IU purposedly lowered her phone close to Hyosung. Her cries probably vibrating loud through Daehyun's ears. But she had no choice, it's either she watch her unnie cry and cry until no more tears will come out of her eyes, or this, which is much more an easier way

Hyosung cried sobbingly, her head low and both her hands covering her eyes, wiping her endless tears

"Stop crying Hyosung" Jieun calmed her

"I-I c-can't. I-It hur-ts Ji-ieun" she sobbed

"I'm sure it does. I'm sure it does" Jieun said, hugging her

IU stood up, walking to a corner "Oppa"

"Hmm.?" Daehyun said through the other line

"What are you going to do.?"

"Nothing"

"Nothing.? Oppa, she clearly needs you"

"She wanted this. So I'm giving her what she wants"

"Oppa.! Are you really that kind of a jerk to let Hyosung unnie suffer like this.?!"

"And what about me IU.?!" he yelled through the phone and sighed afterwards "I-I'm suffering too you know"

"Then why don't YOU end both of your suffering.?! You're the only one who can do that. Unnie is feeling too much pain right now. She needs someone who can be with her and make her smile and happy"

"That's your and Jieun's job"

"She needs someone who will comfort her"

"That's her family's job"

"She needs JUNG DAEHYUN.! The jerk who hated her. The jerk who always cursed to be with her. The jerk who she always calls jackass jerk. The jerk who call hers pabo girl. The jerk that makes her cry. The jerk whom she LOVES. And the jerk who LOVES HER TOO"

"Where have you learned to call your oppa a jerk.?" he chuckled

IU giggled, glancing at Hyosung "Oh I learned from the best"

"Take her out tonight"

"Arasso" IU squealed and hung up on the phone

"So, what movie are we going to watch ladies.?" Jieun asked her friends, looking at the screen

"Ooooh. The Lover's Quarrel seems nice unnie. Let's watch that" IU beamed happily

"H-huh.?" Hyosung trailed off "What did you say.?"

"I said let's go watch The Lover's Quarrel. Is that okay with you unnie.?"

She nodded her head, looking at the 'The Lover's Quarrel" poster "Hmm. It looks . . . . . . interesting"

Jieun smiled at her then walked towards the movie counter "Okay then. Let's go buy our tickets"

After the 3 of them bought their tickets, they waited outside the cinema for their time to go in. While waiting, they took the time to buy some drinks and popcorn

"Oh. Hey guys" someone from behind said

The 3 girls turned around and saw Youngjae smiling at them, with Himchan and Yongguk behind him

"Good evening ladies" Himchan waved

"What are you guys doing here.?" Jieun asked, hiding the grin on her face

"It's Saturday night Jieun. You know, guys night out" Yongguk replied

"Riiigghhtt. I forgot"

Hyosung looked around, trying to find that one particular person "Where's ------ "

"Oppa.!" IU yelled, hugging her oppa

"Whoah. Calm down there" Daehyun chuckled, patting his little sister's head

"Oppa. What movie are you gonna watch.?"

"I don't have any idea. It depends on the guys" he said

Youngjae nodded his head, staring at the tickets they are holding"What about you ladies.? What are you gonna watch.?"

Jieun waved the ticket infront of her face, smiling "The Lover's Quarrel" 

"Yah. I heard that it's a great movie. Let's go watch it too.!" Himchan pleaded

"There you go again with your girl investigation" Yongguk snorted, rolling his eyes

"Wae.?! Have you seen it.?!"

"No. But I know it's all about HOW GIRLS FEEL ABOUT LOVE, what THEY FEEL WHEN THEY ARE HURT, what THEY DO when they CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE, who THEY NEEDED THE MOST AND LOVE THE MOST and blah blah blah blah"

"What I feel.? Who I love.?" Hyosung talked to herself. She slowly averted her gaze to Daehyun who was already staring at her. She quickly ducked her head down, biting her lower lip and blushing hard

"You guys go buy your tickets" Jieun ordered "We'll just wait here"

Few minutes had passed, all of them went inside the cinema. Everyone was focused on watching the movie while on both ends, Daehyun and Hyosung were thinking about each other. How they fight like in the couple in the movie. How they laugh along together. How the guy sang to the girl to make her stop crying. Every scene was connected to what had happened to them. And finally, the fight between the 2 lovers. But despite the hindrance, just like most romantic movies, it ended with a sweet kiss

Hyosung swallowed the lump on as she watched the 2 lovers kiss in the movie. She brought her fingers to her lips, imagining what would it be if it happened between her and Daehyun

"Omo.! That was such a great movie.!!" IU clapped

Youngjae scratched his stomach, yawning loudly "Y-yeah. It w-was"

"Oppa, were you even watching the movie.?"

Youngjae gasped "Of course I did"

"What about you Himchan oppa.?"

"You're asking me.? Ppfftt. Yeah like I would miss that" Himchan said "Only Yongguk wasn't paying any attention"

"Yah. Why are you bringing me up to this.? I watched it.  . . . .With my eyes closed" Yongguk smirked

"Stop arguing already. Me and IU planned an event for us for tonight. Even though this is an out of call duty" Jieun winked at IU "We planned to go to the Himpo Shrine tonight. You know, have some fun"

"I like that cousin. We used to go there when we were like 5" Youngjae grinned

"Let's not waste any time. Let's goooooo"

Daehyun walked last, watching his friends walk ahead. Thinking of how he should talk to Hyosung. On how he should make things less painful for her and for him. Everything about his life was perfect. He's the Dark Lord that every girl he hates adores and worships but when that purple head gummy girl showed up out of nowhere, he started to realize he had a heart. A heart for girls, but for only selected people

He watched her laugh along with Jieun and his sister. He used to be the reason for that smile whenever they are together, now, he doesn't know anymore. He stopped for a moment and saw a popping balloon game. He used to do this when he was little with Youngjae and his friends. He walked over near the stand and began playing, and won not long enough. He received a cute bunny ears diamond hairclip as a prize. He smiled to himself as he stared at the hairclip in his hand, thinking on how it would look good in that purple hair

"Daehyun-ah.!" someone called him out

"What is it.?" he asked as he turned around

Jieun panted, lookig around the area "Have you seen Hyosung.?"

"No. Isn't she with you.?"

Jieun shook her head "No. Well, she was awhile ago but when we looked at some cute plushies around a store, before we knew it, she was gone"

"What.?! You should have kept an eye on her.!"

"Calm down will you.? We'll find her" Youngjae assured him

"How.?! With all these people around here, wearing like similar outfits and has a purple hair like her.!! How do you expect to find a petite lady with a purple hair and a gummy smile.?!"

Yongguk patted his shoulder "We'll find her"

"Alone at last" Hyosung sang to herself, inhaling the fresh air

"Hyosung.?"

She quickly turned her head to the side and saw Yoseob lying on a nearby tree "Y-Yoseob.?"

"What are you doing here.?"

"What are you doing there.?" she chuckled

"Just getting some fresh air" he smiled "What brings you here.?"

"I just wanted to be alone for now"

"Why.?"

"I'm just thinking"

"About.?"

"Things. Certain things"

"Is it Daehyun.?"

She nodded her head, feeling like a tear is gonna fall any time

"I-I'm sorry. I shouldn't have asked"

"It's okay. He's here actually"

"Really.? Where.?"

"With the others probably, I kind of left them. I just can't take it anymore. Everytime I see him, I regret saying that he should like Hyuna. Everyday, I see them together, my heart aching and slowly breaking into pieces, knowing that we will never be like the same as we are before"

"Hy-Hyosung"

She cried, wiping her falling tears with her elbow "I-It's funny, I don't cry like this when it comes to guys but that jerk. . . . .He's just. . . .He's really a jerk. I-I feel like a loser. I lost to Hyuna. She won. She'll be his queen. A-and I'll be forever left alone in the corner. As a loser"

Yoseob looked at her cry. He walked near her, patting her back. When she couldn't resist her cries anymore, he hugged her, caressing her hair and soothing her back gently "Ssshhh. Sssshhh"

"Where is that pabo girl.?!" Daehyun angrily said to himself "Aish.! Stupid pabo girl.! Stupid.! Stupid.! Where are you.?!"

"Unnie. Where are you.?" IU panicked

"IU, you go find her there and I'll go find her here" he ordered

IU nodded her head and ran to the opposite side. Daehyun jogged through the whole place, checking every possible corner. Then, he decided to go to the biggest tree in the shrine, located at the highest peak. Just as when he arrived, he quickly stopped when he saw a couple hugging each other. He was about to go back when he realized who it was

"P--abo gi-rl.?" he murmured, staring at the hugging couple "H-hyung"

He stumbled on his way back, not wanting to believe everything he just saw. The place was a blurr, all he could see are lights beginning to blurr. He felt something warm on his cheeks: TEARS. Jung Daehyun was crying without even knowing it himself. Could this possibly be the end for them.? The end of their just beginning relationship.? Did the rival already won.?

"Did I l-lost.?"
