It's been 5 days since Hyosung's father died and Hyosung has been locking herself up in her room, crying and crying until it became the reason she falls into a deep slumber. Her mother would always check up on her every hour, talking to her and trying to make her eat but it just won't work. She's also missing too much of school and fortunately, her friends got her covered

"H-how is she?" Jieun asked Hyorim as they all gathered in Hyosung's house

Hyorim shook her head "She's still not eating anything"

IU sighed, hanging her head low "It's been 5 days"

"She needs to get out of her room" Jieun suggested

"I tried telling her that." Hyorim sighed "I don't even know what to do with my own daughter anymore"

"If she keeps being like this, she'll miss too much in school" Yongguk interrupted

"And it will be hard for her to catch up" Himchan added

Youngjae nodded and glanced at Daehyun "This is partially your fault"

Daehyun furrowed his eyebrows together "How is it my fault?"

"You didn't comfort her for the past 5 days"

"I thought she needed some time to be alone"

"5 days is too long!" Youngjae snorted "It's like you don't even care for her"

"Don't you dare tell me that I don't care about her Jae!" He snarled, raising his voice "I'm hurt like hell seeing her like this!"

"Oppa" IU muttered

Yoseob watched the 2, giving them a stern look "Don't do this now"

"Daehyun, it's not your fault, honey" Hyorin assured him "And I'm sure my daughter doesn't like to see her friends fight because of her"

Youngjae quickly tore his eyes away from Daehyun and bowed slightly at Hyorim "I'm sorry for making such a scene auntie"

Hyorim smiled and stood up "It's okay dear. I'll be in the kitchen if you need anything"

"Wait auntie, is Hyuna here?" Jieun asked

"No. She's with her dad on the other side of the city and will be back on Sunday"

"Wae?"

"There's this business trip his father have and Hyuna begged him to bring her along. Something like shopping to the best boutiques there"

"Ah"

"I'll just prepare snacks. It's really lonely when I eat alone. I hope you kids don't mind"

"Of course auntie" Jieun smiled "We'll hep you prepare. Come IU"

After a half hour, snacks had already been prepared and they all settled in the dining area. While eating, the teens were talking about a way on how they could make Hyosung smile again. Hyorim smiled to herself as she drank her juice, glad to witness that her daughter has great friends and a caring future lover

When everything was planned out, all of them fell into silence. Shocked to see a puffy faced Hyosung standing in the doorway

Hyorim immediately stood from her seat and walked closer to her "H-hyosung sweetie" 

"U-unnie" IU said "H-how are you?"

She didn't answer, instead, she gave IU a smile

"Do you need something sweetie? Do you wanna eat? Hyorin asked

"Water" she replied softly

"Why don't you eat with us.?" Yoseob offered 

She shook her head, smiling at him "I'm not hungry oppa"

Jieun looked at her worriedly "Please Hyosung. Just try to eat"

She shook her head again, walking to the fridge with fragile steps. After Hyorim assisted her, she greeted her friends with a weak goodnight and left

"It's still 3:30pm. It's too early to sleep" Youngjae said when she left

"Have you seen her puffy eyes? Unnie is really sad" IU pouted

Hyorim nodded her head "That's been it for days. Whenever she starts crying, it always ends up in crying herself to sleep"

Yoseob looked blankly at the table then at Daehyun "Dae"

"What is it hyung?"

"Do what you have to do. Now"

"Okay" he didn't need to be told twice but he complied what he was told. He quickly ran up to Hyosung's room, gently knocking on it. Hearing no response, he quietly walked inside the room and saw her sitting on her bed, with her knees brought close to her chest

"Hey" he greeted her with a smile

Hyosung looked up, confused "H-hey"

Silence

"What a-are you doing here?" she asked, looking out the window

"Isn't it obvious.?"

"If you're trying to make me eat, it won't work"

He nodded, sitting on the edge of the bed "I know"

"Don't waste your time with me Daehyun"

"I'm not wasting my time"

She turned her gaze at him, eyes watering "Just . . . . Just leave me alone please. I don't wanna talk"

"You just did" he chuckled

"Jerk" she laughed, leaning her head on her knees "You're such a jerk"

"Well at least being a jerk is making you smile, it's fine by me" he smiled

She blushed

"Let's go out pabo girl"

"I can't"

"Why not?" he frowned

"I don't want to be outside for now. I just wanna stay here"

"You've been locked in your room for 5 days. How long will you do this to yourself?!"

"Why?" she looked at him "Why are you doing this.?"

"And why are you doing this to yourself?! Do you think Jay appa would like to see you like this.?!"

"Go home Dae" she sighed "Go home". Although deep inside she really wanted to say 'Hug me you idiotic jerk! I've been lonely for several days and you just show up now.?! Do you even realize how much I missed you.?! I miss your stupid face! Your stupid teasing! Your stupid voice! Your stupid everything!'

"I don't want to"

"Please"

"Don't tell me what to do!" he snapped, standing up and grabbing her wrist, but gently

"Whe-where are you taking me.?!" she asked as she was dragged out of her room "L-let me g-go!"

They finally reached the stairs and everyone looked at them. Confused but most especially, shocked

"D-daehyun, what's going on.?" Hyorim asked in panic

"This is nothing auntie. We'll just be going out for a walk"

"How m-many times do I h-ave to tell you.?! Le-let me go! Jerk!" Hyosung squeaked, trying her best to get of of his grip "I d-don't wanna go o-out! Daehyuunn!"

"NO!" voiced out in a final tone as he opened the front door and immediatly closing it

"Isn't he just making things worse.?" Jieun said

"He's making it better" Yoseob smiled "I know"

"It's Daehyun's way Jieun-ah. Let's leave this all to him" Youngjae affirmed

Daehyun brought her to the nearby lake. He dragged her outside the car and into the flat grass field, near a giant old tree

"Sit!" he ordered

"I wanna go home" she said, turning her back at him and began walking away

He grabbed her by the arm, spinning he around as he backhugged her, leaning his back against a tree

"W-what are you d-doing.?" she stuttered, blushing

"Why can't you just listen to me.?" he responded "You're such a pabo"

"Daeh--"

"You're not the only one hurting you know. Your umma is hurt too"

"But not as hurt as me" she sniffed "I-it's not that easy t-to loose someone you've been with for so l-long"

"I know"

"I-I miss h-him. I miss appa" she cried. This would be the 4th time she cried for today

"I know" he mumbled, gripping his hug on her "I know"

She covered her face with both hands as she sobbed endlessly "I-I c-can't st-op cr-crying"

"We're hurt too"

"W-what.?"

"The guys and the girls don't like seeing you like this"

"I can't hel--"

"I don't like seeing you like this. It hurts"

Silence

He hugged her closer, resting his chin on her shoulders "Promise me something"

"What i-is it.?"

"Don't cry anymore"

She cried even more, remembering the promise she made with her appa "I've already broken that promise once"

"What do you mean.?"

"I had a dream about appa. He told me that when he's gone, I should not cry"

"And you shouldn't"

"Why can't any of you understand how I feel.?!" she shrieked, facing him and hitting his chest "You don't understand how I feel! You're such a bad guy! A bad guy! A jerk! Jerk! Jerk!"

"YES I AM A JERK!" he yelled, holding her wrists

She just looked at him

"I ADMIT IT! I AM JERK! A JERK WHO ING CARES FOR YOU! A JERK WHO CAN'T ING STOP WORRYING ABOUT YOU! I'M A ING JERK!"

"A jerk whom I'm desperately inlove with" she thought to herself. Slowly, she brought her hands back to her face, wiping her tears 

He cupped her face, staring at her puffy eyes "Don't cry anymore"

She laughed as a single tear fell into her eye and landed into Daehyun's knuckles "I'll try"

"Don't try, do it" he smiled and hugged her

Hugging him back, she nestled her head against his chest, listening to his fast beating heartbeat 

"Don't cry anymore when I'm around. You got that pabo girl.?"

She nodded, tightening her hold on his waist "Okay"

"I'm here for you pabo girl. Always"

(I can't stop watching the special stage B.A.P & SECRET had >_< If only Daehyun was paired with Hyosung >_< Now many BABYs are gonna ship him with Sunhwa .. Andwaaaeee! I want DaeHyo .. But HyoUp & HyoLo works too for me .. HAHAHA )
