Description
HEAVEN Cafe, Bar and Club
A haven for gay men to meet, chill out and relax in a safe environment free from the harrassment of homophobic people. It functions as a cafe in the afternoon, becomg a bar/club during the night.
Upstairs is a shelter or home for gay teenage boys who have nowhere to go as they have been turned away by their family.

Kim Jongin (Kai) ran away from home so that he could be together with his boyfriend.
But his boyfriend broke up with him instead.
Kim Jongin found his way to Seoul and to Heaven and came to live with the five other boys from different backgrounds each with their own pain, hurt and sad past.
Join Kai on his journey of laughter and tears.

The Adults
Lee Sungmin
- 40 years old
- One of three owners of Heaven
- The “umma” of Heaven and to the boys who live in Heaven
- Cho Kyuhyun’s partner for around 20 years.
- His experience as a gay teenager made him set up Heaven as a gay pub/café for homoual men with the upstairs living quarters functioning as a shelter for homoual teenagers.
- Loves pink, can be a softie, but at the same time as tough as nails when the situation calls for it especially when it concerns his charges
Cho Kyuhyun
- 38 years old
- One of three owners of Heaven and a sleeping partner; his full time job is a lawyer
- The ‘appa’ of Heaven and to the boys of Heaven
- Really loves and cherishes Sungmin a lot as he is aware of the sacrifices Sungmin had made for him (Kyuhyun) and so gives it to Sungmin even though he did not like the either of Heaven
Lee Hyuk Jae aka Eunhyuk
- 40 years old
- One of three owners of Heaven and the pub’s resident deejay.
- Portrays an outgoing personality but nurses a deep pain and hurt after a tragic incident
Kim Ryeowook
- 39 years old
- A social worker that works with teenagers
Kim Jongwoon aka Yesung
- 42 years old
- A psychologist. He counsels some of the troubled teenagers at Heaven
The Teenagers
Kim Jongin aka Kai
- 18 years old; third year high school student
- Was caught by his parents making out to his boyfriend
- Ran away from home
- Was dumped by his boyfriend
- Ends up at Heaven and was taken in by Sungmin and Kyuhyun
- Begins the start of a new life journey in Heaven
Kim Joon-myun aka Suho
- 21 years old
- He is the hyung and leader to all the boys in Heaven and is protective over them
- Had been staying in Heaven since he was around 15/16 years old
- Has a great smile, but behind that radiant smile hides a sad, tragic past
Byun Baekhyun
- 20 years old and second year college student
- Had been adopted by Sungmin and Kyuhyun at the age of 4 after his parents passed away
- Is good friends/on close terms with Park Chanyeol
- Oblivious to his special feelings to Chanyeol though the rest of the boys can see that the Baekyeol couple have special feelings for the other
Park Chanyeol
- 20 years old and second year college student
- Came to Heaven after his parents threw him out of the family
- Is good friends/on close terms with Byun Baekhyun
- Like Baekhyun, Chanyeol is oblivious to his special feelings to his good friend, but becomes more aware of it as days go by
Do Kyungsoo aka D.O.
- 19 years old and first year college student
- Came to Heaven to stay after his parents have no time to “baby” him.
- Suffers from depression
- A past experience has scarred him so much that he feels he is unable to love anymore.
Oh Sehun
- 18 years old and third year high school student
- A few months younger than Kai, he is the maknae of the boys as is constantly pampered by everyone
- Ran away from home. His goal in life is make a lot of money and works his charms on men to get money, but never once would he give his body in exchange for money
- Does not believe in love after a bad experience
Other Characters
Lu Han
- 22 years old; originally from Beijing; was an exchange student in Seoul as he was interested in the Korean Language
- Talent spotted by some entertainment company and is now staying in Seoul and studying there
- Comes from quite an affluent family
- One of the guys that Sehun dates. Lu Han takes a liking to Sehun and even though he knows Sehun’s true motives and self, he hopes that his sincerity would move the younger boy to believe in love

This story would be updated once or at most twice a week. For the first few chapters, the story would be updated once a week as I'm away on holiday. Also, the updates won't be frequent as I need time to write and also to try to get a better feel of the EXO members characteristics. So please be patient and bear with me on this.
Also some of the chapters might be a bit short to allow it to have a good flow. This story might stretch into many chapters. And due to the many characters and their back stories, the romance would probably take a little bit of time to start. So please do excuse me.

Foreword

Jongin’s parents heard a muffled sound. It seemed to be coming from their son’s room. They traipsed upstairs wondering what could be going on in their son’s room.
I’ll run away. I’ll ask Taemin to run away with me, Jongin thought. We can run away and be together.
As he stood outside Seoul Station, be took a deep breath and said, “To a new life!”
“And you’re in Heaven,” a deep voice said.
It came from the boy named Chanyeol and it sort of caught Jongin by surprise. His voice just does not match his boyish cute looks.
