oh don't act all Miss Goody-goody on me. I can so see right through you.!!"

"No Hyuna, you got the wrong idea"

"Puh-lease.! You're doing this to me just because everyone knows that you're my half sister. And what.?! That they should treat you like a queen just like me.?! Why are you so selfish for popularity.?!! You don't deserve to have one. Or even feel it the slightest bit.!!"

"Hy-hyuna" she stuttered, trying to stop her tears "Why a-are you like this.?"

"WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS.?!!"

"H-hyuna"

"Stop saying my name will you.?!!" Hyuna smiled widely, her eyes focused on Daehyun as she waved at him. She turned her attention to Hyosung, caressing her hair "Look UNNIE. If you want to live a simple life, stay far away from me or better yet, do anything I want. Let's just put it this way for you to understand. I ALWAYS get what I want. I ALWAYS win. So for the rest of your life, you'll be a loser and everybody wins, okay.?" she smirked "Now, as a good unnie to your dongsaeng, you would do anything for me right.?"

"Wh-what is it.?"

"Tell Daehyun oppa how nice I am. Make him like me and I promise you I'll treat you as a real sister"

"Y-you will.?"

"Of course" Hyuna smiled, batting her eyelashes "Now I'm gonna go and you can start telling to Daehyun oppa how amazing I am"

After Hyuna left, Hyosung walked back to Daehyun, just staring at him as she stood infront. Her mind f--cked up with complicated thoughts. How will she ever convince Daehyun to like Hyuna.? Is becoming Hyuna's sister more important than being with the man that she loves.? 

Daehyun pushed himself off the wall, crossing his arms "What did she say.?" 

She shook her head, looking at him "Nothing. Just telling me that we can't go home together because she has to be somewhere else" 

"Liar" Daehyun thought, but he let it slip, not wanting to make things much more confusing "Let's go eat lunch"

"Mmnn"

Walking silently in the hallway, Hyosung was staring at Daehyun's right hand as it swayed back in forth, wanting to hold it for the moment. Right now, she really needed it. Daehyun glanced back and noticed her. He smiled to himself as he suddenly held onto her hand, surprising her. First, he was just holding onto it like it was a piece of paper but as they walked, he intertwined their fingers together

"G-gomawo" she blushed, holding his hand tighter

"Anything for you" he smiled

Jieun sighed as she stared at Hyosung who was keeping herself busy with her work in the cafe "She's working too much. If she keeps on doing this, she'll collapse eventually"

IU pouted, leaning her arms on the table "Unnie is hurting"

"Her appa leaving her must have had the biggest impact on her. I wonder why Mr. Jun said all those things"

"It's so not like appa" IU said, glancing at Hyosung "He loves unnie so much. But why.?"

"It's a mystery" Jieun replied. The 2 girls were just sitting inside the cafe, waiting and waiting until Hyosung's shift is over. It was already 9pm in the evening when she finally went out of the restaurant without her uniform

"Unnie. Where are you going.? Do you have another shift tonight.?" 

Hyosung shook her head, walking straight ahead "I'm going to see appa"

"Call Daehyun" Jieun whispered to IU

Not long enough, they arrived in Hyosung's house, her old house. The house that she used to have fun and have happy memories with her appa. She stared at the house that she once lived in. Seconds later, the door flung open and Mr. Jun stepped outside the house, with a luggage in his hand

"Appa.!" she yelled, running to her appa

Mr. Jun looked at her, shocked "Hy-hyosung"

"Appa. I wanna go home. Please take me back" she pleaded, hugging him tighter

"I can't pumpkin. I can't" Mr. Jun whispered to himself "No Hyosung. You have a new family now"

"Appa.! Why are you saying this.?! I want to be with you" she cried

"U-unnie" IU sniffed

Mr. Jun grabbed Hyosung's arms, trying to get away from her grip "Hy-hyosung. You have to go.!"

"I don't want to.!!" she protested

While Mr. Jun was still struggling to get away from her precious' daughter grip, a black shiny car stopped right infront of their house. Daehyun came out of the car, along with Yongguk, Himchan and Youngjae

"Daehyun. Please get Hyosung" Mr. Jun said

"Appa.!! Don't be like this.!!" she cried even more "Why are you being like this.? What did I do for you to throw me away.?"

"Ju-just . . . . .  just" Mr. Jun trailed off "Just stay away.!! I have to do this, Hyosung. Please understand"

"I don't want to understand" she sobbed "I want to be with you appa.!!"

"Daehyun . . . . Please, take her"

Daehyun nodded his head, running towards Hyosung, dragging her away from her appa

"Appa.!! Appa.!!" she shouted as Mr. Jun yanked her arms away

Mr. Jun walked forward, stopping infront of the others and wiping his tears "Please take care of my daughter"

"Y-yes sir" Yongguk answered

"We will" Youngjae & Himchan added

Before he left, he looked back one last time at his daughter and got inside a taxi "I'm sorry pumpkin. I'm sorry"

"Appa.!! Appa.!!" Hyosung shrieked, tears flowing even more. She looked at Daehyun irritatedly, hitting his chest with everything she has "You jerk.! .!! Jackass.!! Why did you do that.?! I want to be with my appa.! You're such a jerk Daehyun. Jerk.! Jerk.! Jerk.!! Stupid jerk.!! Why.?! Why.?! Do you like seeing me suffer.?!! Jerk.!!"

"Stop it.!" he yelled at her, holding both of her arms "WE DON'T LIKE SEEING YOU LIKE THIS.!!"

"Unnie" IU cried 

Jieun looked at her with sad eyes while Youngjae and Himchan were looking on the floor and Yongguk turning his back against them

She looked at her friends, her tears still not stopping from falling. Then she turned her attention back to Daehyun "Jerk. Jerk. Jerk" she cried, her words becoming soft from all the crying

"Stop it. Just stop" Daehyun whispered in her ear as he hugged her, both of them sitting on the dirty ground "I don't like seeing you like this"

All of them remained silent for 30 minutes. Jieun and IU kneeling beside Daehyun and Hyosung who were stuck like glue. Jieun watched as Hyosung regained her normal breathing while IU patted her back

"Are you tired.?" Daehyun asked her

She shook her head, leaning her head against his shoulder

"Are you sleepy.?"

She shook her head again

"Are you okay now.?"

She shook her head for the 3rd time

"Are you feeling better now.?"

She nodded her head

"Are you hungry.?"

"Mmm" she responded, bobbing her head

He chuckled, ruffling her silky hair as they both pulled away from each other

"Come on, Hyosung. Let's go eat" Jieun smiled at her, holding onto her shoulders

Yongguk opened the car door for them as they followed inside. IU smiled at her oppa before finally getting in "You're great oppa"

"Great.?"

"You're the only one who can calm Hyosung unnie. You're the best" she smiled once more "Don't leave her okay.?"

"What kind of jerk would leave that pabo girl.?" he laughed "No one. Not even me"
